Some things before I continue to the main story.

These are the new Quirks of the Loud sisters.

Leni Loud

Spinneret - This Emitter-Type quirk allows the user to generate strings from their fingertips. The strings that the user creates can be manipulated in many ways such as: making the strings as hard as steel, making them as thin as hair strands, making them as sharp as blades, etc. Also, Anything made from the strings can still be manipulated, it does take several. However, the strings can be cut or snapped with enough power and force, they are also highly flammable, making fire a great danger to the user.

Luna Loud

Iron Lungs - This Mutant-Type Quirk alters the user's lungs to allow the user to breathe in normally hazardous materials without harm and even allow the user to hold their breath for extended lengths of time. This Quirk allows the user to absorb more oxygen into the lungs, thus giving the user more overall energy. The user can even shoot concussive bursts of air with this Quirk and unleash ear-piercingly powerful screams with practice. Alongside this, the user's lungs can regenerate at an increased rate if damaged.

Lucy Loud

Shadow Stalker - This Transformation-Type Quirk allows the user to gain control over their shadow's movements and send it after their opponent, though the shadow is noticeably a lot weaker than the user. The user can also turn themselves into a shadow. In this shadow form, the user can go into walls, hiding in the dark. The darker the place they're at, the more powerful the user can be. The user can hide well, especially while in shadow form. The user also becomes stronger while in dark places and has noticeably enhanced speed. The user has to engage in actual physical combat, which can be a good thing or a bad thing (it depends.) The user will also become a lot weaker in the light and may not be able to transform into their shadow form unless they get to a darker place.

Lola Loud

Crystal - An Emitter Quirk that allows the user to cover themself or anything they touch with super-durable crystals, they can manipulate the shape and sharpness of the crystal and dematerialize it on a whim. The user can cover parts of her body (mostly her hands, feet, shins, and forearms) with crystal to protect herself or increase the force of her attacks. The more crystal she materializes around themself the more it weighs themself down and decreases their mobility. The user will often materialize crystal over part of their body to block a specific attack and then dissipate it. The user needs to be strong enough to lift the crystals they materialize, which requires them to do a lot of strength training. When the user covers parts of their body with crystal, any joints that are covered aren't able to move. While they cover their hands in crystal to smash an enemy, for instance, they aren't able to open their fist until she dissipates the crystal. They also can't materialize crystal around her belly or chest for more than a few moments because doing so makes it harder to breathe. And covering their face with crystal because that would suffocate them. To use the quirk on something other than their own body requires direct skin contact. The crystal will spread from the point/points where it touches an object and then grows to envelop the object. The moment there breaks physical contact the Crystals will stop spreading and begin to weaken. 

Note: Lola isn't able to do much else with her crystals for the moment besides summon them at this point.

I've also made a slight tweak to Lynn's Quirk.

Lynn Loud

Over The Limit - A Emitter-Type quirk that allows the user to multiply their body's physical abilities, able to increase all abilities times two by speaking or yelling, "Over The Limit, Times Two". However, the quirk relies on the energy that's inside the body. The more the user uses it, the more their body uses up their stamina. Extending over time it can be used or going beyond times two at this point in time, an example would be "Over The Limit, Times Four". It would create a strain on their body and place them in a pain-filled immobile state after. 

Side Notes: 1. Lynn is unable to control what level she can use, She seems to only be able to go from "Time Two" to "Times Four" to "Times Eight" to "Times Sixteen" and so on. 2. When the quirk is used, it creates a red "electric" aura around the part of the body, or the body itself, being used.

Lastly, Deku will be female in this story.

Lynn stepped off the bus and saw her parents and sisters in the bleachers. No Lincoln though despite Lynn Sr. still looking around for him. She saw her family cheering for her she waved to them and joined the group of other examinees. Then a voice like that of an intercom echoed out. Lynn and the other examinees looked up to see a woman with vibrant pink hair and blue skin, a strong built yet curvy figure, and ample chest size. She wore a blue vest with red-outline white on the outer part of the sleeves and yellow trimming.

It was the Support Class Sound Heroine, Sonda Sound.

Quirk: Virtual Tech - This quirk allows the user to manipulate any form of technology within a 20 km radius around them. From speakers to computers this quirk can control it all, however, they need to know the specific make and model of what their controlling, as well as need to know file names when controlling a computer. Also, the device must be on, a powered-off computer won't be affected by this Quirk and will remain off until then.

Sonda used her Quirk to control the intercom.

Sonda Sound: Welcome one and all to Luxon's School For Heroines, HEROINE EXAM!!! (cheers erupt from the bleachers) Here, young girls will face heavy villain robots in this mock city to test their metal! Pun, fully intended!

Luan was the only one who could be heard laughing.

Sonda Sound: Ooo, tough crowd. Anyway, get ready to move out girls! Once those gates open and everyone is in, the exam begins! We don't have a big budget like UA High in Japan, but it's the same thing, so here's the rundown. Three types of robots will give you points from one to three for every single one you destroy! Now let's give these good people a show!

The gates opened and the examines bolted inside.

Lynn: (thinking) I Won't Lose To Stink-coln!! (speaking) Over The Limit, Times Two!

Suddenly, a red "electric" aura around Lynn's entire body, she then push her way to the front as all of the examinees rushed into the exam site. The gates closed and Sonda Sound pointed up to several blimps with TV screens on both sides.

Sonda Sound: Look up at the big screen above if you would! Where everyone can see the play-by-play that's happening inside the exam site.

The screens turned on to show the examinees... Confused and looking around... There were no robots...

Sonda Sound: (Quirk Off) What the hell? (turns on a BlueTooth earpiece) Hey, where are the robots?! (radio silence) Hello? Hellooo! Hey! Somebody answer me! (sees the crowd, Quirk On) Don't worry folks just a minor technical difficulty, we'll sort this out shortly.

???: (also from the intercom) I'm afraid that won't happen.

Suddenly a think pale red gas suddenly exploded from several spots in the mock city, some very close to the walls. A bit of the gas got over the wall and Sonda Sound went into a coughing fit. She then fell back, off the wall, she pulled a cord under her vest and an airbag inflated from the back of her vest. Allowing Sonda to land with a soft thud. Several standing-by Heroines rushed over to the Sound Heroine, who felt something... Odd...

Dog Heroine: Sonda! Are you  

Sonda Sound: I can't feel it...

Buff Heroine: Feel what?! Is something broken!?

Sonda Sound: My Quirk... I can't activate or feel its effects...

Suddenly the screens on the blimps changed, they revealed a tall lean man with platinum blonde hair in a bowl cut, his pale skin was the only other feature visible, as his face was obscured by a  fox mask. He wore an all-black outfit, consisting of asymmetrical jackets with high collars and two pins on the left side. Completed with a pair of matching blue slacks and a katana on his back

???: My name is Nan. And I am one of many leaders of a faction for Men's Rights! Women have been abusing their power and this will no longer stand!

The screens changed to show the insides of the mock city, the many girls inside were freaking out. They couldn't activate their Quirks, and the Mutation Type girls were laying on the ground for some reason. 

Nan: As men have invented the Quirk Enhancement Drug, we've also invited the Quirk Dampener Drug. This drug is an aerosol that is triggered through both skin contact and breathing it in. As the name implies, it dampens one's Quirk to the point one can't feel it. Emitter and Transformation Quirks become unable to activate, and those with Mutation Quirks are rendered paralyzed. Obviously enough, we've been given the antidote for this so we will remain unaffected.

On the screen, several men came out of the buildings and began capturing the examinees. Some tried to fight back but the result was unchanged. An examinee attempted to kick the male villain in the loins but she only hit his protective crotch cup. Hurting her foot in the process.

Nan: Their lives won't be in danger, while some minor injuries will be unavoidable, they will not gain any life-threatening injuries or wounds. We are not here to kill, we're here to expose the crimes of corrupt heroines and females who've yet to be punished for their misuse of their power! This is not the only place either, all over American Government Buildings we are releasing this gas and stealing documents of crimes listed but never revealed to the public.

Nan then pulled out one such document.

Nan: Like...

Suddenly a video of Sonda Sound appeared, she was sitting at a table, inhaling white powder through her nose. Suddenly police broke in and had Sonda.

Nan: Sonda Sound; Arrested for the usage and possession of the drug known as Cocaine, as well as public intoxication, statutory rape of a minor, and several DUIs, with a sentence of eighteen years in prison. You were never fully charged for this and your sentence and bail were waved away. Why? Because of your Quirk.

Sonda went pale as this was revealed to the public. Other Heroines and civilians looked at her with shock and disgust.

Nan: This is just one of many examples of Heroines not being put up against the law they pretend to protect! These injustices will be revealed to the world! While we won't harm civilians or the examinees here. We WILL Strike Down A Heroine If The Attempt To Stop Us From Revealing Your Crimes!!

The screen switched back to the exam site, showing the dozens of male villains capturing the examinees. The Louds' collective gazes darted around to find the screen with Lynn on them. They didn't even notice that a certain white-haired boy had arrived at the location.

Lisa: Blimp Number Four! Lynn's On Blimp Number Four!

Blimp Number Four's Camera; It was focused near the mock city's entrance, and several examinees were trying to open the gates. Lynn however, was fighting the villains, she seemed to be able to use her Quirk to some minor degree. She seemed even more tired than the others, Lynn swung her fist and a villain with a Lizard Mutation Quirk.

Lizard Villain: How is this brat able to use her Quirk?

Owl Villain: (looking at a tablet) Her name is Lynn Loud Jr. Her Quirk, Over The Limit, a physical enhancement Emitter Quirk. Her records show that she's been exposed to various chemical explosions. According to a check-up for a broken arm, it took ten doses of painkillers for the drug to take even a minor effect. So she may be resistant to drugs and chemicals.

Lynn: (panting) This all you got?

Lizard Villain: Not even close.

The lizard villain bolted forward at Lynn, his scalie hands ready to grab her.

Lynn: Over The Limit, Times Two-

The lizard villain then leaped at Lynn with a sudden burst in speed, grabbing Lynn's arm before going into an flying arm bar hold.

Lizard Villain: Too Slow!!!

The lizard villain then used his tail to flip himself and Lynn over, smashing her into the ground. The ground

Lynn: Urrgh!!!

Lizard Villain: You lack a lot of things, from experience to humility. You overestimated yourself and underestimated your opponent! Even if you could use your Quirk, your activation is slow and leaves you wide open for an attack! Now be a good girl, and stay down!

The lizard villain then began to twist Lynn's arm, her bones made audible creaking noises from the pressure being inflicted on them. Meanwhile, a villain with clay covering his arms came and trapped the other examinees in clay, they struggled but it was a hopeless effort.

Lynn: Grrrrrreeekkkkk- GAAAAAAHHH!!! Stop it... Bastard!! You're gonna... Break my... Arm!!!

Lizard Villain: That's the point brat. You know, before wrestling became a Women only thing a few years ago, I was a pro wrestler! Time for bed, brat!

As Lynn's arm was twisted even further, suddenly-

*THOOOOOMMM!!!*

The gate was smashed open and the Quirk Damening Drug cloud was pushed back several city blocks. Standing there was Lincoln, or rather, White Rabbit, with his beanie on, but his eyes were in full view with a death glare straight at the lizard villain.
