~Chapter 1~

      "Run Boy Run"

Yagi didn't know where he was. He couldn't see, There were no Stars out. He could only see what was in front of him, from his bright star freckles. He heard leaves crunching under his bare feet. And occasionally a twig. Or light pebbles,

He didn't expect any of this to happen so quickly, fuck, he didn't expect his plan to work. It should never have been like this, what was s-

Yagi tripped over a Tree root. "Fuck!-" he fell straight on his stomach. It feels like he twisted his ankle, jeez. Thankfully he didn't. Yagi looked around, it was dark. How far had he ran..? The building was no where in sight, and it was fairly tall.

My e it was too dark to see it from far away. Yagi could hear the soothing sounds of a river, no. He- he couldn't right now. He tried to stand up but yelped in pain and fell back down. He moved his hands around and felt a root, he followed it and slumped against a tree.

He wiped the dirt on his outfit, and slowly closed his eyes, taking deep breaths. He needed then after all his running. He ran a hand through his hair. Why did it have to be this way?

Fuck. He was tired, too tired. He needed sleep. But...he had to keep running, they could catch up, they could, and would. He slowly stood up again. His whole body was aching, while he still had adrenaline left, Toshinori stood up. And walked, or limped farther away.

He heard the sounds of the river getting closer, earlier it was faint, but now, it was loud, ear piercing almost. It wasn't just a river,

It was a Waterfall.

Maybe it wasn't ear piercing, but from his state it felt like it was. Suddenly, he heard a low growl. He turned around to where the noise was from, he saw bright eyes shine in the dark. He could see the silhouette of the growling creature it- fuck.

A wolf.

It suddenly pounced at him, "Aagh!" Yagi cried out trying to push it off, it snarled, drool coming from its mouth. Yagi tried to escape by quickly crawling away, the wolf reacted by biting his leg. Yagi's eyes widened. The wolf's teeth sunk deep into him. Even if he was practically just a skeleton, it fucking hurt.

It hurt so much, as if an Ogre or a Barbarian we're trying to painfully kill him, and they just started. Yagi cried out in pain, he kicked the wolf with his other leg, and limped to the water, the wolf didn't follow, which confused Yagi, until he realized how dangerous it was down the river.

"Fu-" But before he could finish, it was too late.
