On a motorbike. On the highway. You're sitting behind her, wrapping your hands around her waist. The soft hum of the wind around your helmet calmes your nerves. She's speeding, surpassing cars and speedlimits. You feel free. Enjoying the sound of your heart in your ears, smiling.

She takes an exit, into the city. Slowing down and stopping at a red light. You lay your head on her shoulder, hugging her. Trying to savour the warmth in that moment.

The light turns green and the bike is rolling again, softly purring beneath your bodies. You're forgetting time and just watch the streets slowly turn into wide fields. Specks of red and pink adorning the long stripes of green and yellow, like little crowns.

Suddenly she stops. Helps you down from the bike like a gentle(wo)man. Takes your hand and guides you towards the trees.

The sun's beginning to set and orange light shines through the branches, illuminating the tulips underneath. Magical.

She turns you around and you have to smile. A bouquet of sunflowers wrapped by a pink ribbon in her hands. Like a million tiny suns for you to keep.

You lean forward, brushing her lips gently with yours. Pulling back and letting your foreheads touch. A simple gesture, yet so full of love.
