AIDEN'S POV

I don't know why but it was getting harder and harder to consume the silver pill everyday. I was going to follow Sophia out, but I stumbled, and my head hurt, and I grabbed the counter to keep my balance. 

Fierro had completely disappeared, but I was more concerned about Sophia than I was for myself. I gathered myself, and slowly walked to her dorm, but that blonde girl told me she was not there. 

I made my was to her friend, Amber's dorm, and just as I was about to knock, I heard Sophia's worried tone, "Aiden is getting sick- because of me?"

That means Amber had explained everything to Sophia. Even about mates. I leaned my head against the wall outside the door, my head felt hazy and cloudy. 

It hurt so much. I closed my eyes, and tried to compose myself, but I couldn't. I slumped down, and fell. Sophia must've heard the noise, and barged out the door. She shook me. She was saying something but I couldn't hear her. 

Amber dragged me inside her dorm, with Sophia crying, and I fully lost consciousness.

I woke up to Sophia sleeping against me, and it was still night. I must've not been out for that long. Sophia stirred, and looked up at me. "You're awake?!" She gasped. 

"Yeah. Are you okay?" I asked. 

"Don't ask me that! I should be asking that to you."

I ruffled her hair, "I'm okay now. And I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry for making you sick." She said with her sad voice. I didn't like hearing her so sad. 

I wrapped my arms around her causing her to get closer to me, "It's not your fault."

"Can I meet him again? Your wolf?" She asked, pulling apart again. 

Fierro? You there? Sophia wants to meet you. I said, calling him out. 

I heard silence in my head. I shook my head and said, "He's still out because of the silver."

"I'm so sorry." She said again. I felt bad because she felt guilty of something neither I or her could control.
