Taeyeon's POV

I teleported myself outside the open field of the University, no one noticed me as I popped out there then I giggled remembering the kiss.

"Nice move Erika!" I cheered myself.

I need to get away from Tiffany, I know she will scold me but her lips were alluring and I can't resist to it. She never noticed that I'm looking at her lips every time she talk because she barely look at me in the eyes. It's her fault then I chortled.

But that kiss was amazing even if it's just a short time. I don't know if Tiffany likes it too, I just stole it anyway. 

And I don't regret it.

Then as I looked above me, I was stunned. There's a soccer ball flying towards me, it caught me off guard. It will gonna hit me but I just stood like a statue. I closed my eyes tightly and prepared myself to be hit.

After few seconds, there's still no ball that landed on my face. Ehh? I didn't use my power. What happened? I slowly opened my right eye to peek and I saw a guy holding the soccer ball. He's smiling at me.

It's awkward so I opened my other eye as I stiffened. Maybe he blocked the ball, he's cute and looked younger than me. His smile was priceless. I could feel that I've known him for a long time and the way he looked at me, I know that he knows me.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Um... Ah... Yeah?" I smiled to him.

"It's too close but I'm glad that I blocked it before it hit you," he nicely said referring to the ball.

"Thank you," I bowed to him politely.

"You're welcome Erika," Huh? He knows me? I thought so.

"How did you know me?"

"I'm a professor here, I'm Byun Baekhyun..." He introduced himself.

"Oh... But you look younger than me?" He's younger for sure.

He nodded "Of course I'm younger Erika. You're 28 and I'm 24," I frowned, he knows my age?? I'm 28 years old? Really? Just 28? Indeed, I'm sort of a human.

I gave him a questioning look.

"Don't be confused, I know your past." And my eyes widened.

"You know me?? Really?" I said in high toned, I got excited.

He nodded "I know you, and everything that happened before."

"But how-"

"Erika! Erika!" Tiffany called me out.

"Let's talk some other time Taeyeon..." He smiled then left me.

Tiffany stood in front of me. 

Taeyeon? I think I heard that but I can't remember. Why did he call me Taeyeon?

"Ya, what are you doing here? We still have classes! And about the date with Siwon, I'm still going. You can't stop me!" She scolded me as always.

I rolled my eyes "Then I'm coming with you, I'll drive your car and follow you." Do I know how to drive? What am I saying?

"What? You're not coming with us!" Her face scrunched up.

"I will not come or I will kiss you at home later?"

Tiffany blushed and I giggled "Don't you dare to do that again!" 

And I just shrugged.

"How... How did you know Professor Byun?" Tiffany suddenly asked. 

Was she jealous? Her tone was indeed, insecure.

"Just now, we talked." 

Should I tell her about him that he knows my past? 

But what if Tiffany push me to him? I don't want to leave her.

"Fine."

"So I will go with you in your date later?" I faked to be excited 'cuz I really am not.

"Whatever," she walked back inside building "Come on! We're late!"

"Alright Pani!" I followed her and smiled.

I was standing here in front of a booth where Siwon was holding a pellet gun, aiming the small toy soldier as the target. 

Yasss, we're here in the Lotte World. Amusement park. What are we? Teenagers? I groaned silently.

Tiffany was cheering him. This was the first time I saw her eye smile, it's really beautiful and hypnotic. Maybe she really likes this guy.

Anyway, about driving. I can drive, surprisingly. I drove Tiffany's car and followed them here. I realized that maybe I have my past here on earth because I'm used to some human thingy.

And about Baekhyun, I don't mind calling him by name. I think we're close enough. I'm so excited to talk to him about my past. I want to ask him questions that kept bothering me and I hope he can answer all of it.

I sighed. 

I'm a third wheel here, gosh. I don't even have money to treat Tiffany. I'm so lame to insist and go with them. Tiffany's right, I'm quite useless because I can't even remember my past. I can't even tell what more I can do unless I'd do it.

"Ya, you're spacing out," Tiffany said and she was glaring at me.

"What?" I dorkily asked.

She sighed "Siwon oppa asked you if you want to try it?" Oh, he didn't even get a prize. Huh! This was my chance to impress Tiffany, I thought.

"Don't worry Erika, my treat," I faked a smile then smirked.

"Sure, thank you Siwon oppa," I said in aegyo style.

He chuckled "Cute," while Tiffany rolled her eyes.

He gave the pellet gun to me, sniper type. All I have to do is to hit that tiny toy, three times without failing. And I will get the big totoro plush toy. It's easy, I can move things by just staring at it.

I need timing here though.

Well, I'm not cheating, it's a game. We need to think ways to win right? And in this game, the only rule is to make the target fall then I will make it fall.

Timing, I gestured and I was like a pro sniper here, focus Erika.

I slowly pulled the trigger and narrowed my eyes to move the target toy. It fell the same time the pellet passed it so it looked like I hit it. 

Hit one. Just piece of cake.

I think I can handle it. I positioned myself again, reloaded the pellet gun then did the same thing. Hit two.

I'm used to it, I reloaded the gun and hit my last target in fast as I can. Hit three. 

Smooth baby. I'm like a professional here. They clapped even the owner except from Tiffany but I know I impressed her.

I got the big totoro plush toy and gave it to Tiffany, she accepted it. I'm so proud of it.

"You're good," Siwon complimented.

"Thank you," I smiled at him.

"Thank you Siwon oppa, you treat Erika that's why I got this big totoro. I really like totoro!" I glared at her, she didn't even thank me! I'm the one who got that totoro for her not Siwon! It's just his money, not the effort!

"Siwon oppa! Cotton candy right there!" Tiffany pointed her index finger to the vendor of Cotton candy? Sometimes she act like a kid. "Can you buy me some, please?" She showed her puppy eyes. Wow, she's so cute right now.

"Okay sure," Siwon held Tiffany's hand and I grimaced. I'm really jealous as my heart clenched.

Then Siwon bought cotton candy for Tiffany, the latter gave her eye smile. She always do that to Siwon and never to me. How lucky he was. I became sad, Tiffany never gave me that smile. 

Should I give up or should I keep on chasing pavements? 🎤🎼

"Do you want some Erika?" Siwon asked. I shook my head, I don't like anything from you.

Tiffany started to eat the cotton candy.

"So Tiffany, where do you want to ride?" Siwon asked putting his arm around Tiffany's shoulders.

 "Ferris wheel!" Tiffany was enthusiastic. I hope she's always like this.

We headed to the ferris wheel, luckily there's no line of people. We stopped at the entrance.

Tiffany gave me the cotton candy "Eat," she said. I happily accepted it, she cares for me to share her favorite.

"Thank you."

She nodded "Me and Siwon oppa will be together in the single cab. You ride alone in other cab if you want." Ouch. So she wanted quality time with this guy? Alone?

"Is it okay Erika?" Siwon asked, he's a gentleman but I feel bad something in him. At least, he's concern to me unlike Tiffany. She treats me like nothing.

I nodded. I don't have a choice, it's what Tiffany want. I don't want to upset her.

"Hey Erika!" A guy called me. I turned around to see Prof. Byun.

"Baekhyun!" I called him then he ran towards us.

"Baek, you're here!" Siwon said the obvious. Duh.

"Erika, you're calling him just by name. He's a professor," Tiffany strictly said.

"It's okay Miss Hwang, Erika is my friend," Baekhyun informed or more like defending me.

"But she's younger than us," Tiffany insisted.

"I'm already 28 Pani ah!" I scowled while Tiffany and Siwon frowned.

"Really? You look like a teenager Erika," Siwon chuckled.

Tiffany was shocked.

"Can you join me in the ride?" I asked Baekhyun.

"Sure sweetie," Baekhyun playfully said.

"Waahh, are you guys dating?" Siwon was amazed.

I was about to say no but Baekhyun answered it "Yes, we are. I like Erika the first time I saw her," I was jaw dropped as well as Tiffany. I saw that she slightly pouted then turned her back. 

Jealous? In my dreams as always.

"Good luck Baek, Erika is really cute anyway," Siwon stated. I don't need your opinion. Back off shoo-shoo.

Tiffany and Siwon rode first in a cab then me and Baekhyun to other. I'm glad that he's here. He's my sort of, savior.

"Who's with you?" I asked him politely.

"I'm alone. I followed you," say what?

"Why?"

"You want to talk to me right?" Yeah definitely.

"So... You know me?"

"Of course, Kim Taeyeon," he smiled.

"Is that my name?"

"Yes, but you're Erika now," I arched my brow.

"What do you mean?"

"I think Tiffany is jealous of me. I will help you with your mission," he ignored my question. Oh my gosh, he even knows my mission!

"How did you know? You're a guardian too? You're not human?" I asked hurriedly, I want to know if he's like me.

Baekhyun shook his head "Unfortunately.." I furrowed, so he's a human.

"But how did you know? Am I a human too? And what's my connection to Tiffany?" I bombarded him questions.

"Chill. You'll gonna find out yourself. Talk to the voice and... I will help you with your mission so Tiffany will realize that she loves you too." With that short period of time? Tiffany will love me?? Seriously??

"I tried to talk to the voice but she never responded anymore. I want to know, please answer me now," I pleaded him.

"Sorry but promise I will tell you everything if you remember your past. And I will tell who I really am but for now, do everything to make Tiffany fall in love with you." He promised. He didn't want to tell it yet, I can't force him.

"Okay, fine. Just help me."

"Deal," he said and gave a hand then we shook our hands like business partners. Partners in crime.

"Tell me when you remember your past then the remaining questions in your mind... I will answer it. Promise," he reassured me and I nodded. 

Actually, if I don't love Tiffany... I will like him.

After we ate dinner, we headed in Tiffany's apartment. She rode in Siwon's car while Baekhyun and I used Tiffany's car, I drove. Baekhyun didn't bring his car so Siwon will gonna drop him off at his place.

Baekhyun and I were getting closer to each other and good thing, I noticed Tiffany was always glancing at us. I caught her that she was glaring at Baekhyun.

We went home, I took a shower but I couldn't sleep yet. I was sitting here in the kitchen drinking warm milk. I tried to talk to the voice but it didn't respond to me. What's her problem? Is she on her period? Why can't she just answer me? Duh.

But it really bothers me, how did Baekhyun know all about me? Is he 24/7 with me in past?? What's my real relationship to him? And Tiffany, I know I love her. Maybe we're connected in my past then I messed my hair in frustration.

"Ya, why are you not sleeping?" I startled, it's Tiffany. 

Correction, I have a name... Erika. Don't YA me! Rude.

"Cuz I'm still awake," Tiffany raised her eyebrows. I know, I'm being very rational. She rolled her eyes with my answer.

I sighed "I'm just thinking of something," I added.

Tiffany took a bottled water from the refrigerator "Something or someone?"

I smirked "Yeah, someone," she glared at me.

"And who is it?" Whoohoho, she's asking huh? She's concern now? I yipped inside.

"Baekhyun," I saw it! She gritted her teeth.

"I thought you're into girls," she calmly said but I could feel her tension.

"I like him just a friend but he likes me more than that," I cockily stated.

Tiffany hissed "Confident much," she mumbled.

I shrugged "Let's see, maybe I will like him the same as he likes me."

Tiffany's face darkened "Whatever," she was about to leave the kitchen.

"But I still like you Pani ah," she looked at me and she's blushing.

"G-go to sleep now Erika, we need to be early for tomorrow. Don't be tardy," she instructed.

I stood up and saluted her "Aye aye madam!" then she giggled but tried to control it.

"Good night."

"Good night Pani ah," I made her giggle. I like the feeling.

I want to make her smile, it gives me energy.

The next day, Tiffany handed me a cellphone. Yesterday while on our way home, she and Siwon stopped at the cellphone shop. She bought cellphone for me! I really appreciated it, we're the same unit like a couple.

She taught me how to use it, how to call and text, how to answer call and how to send a text message. She wanted to give me money too but I rejected it, I don't need it. She's giving me what I need so why do I need money?

As the days were passing by, Tiffany and I were getting closer, just slow-paced but she kept dating Siwon and I'm so jealous of him.

Baekhyun helped me, we're also dating and just friendly date. I think it's effective because I could feel Tiffany was jealous somehow. 

I also became close to Juniel, she's kind and she treats me as her special friend. Little did I know, Tiffany don't like her.

I'm happy because Tiffany was starting to be kind to me, she didn't yell at me anymore but she's still a cold brat sometimes. Anyway, I like it. It's attractive for me.

I didn't notice the days have passed very quick, and now I only have 10 days to make her love me. Guess, I have a chance on her. Crossed fingers.

25 days to make a person fall in love with you? Is that even possible?? That's very short time y'know.

By the way, the voice still didn't talk to me but I always try to communicate with it at night. I need answers so I will know and make things clear why I need to do this mission.

But there's one thing that I confirmed.

I love Tiffany Hwang.

I want her to love me back, and it's not just for the sake of my mission but because I love her.

So I will try harder and do everything in 10 days to make her fall in love with me.

I will not give up and I will fight as long as I can.
