Third point of view

Location: Courthouse

Time: Morning - 8:00 a.m.

In a dark room, chains could be heard as a light was shining down on top of a figure. A pony guard appears at a gate for a cell as he looks in to call out the figure.

Pony Guard: Your trial is ready. Get up.

The Pony's words fall on deaf ears as if not listening.

Pony Guard: Are you deaf? I said GET UP!

The figure, looking over their shoulder, began to get up as instructed. Chains were on the wrists, shackles on the ankles, while weighted rocks were strapped to the arms and legs. The door opened as the figure stepped out while the Pony Guard was prepared for any resistance.

Pony Guard: Scared?

The figure didn't say anything as they began to move where they needed to be.

Pony Guard: Hmph. Weird creature.

The guard began to follow the figure to make sure no tricks were made. Upon reaching a door, the figure tried to reach for the door handle, but the weight of the rocks was making it hard to do.

Pony Guard: At least you have a good sense of going places. Even if this may be the last time you see the sun.

The figure looked at the guard as the pony opened the door. Going through, the figure entered the courtroom as it was noisy, but then fell silent when the figure arrived. All that could be heard was the sound of chains and rocks rubbing against each other on the back of the figure. Sitting on the thrones was Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, staring down at the accused.

Celestia: Release him from his bindings. He won't be going anywhere.

Pony Guard: Your highness-!

Luna looked at the guard and nodded her head as if for the guard to do as told. The guard used their magic to not only make the rocks disappear, but also make the chains and shackles with it. The figure felt light as it did hurt having to carry the weight, but didn't mind it one bit. A gavel was raised into the air by Celestia's magic as she began to start the preceding.

Celestia: Ponies. We are here today to give judgment to someone from another world of various crimes placed against them. Today, it is Pony Court vs The Human known as, ********.

Light began to shine down upon the figure that was the one placed on trial. Their clothes are tattered with some bruises to show there was some resistance before now.

Celestia: Defendant, how do you plead?

The figure looked up at Celestia as there was determination in their eyes.

???: Not guilty, your highness.

As the trial was about to commence, the title of the show appeared outside as the Sun was beginning to set.

The Day Before...

Soejammy's point of view

Location: inFamous Warehouse.

Date March 2nd, 2023 - Thursday

Time: Afternoon - 4:00 p.m.

Tearing a piece of white paper from a yellow copy of a receipt, I smiled as I gave the yellow slip to the customer and gave them their stuff.

Soejammy: You have a nice day.

Customer: Thanks.

I finished writing out the rest of what was needed before putting it into the bin. I looked at the clock as I sighed at there being 30 minutes left. It had been a few weeks after gaining my electricity powers that Twilight got me into practicing my new powers and learn how to use them. It took hours, sometimes days to learn a new power by focusing deeply and manipulating my power until each skill was second nature to me. Surely enough, I'm getting stronger, faster, endure more attacks, even react faster than how I usually did. It makes me feel more relaxed now that I have a power that is biologically connected to me instead of a power disk, much more safer that way. I was about to sit down again when I heard the door opening and closed my eyes to take a breath before giving a smile.

Soejammy: Hello. How can I help you to-

Widening my eyes, I looked in front of me and saw Eggman was in front of my counter.

Eggman: Well, this is awkward.

I stared at Eggman in a total loss for words as I had to push through it.

Soejammy: So... How can I help you, sir?

Eggman: What's wrong with you? Why are you here?

Soejammy: I WORK here, sir.

Eggman: Even more awkward now...

Soejammy: Are you here for a pick-up?

Eggman: Yes. It should be under the E's...

I began searching the E pile in the slots as I looked to see a big order placed by "The Eggman Empire" on it.

Soejammy: You named a company like that? Seriously dude?

Eggman: Hey! Someone has to make a living besides doing evil stuff! Besides, I have a child to take care of and need to set an example.

Soejammy: Yeah, how is Sage by the way?

Eggman: You wouldn't believe what Sage did with Metal Sonic... It was just weird.

Eggman pulled out a phone and was recording it.

Eggman (Recording): Okay. Do that again.

Sage in the camera was by a record player with a vinyl record as she let it play, but then had Metal Sonic have his claw on the record as music began to come out of him instead. Sage would lift the claw up and lower it each time as the music would keep playing or stop projecting it through Metal Sonic.

Eggman (Recording): How are you even doing that!? I never put sound speakers into him!!

Sage (Recording): I saw it in a movie. I thought it would be funny for Metal Sonic to do it too.

Eggman (Recording): You modified Metal Sonic!?

The recording ends as I just blinked my eyes in wonder of what I just saw.

Soejammy: That...was the most hilarious thing... Ever... Of all time...

Eggman: Speak for yourself, now I have to look and see what else Sage did to my creation. So, no evil doing until I check everything Sage might have done.

Soejammy: If I was her Uncle, I would encourage that.

Eggman: You're not going anywhere near her!

Soejammy: Red alert. Red alert. Protective fat dad in the building.

Eggman: "FAT"!? I'll have you know that I am just curvy...!

Soejammy: Uh huh...

Going to get his stuff, I came back with his parts and pieces he needed.

Soejammy: Will that be all?

Eggman: Yes. By the way, how is ICEY?

Soejammy: She's doing fine. Having a blast learning about the world honestly. Even when you tried to hack her...

Eggman: Are you still holding a grudge???

Soejammy: No, but ICEY is. She once told me that the next time you go anywhere near her, your mustache is getting more than just a trim.

Eggman: Didn't know she had a sense of humor.

Soejammy: She was being serious.

Eggman looked at me as he knew I wasn't joking about what ICEY said.

Eggman: I see... Okay then... I have all I came here for, I'll be back if I have another order.

Soejammy: What do you even use these parts for? In fact, where do you get all this money???

Eggman: How else? I have a job too. Being evil is just a side hobby. Eggman Land is my main dream to have.

Soejammy: This conversation just got really weird...

Eggman: Indeed. Let's pretend we never met here and no one knows.

Soejammy: Agreed.

I waved to Eggman as he was heading to the door as I asked Eggman.

Soejammy: Hey! Tell Sage I said hi and make more music play from Metal Sonic!

Eggman: I'll tell her you said hi, but LEAVE MY CREATIONS OUT OF THIS!!

I laughed at Eggman's slight misery, but when he wasn't doing anything evil, he really is a nice guy honestly. Looking at the clock, it was time for me to go as I grabbed my stuff and began to head out. Walking through the doors, I got a call on Discord as I looked to see it was Twilight calling me. I answered it as I enabled the video call.

Soejammy: I'll be home soon, Twilight. Is there something you need?

Twilight (Video call): Um... You may want to prepare yourself when you get home...

I raised an eyebrow as I looked at Twilight.

Soejammy: Everything okay? No wait... Did Rainbow Dash decide to go extreme flying again...?

Twilight (Video call): No...

Soejammy: Is Rarity throwing clothes all-over a room and making a mess like it's her home?

Twilight (Video call): No...

Soejammy: Not Rainbow or Rarity... What the hell is going on over at the house???

Twilight was about to say something, but the tablet was lifted into the air with Twilight yelling to whoever did it.

Twilight (Video call): Hey! I was talking to him!

When I looked at the phone, I widened my eyes as I saw Princess Celestia herself was there.

Princess Celestia (Video call): Don't keep me waiting.

The call ended as I hitched my breath with a furious look in my eyes.

Soejammy: CELESTIA!!!

In my fury, I rushed to my car and started it up. Driving, I began to head home as fast as I possibly could. Making sure I wasn't going to cause an accident.

Location: Soejammy's House.

Parking the car, I could see Pony Guards outside the house as I growled at seeing them here.

Soejammy: Celestia has some nerve coming here unannounced...!

I was about to walk to my door when a Pony Guard stopped me.

Pony Guard: Halt.

Soejammy: Out of the way.

Pony Guard: No one shall enter unless-

Soejammy: I LIVE here. And Celestia is expecting me. Move. NOW!

I was trying to keep my electricity powers suppressed as I was angry right now. But not as angry as before due to the Darkness disappearing from me. Moving aside, the guards let me into my own home as I barge in.

Soejammy: CELESTIA!!!

Poking their heads out, I saw the Mane 5 looking around nervous. Clopping her way into the hallway, I saw the Princess herself.

Celestia: You don't have to yell. We are in a house.

Soejammy: MY house, need I remind you. A little warning of your arrival would have been nicer.

Celestia: Funny. That's how you were when you arrived in our dimension the first time.

Soejammy: Excuse me?

Celestia: You're excused.

Soejammy: No! Nonononono! I'm putting my foot down! I only did that because Twilight needed immediate help! Who gives you the damn right to accuse me of such a thing when I was trying to save YOUR student's life!?

Celestia: If you had only come to me and explai-

Soejammy: New flash! I've done research on both our dimensions, and there is a SERIOUS time difference when a link isn't even established as time flows very differently! You're lucky you're here on this spectrum as an hour in your world equals to 4 hours here!

Celestia looked at me and put a hoof to her chin.

Celestia: I got lucky on that coin flip.

Soejammy: Okay, I'm cutting to the chase, why the hell are you here?

Celestia: If you must know, I'm here to take Twilight and her friends back to OUR world.

Soejammy: Oh, the PRINCESS that was supposed to help bring them back is now FINALLY here? When have you EVER done anything besides let them handle YOUR duties?

Celestia: Excuse me?!

Soejammy: You're excused.

Celestia and I glared at each other in the eyes as there was a feud going on between us.

Soejammy: Twilight is able to go back to her world whenever she wants and is allowed to visit. It's just that during the 6 months before you sent the others, there was stuff that happened that caused our bonds to deepen. Twilight became my adopted daughter, just like Mini-Nep is. Like it or not, it's Twilight's choice when she wants to return along with when she wants to come over here to visit. Plus, why are YOU so worried? You send her and her friends to go on dangerous quests! Example... A DRAGON! Who the hell sends a couple of unicorns, a couple of pegasi, and two earth ponies, AGAINST A DRAGON!? Are you serious!? Ever thought of what would happen if the situation wasn't handled??? Like, I don't want to think about it, but that crap could have gone so far wrong.

Celestia looked at me and stepped up closer and looked me in the eyes.

Celestia: Are you saying I am unfit to rule Equestria?

Soejammy: I'm saying you make highly questionable choices that tend to usually lead to regular ponies to handle problems an Alicorn should face. You're the PRINCESS, for crying out loud! Your student does more than you in facing dangers.

Celestia: Well, that's because...

Soejammy: What? What are you going to say? I would like to see you come out of this one. Not even living up to your role even after the Discord incident.

I looked at Celestia as I just sighed while something caught her attention.

Celestia: Wait... What do you mean?

Soejammy: That you're a lousy ruler?

Celestia: No. Before that.

Soejammy: Gonna have to be more specific on that one.

Celestia growled as she approached me and glared at me in the eyes.

Celestia: What did you mean "Discord incident"?

I looked at Celestia as I was actually caught on that one as I did let something slip. No one ever told me about the incident with Discord. So, I had to try and think my way out of this.

Soejammy: You basically barged into my world and took my call away from Twilight. We have an actual communications app for games and voice chat called Discord. It was really rude of you to even interrupt it, your highness.

Celestia looked at me in the eyes as I was deeply being held on the spot for what I said.

Celestia: Guards.

Hearing the galloping of hooves entering my house. I looked at each and every one of the pony guards.

Soejammy: Hey! Wipe your hooves off! Do you live in a barn!? Wait... That sounds a bit offensive thinking about that...

Celestia: Arrest this man.

Twilight: WHAT!?

Soejammy: "Arrest thi-" Are you being serious!? What for!?

Pony Guard: Resisting orders, battling against the Princess, keeping Twilight in this world, abducting the rescue squad, destruction of property, illegal teleportation in/out of the castle.

Twilight: You went to the castle!?

Soejammy: What!? Blame Applebloom and Sweetie Belle for letting that plan slip out their mouths! I was just seeking answers! Not get ordered to be placed under arrest! I did nothing wrong!!

Celestia: Until those allegations can be proven wrong...

A portal opened up as I was being pushed slowly by the guards while hoof cuffs were placed on me.

Soejammy: Hey! Get these off me!!

When I was about to try and force them off, a couple of spears were in my face.

Pony Guard: We dare you to take those off.

I growled as I was being wrongfully accused as I saw Twilight go up to Celestia.

Twilight: Princess Celestia! My Dad did nothing wrong!!

Celestia: Why are you calling him "Dad"?? He's not even a pony.

Soejammy: For the love of- HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF ADOPTION BEFORE!? WHY IS THIS NOT A THING!?

Pony Guard: You're too loud.

I was smacked in my leg as it stung slightly, but thanks to electric powers, it didn't hurt as much as I had increased endurance.

Soejammy: Just fight me when I don't have these cuffs on. You're making a big mistake!!

Pony Guard: Is that a threat?

Being surrounded, I looked at each of the guards around me.

Soejammy: Oh, are we really doing this?

Pony Guard: Get him!

Being jumped on, I was being stomped, kicked, my hair being pulled on as I was trying to get them off me.

Soejammy: CHEATERS! CHEATERS ALL OF YOU!!!

Twilight: PRINCESS!!!

Celestia: Enough.

Hearing Celestia call to her guards to stop, she approached me and used her magic to lift me up to my feet.

Soejammy: What? You want your lick on hitting me? Bet you're still salty when I escaped from-

Firing a beam at me, I was sent into the portal.

Dimension: Twilight's world

Location: Pony Jail, Canterlot

Time in Dimension: Noon

When appearing on the other side, it revealed a prison cell when I finally stopped when colliding against the bars. My form changes back to being an Alicorn, though no one knows it. I looked back through the portal as I got up and began to hobble back towards the portal while looking at Celestia.

Soejammy (Alicorn): CELESTIA!!!

As I got close to the portal, the entrance back to my world collapsed as I was stuck in the prison with 5 guards watching me.

Soejammy (Alicorn): You have to be shitaking my luck... What kind of crab basket is this!?

Rustling in my pocket, a head popped out as I saw it was Mini-Nep.

Mini-Nep: Nepu~

I carefully made sure I kept my back towards the guards to not let them see her.

Soejammy (Alicorn): What the- You sly little girl. You jumped into my pockets when I was being mugged. Didn't you?

Mini-Nep nods her head fast and giggles softly. I sighed as I smiled softly.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Honestly, I appreciate the company right now... Though, I wish it was under better circumstances... Did you at least send word out to the girls?

Mini-Nep looked at me and crossed her arms and gave me a look.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Right... Impediment... Wait, if someone can't speak English, but speaks a language in "Neps" and Nepus", does that mean they have an impediment or a dialect impediment?

Mini-Nep puffed her cheeks out as I chuckled softly and rubbed her head.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Calm your Nep head. I was just making light of our current situation. I know ICEY must've sent word to the others and the CPUs. By others, I mean Nintega and Kitty. Kitty, because I know she will be worried, and Nintega because of being an expert of this dimension.

Looking outside I could tell the sun was still high in the sky. Meaning Celestia left while it was noon.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Nep... I don't want to scare you... But... I'm scared...

Mini-Nep looked at me, worried by what I was saying.

Mini-Nep: Nep?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Ever since my Darkness was removed... I felt... More free. But at the same time... I feel... Fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear that it isn't gone. For me... I knew it was always there. Waiting, watching. Even after getting my new power... I thought I would be free. But... I'm not even sure now...

Mini-Nep looked at me and jumped to hug my neck as I held her softly.

Soejammy (Alicorn): It's okay, my child... I know that since I have you here... I know I can handle anything.

Mini-Nep smiled brightly as she hugged me tighter. I began to calm down as I took deep breaths.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Okay... I'm here in this world, because I've been arrested. I'm in jail, meaning I'm either going to be locked up forever somewhere without a trial, or given a chance to plead my case... No pressure... If I do get a trial, I'll need evidence... Since time flows more slowly outside the dimension, I'll need to figure out what I can do... But I can't until help arrives...

I looked at the shackles that had my hoofs linked together as it rattled when I moved.

Soejammy (Alicorn): And if I even wanted to run, I couldn't because of these... Running is not even my option. If I even try to escape from here, I'll look even more guilty than how I appeared here two times... And during those two times I ran from Equestria's pony guardians and then from Celestia herself. Doing so again a third time will not be good in my favor. I'll have to see this trial through on my own... No fancy escapes, no running. It'll be a battle of wits here. And what I can produce.

Looking over to a makeshift bed made out of hay, I decide to slowly walk to it. I lie down as I try to get as comfy as possible.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Best not waste energy. Need all I can to focus. Not to mention in case my electricity needs a recharge.

Mini-Nep: Neeep...

I felt Mini-Nep's exhaustion as I let her just nuzzle up next to me. I was making sure Mini-Nep rested as much as I could let her.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Don't worry, my child. We'll get out of this. I promise.

I began to close my eyes as I began to rest myself. Trying to get some sleep.

Time: Afternoon - 5:00 p.m.

I heard the rattle and banging on the cell bars as I startled with a wake and looked around.

Pony Guard: Get up. You have guests, freak.

???: Hey! Don't call him a freak! That's my Boyfriend you're talking to!

Hearing that voice, I got up even faster as I looked to see the CPUs, Nintega and Kitty had arrived. Even Twilight and the Mane 5.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Everyone! You're here!

I began to try and move as I accidentally tripped over the chains.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I seriously hate these chains...

Kitty: Jammy!

Nintega: Oh wow, he really is in pony form. I thought you were just joking.

Rainbow Dash: Why would we be joking??

Nintega: You never know. Especially with you.

Rainbow Dash: WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN!?

Nintega: Nothing! Nothing!

Noire: Hey! Can everyone stop!? We have bigger issues here!!

I sighed as I got up and hobbled softly to the iron bars of the jail cell. Twilight looked at me through the bars with tears in her eyes.

Twilight: Dad? Is that you?

Soejammy (Alicorn): It is, sweetie. I promise it's me. Different form, same me.

I tried to make light of this as I showed my cutie mark.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I mean, I have a cutie mark. Book and quill. My love for writing books. "Quill Writer"? "Tale Maker"? I could have a good few aliases if I wanted. But that wouldn't work now, would it?

Twilight: Dad, you're in jail... Why are you joking around at a time like this?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Afraid that's all I can do honestly, joke and make light of the situation. Make sure someone stays calm.

Nintega: Not to mention he jokes around while scared.

I looked at Nintega and growled.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Oh sure, announce what I was actually doing why don't ya. Why not spoil my books? Why don't ya?

Nintega: Okay. In Neptunia: The Guardian, the Male Reader learns that Dionix-

Soejammy (Alicorn): HEYHEYHEYHEY!!!! I WAS JOKING YOU BUMBLING IDIOT!!! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!?

Nintega: What? You asked, I answered.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Don't take it so seriously!

I sighed as I was still waking up slowly as I looked at the CPUs.

Soejammy (Alicorn): So, guess you got the message?

Noire: We did. I can't believe they just brought you here out of your dimension.

Neptune: That's kidnapping if you ask me.

Vert: We're sorry you have to be here like this...

Blanc: Want us to break you out?

I heard the sound of a throat being cleared out as we all looked at the guard still present.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Get a life, Joe. You're basically just observing. Like you would do anything.

Pony Guard: My name is Frank.

Soejammy (Alicorn): And your new name is Joe now. Say hello to Joe everyone.

Everyone, except Frank: Hello Joe.

Frank the Guard: My name isn't Joe!

I laughed at the joke as Pinkie Pie joined in on laughing too.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I really needed a good laugh.

Pinkie Pie: Laughter is always the best medicine. They even make laughing pills now! See?

Pinkie Pie showed me a weird pill that looked like it was laughing and handed it to me.

Pinkie Pie: Ever need a reason to cheer up, take that!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Thanks, I guess?

Pinkie Pie: No problem!

I wanted to ask where Pinkie Pie got this from, but it wouldn't matter. This was Pinkie Pie I was talking to.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Listen. I need you all to do something for me.

Rainbow Dash: And what if we don't listen?

Soejammy (Alicorn): You better remember that I basically defended your skin and lost Star Platinum because of that incident. I didn't ask for any help during that time and was trying to keep you all safe. I CHOSE to help you. And during that time when you all attacked my home, I protected Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo. Three kids that could have been flattened by a piano, Star Platinum, helped save them. And you all attacked my home, need I remind you. Because of you doing this, that day would have been the last you saw of them. I know what it's like to lose someone in a family. I wasn't going to let that happen to you all.

Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash looked away as I looked at the others.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Pinkie, Fluttershy. When I lost control, Twilight, Mini-Nep, and Eevee protected you all from being harmed by me in my rage state. Had it not been for them still having a heart, you all wouldn't be here. You 5 OWE me for that fact. And I'll be darned if that favor doesn't get returned, or my name is Shirley. And it's not.

Rainbow Dash: Ugh...! Fine! We get it. What do you want?

Soejammy (Alicorn): I don't know when the trial is going to happen. With how fast they wanted to capture me, I bet it'll happen the very next day. Which is tomorrow...

Twilight: But, that's less than 24 hours!

Soejammy (Alicorn): For me that is, not for you all if you act now.

Vert: What do you want us to do?

Kitty: We're here for you Angel! We'll get you all you need!

Twilight looked at me with worry as she wanted to make sure I was safe.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Here's what I need... But first, I need a sound barrier to keep Joe from listening.

Frank the Guard: My name is FRANK!

Soejammy (Alicorn): You really look like a Joe.

Twilight nodded her head to cast a barrier to allow only our talk to be heard as I began to explain to the group as each of them have their roles to play as to ensure my safety here. Some of them were shocked, some were very careful when listening, even Rainbow Dash seemed to be dozing off.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Does everyone know what I asked them to do? This all needs to be done before sunset. Just in case...

Twilight: We got it. You go rest. We'll make sure we get you everything you need.

Twilight lowered her magic as Joe looked as if unhappy he couldn't hear what we were talking about.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Please hurry and do what I need here. I can't ensure what could be safe while trapped here...

Neptune: Leave it to us! We got your back!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Good. On that matter of the note...

I walked over and used my teeth to pick Mini-Nep up by her hoodie and carried her over to Noire.

Soejammy (Alicorn): She stowed away in my coat. She shouldn't be here in a cell with me. Not my children...

Noire: You'll be all alone here... Are you sure...?

Soejammy (Alicorn): I'm a prisoner. I shouldn't be allowed company unless to talk for a while. But I feel we're nearing the end for today's talk. Which could be our last...

Blanc: This isn't your last. Don't you say that.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Either way, I'd rather keep myself thinking. It's what I'm best at.

Twilight: Okay... We should get going. But not before I do this... I'm just doing what you asked Dad...

Twilight casted a spell and aimed it at my head as I felt a tingling pain and looked at Twilight.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Owowowowow! That hurts!

Twilight: You asked for that.

Soejammy: Yeah, yeah... I get it. Listen... If I don't get out and I get banished or worse... I just... Want to thank you all for being here for me.

Nintega: We're here for you buddy.

Kitty: We're going to get you out of this, Angel.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I know.

I was about to back away when Twilight hugged me through the bars as I tried to hug back, but the chain kept me from doing it. I looked at the others as they began to be escorted out of the room. I felt a numbing sensation in my head, but I couldn't tell what it was.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Now what did I forget? Hmm... Oh well. Maybe tomorrow I'll remember.

I yawned as I began wanting to sleep as I closed my eyes and began trying to sleep.

Days elapsed in Equestria for Earth: 2 Days

Time: Night - 1:00 a.m.

I was asleep during this time as the moon shined down on me. I woke up as I had a groggy look in my eyes. I yawned as I got up to stretch and crack my back.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Stupid floor... So uncomfortable... Makes me remind myself I'm at home. Stupid hard floors we have...

???: Then you must live in a prison cell yourself then. Or is that different where you come from?

I felt startled as I looked out beyond the cell bars and could see nothing.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Hello? Who's there?

I was met with silence as I tried to look out, but all I could see was darkness.

Soejammy (Alicorn): You're losing it Jammy... Talking to thin air...

???: Then thin air shouldn't hurt like this?

I looked and saw a beam emission fired at me as I was hit in the chest to be sent flying into a wall.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Nope... Thin air shouldn't hurt... Nor cast magic to hurt...

???: Then you wouldn't like me being here, would you?

I raised my head and saw the darkness disappearing as I widened my eyes to see one of the least people I would expect. Luna.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Oh great... The second princess in line for the throne. Oh wait, or are you the princess sent to the moon?

Luna: Quiet!

A beam emission shot out of her horn as I was lifted pushed to the wall as I felt the searing pain from the attack.

Soejammy (Alicorn): AUGH!!! Where the heck is Joe when you need him!?

Luna: The guard took an... Early break. There's no one but us right now.

Soejammy (Alicorn): And abusing power once again. I wouldn't be surprised if you decided to end me right here because of this scenario right now. Fits the bill since you can do whatever you want to me.

Luna: I SAID BE QUIET!!

Using her Alicorn voice, Luna yelled at me as I felt a soft ring in my ears.

Soejammy (Alicorn): OW!! Did you have to yell with an amplified voice??? That hurt! How would you like it if someone did that to you???

Luna: I will not ask again. Silence.

I looked at Luna as I just kept my mouth shut as Luna opened the cell to enter.

Luna: So, you're the pony who kidnapped Twilight?

I remained silent and rolled my eyes as Luna shot a beam at me while staying quiet. WHAT IS WITH HER ATTACKING ME!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): OWOWOWOWOW!!! I'M BEING QUIET LIKE YOU ASKED!!

Luna: Answer me when I talk to you!!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Keep me quiet, or make me talk. Which is it!?

Luna prepared another magic attack as I raised my hoofs in fear.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Okay. Okay. I'm shutting up.

Luna: Did you kidnap Twilight Sparkle?

Soejammy: (Alicorn): No, I did not.

A beam shot out of Luna's horn at my feet as I looked at her.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I answered your question!

Luna: Don't lie to me. Did you kidnap her!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): No I-

Another beam emission fired out of Luna's horn as I was yelling in pain at Luna's actions until she let me down again.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Why are you hurting me!? I'm telling you the truth.

Luna: No. What you're answering is a lie. Liars get dealt with magic.

Soejammy (Alicorn): That doesn't make sense! Why would you be using magic on me even when-

I looked at Luna as I got serious fast.

Soejammy (Alicorn): You're trying to sway my thinking. You're trying to come here in the middle of the night, and get my thinking messed up by hurting me.

Luna: Whatever could you mean? I'm just asking nicely.

I wanted to speak up, but Luna prepared another magical attack if I decided to fight against it.

Soejammy (Alicorn): This is wrong. You KNOW this. You are abusing your power.

Luna: And? Why do you care?

Soejammy (Alicorn): You should care. Because what if Twilight finds out about this? Your sister?

Luna: She won't have to know. Because you won't speak about it. As for my sister...

I looked at Luna as she smirked towards me in just giving me a silent answer as I glared at her.

Soejammy (Alicorn): It's so like you two. Keep everyone in the dark, speak what you want, hide some truths. Perfect example of a corrupt hierarchy. People look up to you two, you know???

Luna: And what we do isn't of your concern.

Soejammy (Alicorn): It does if you're treating an outsider like me with this respect!! What?! You two have a thing against those outside of this Kingdom coming in and not belonging!? Is that it!? We have that same kind of thing back in my world, unlike you, at least people there are given chances!!!

I felt a beam emission crash into my chest again as I was dragged across the wall and thrown towards the bars of my cell. My clothes were being damaged and bruised on my body from the way Luna is treating me.

Luna: And who are you to invade our world, hurt our citizens and even HURT MY SISTER!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): I did no such things!! I never hurt anyone, and if I did, it was because I was attacked first!! What!? You don't want to read my mind!? Get some answers for yourself!?

Luna: There won't be any need. Because by tomorrow, you'll be wanting the guilty verdict. To make your sentence easier to make.

Soejammy (Alicorn): This is coercion! You're torturing me to sway my decisions based on pain!!

Luna: I know. But who's going to believe you? A pony man outside of his world. Having kept another pony from returning to her home. Assaulting the castle and running from the law. Who are they going to believe?

Soejammy (Alicorn): You have no idea who you're messing with here. If Twilight was here, she would be greatly displeased with you and your sister.

Luna: Maybe. But once you're gone, peace will return to Equestria.

Soejammy (Alicorn): You mean keeping quiet about what happened here while you two live in peace in your castle. That's rich considering the sisters having fallen out and taken a century to mend a relationship. Tell me, how was being the Mare on the Moon? I bet you got to see everything while being a shadow!!!

Luna became enraged when I said that and kicked me to the wall hard as I got up softly.

Luna: Guards!! I want him beaten to a pulp! Make sure he can't run and make sure it hurts!!

I widened my eyes as the guards came rushing in. I saw Luna smirking as she left my cell while the guards began to alternate in beating me down while I was left defenseless and helpless. That night, I couldn't even get some decent sleep...

Days elapsed in Equestria for Earth: 3 Days

Time: Morning - 8:00 a.m.

When morning broke, I groaned as I tried to get up, but felt heavy as I looked around to see another pair of shackles were on my legs and my back being weighed down by rocks. I looked outside to see the sun rising as I calculated 3 days have passed since my time here. Meaning I missed my birthday...

Soejammy (Alicorn): (Everything hurts... I want to go home... I want to see my family, my friends... I'm hurting so much... And I'm hungry...)

I tried to stand as I felt very weak, like the next attack on me would hurt a lot and cause me to collapse in pain.

Soejammy (Alicorn): (Luna... Celestia... I'll make them pay for treating me like this... But evidence, that's where I need it the most... I hope everything goes as planned... Ugh...)

I collapsed in pain as I couldn't even move because of the pain and weight. I heard some knocking at the cell bars as a guard had come for me.

Pony Guard: Your trial is ready. Get up.

I looked at the guard as I took a deep breath as I was trying to prepare myself.

Pony Guard: Are you deaf? I said GET UP!

What continues from here, is when my real fight begins. No point in running. I'm here for the long haul.

Location: Courthouse.

Once I'm at the courthouse, I had been asked by Princess Celestia herself when I was asked how I plead in the trial meant for me.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Not guilty, your highness.

I looked Celestia in the eyes as she smiled as if intending to make this a long trial.

Celestia: Then let us proceed, shall we?

I looked around as I went to my table and saw no lawyer present to help.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Hey. Where's my lawyer? If I don't have one, shouldn't I have one to help represent me???

Celestia: Considering your "position" here, we figured you wouldn't want one.

I glared at the princess as I was right to be angry to make that decision.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Why are you even the judge??? I think having royals participating in trials is a bit unfair if you ask me.

Luna: Do you want a CHANCE to plead your case here, or not? We're happy to take the latter as a choice.

I glared at Luna next as I decided to sit down in my chair as my body still hurt from last night. I looked around and tried to see if anyone was here that I knew, but couldn't find anyone.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Hey, Celestia. Where are-

I soon had a spear in front of my face as I looked at the guard

Pony Guard: That's "Your Highness" to you!

I glared at the guard as I looked at Celestia who smirked at me.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Your Highness, care to explain where my friends are?

Celestia: I thought doing an early preceding would... Make everyone's lives easier. They won't be arriving until noon. Not that you'll be here by then.

Soejammy (Alicorn): What!? You intentionally lied to them about when the trial is going to be!?

Celestia: Is there a problem with that?

I was about to raise my voice when a guard pointed his spear closer to my neck while I could feel the cold steel against my neck.

Soejammy (Alicorn): No. Your Highness.

I glared at the two princesses as they were conspiring against me. Making the trial unfair to me and my friends so they can't be here to defend me.

Luna: If there is nothing left to talk about, let us begin.

Teleporting, Luna appears at the prosecution side as she looks at some paperwork to begin explaining about the trial.

Luna: As we all know, today's trial is about a kidnapping incident that happened months ago. The kidnapping of Twilight Sparkle, the precious student of my dear sister, Celestia.

There were some gasps as some ponies in the room looked at me. In the crowd, I could see two familiar ponies that I could see as it was Twilight's mother and father. Probably another instigation caused by Celestia and Luna. The mother is Twilight Velvet and Night Light. I don't know if Twilight's brother, Shining Armor is here, but I don't think I see him here.

Luna: As we all know, one day, Ms. Sparkle is heard exploring around the Everfree Forest one day by some ponies and then suddenly disappears for no apparent reason. But that reason doesn't appear to be the case anymore. Because we found where she disappeared to and with information about the incident, we found out that not only did Ms. Sparkle get kidnapped, but she was brainwashed and even held there against her will.

Soejammy (Alicorn): OBJECTION!!! Your Second-Highness! That claim is nothing if not-!

Celestia: Overruled. The defendant shall not speak.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Oh, so I can't have a lawyer and I can't speak? How is this trial fair!? This is a massive abuse of your royal status!!

Celestia: Do you want this trial to end because of you holding everyone up?

I looked at Celestia as I just remained quiet. I growled in silence as I was trying to figure out what I can do. As the proceedings kept going, questioning began to happen as the first to go on the stand was a construction worker. I think I remember him during that day when I saved Applebloom and the other kids.

Luna: Sir, if you could tell us how you came across the "guilty" party?

I could hear the disdain in Luna's voice in calling me guilty when the trial wasn't even over yet.

Construction Worker: Well. I was busy with the others to make sure a new piano was placed into a home as it was ordered there. I saw the defendant with a couple of kids and a baby dragon as the piano was about to fall on the kids.

Luna: What happened during that time?

Construction Worker: Well, the support lines haven't been changed after a while as we thought it would be safe. But then those kids came out of nowhere and suddenly hit the house we were hoisting the piano up to.

Luna: Are the kids okay?

Construction Worker: They are. With the commotion going on, of how the line broke, we just froze as it was a lot of information to process as the kids were gonna get hurt or worse, but then that pony on trial just teleports where the kids were and- I don't know. He called something out and then the piano sounded like multiple hits were being placed on the piano itself. Like something was attacking it. When the piano shattered, it was that pony right there that saved the three kids.

Luna: So, you're saying that in order to compensate for how he kidnaps another pony, he decides to fake a rescue by saving three children? Was there ever the thought of said pony faking the rescue as this "invisible force" could have caused the children to crash into the building?

Construction Worker: Well, when you put it like that...

I growled as I wanted to say something, but Celestia had her guard pointing the spear at my neck still as I couldn't do anything to object to the statement.

Luna: Thank you, that will be all for the questioning.

Construction Worker: You sure? I feel I should be questioned further as-

Luna: That will be all.

The construction worker looked at me as if giving me an apologetic look with how this trial is going. I shook my head to give a sign that it's okay to do as they said as he got off the stand.

Luna: Next, we call the stand of Zecora.

I then saw Zecora approach the stand as I knew she was part of what happened, but wasn't ready to hear all her rhymes...

Luna: Witness. Name and occupation?

Zecora: My name is Zecora. I may be a Shaman from another border, but this trial is out of order.

Luna looked at Zecora as she sighed.

Luna: Witness, please refrain from rhyming...

Zecora: You either deal with my rhymes, or I give nothing for my time.

I chuckled as Luna glared towards my direction as I rolled my eyes to show I didn't care.

Luna: Witness, is it true that the defendant came to see you?

Zecora: It was not he who showed up at my home, for he had suffered an injury to his chrome.

Luna: What is that you mean...?

Zecora: Why not ask him too? I do not make the rules as you do. For his words you rue is clear as true.

Luna: No need. His words are probably full of lies anyway.

Zecora looked at Luna and frowned at her as she looked at me.

Zecora: This man who is that of the impossible, can make things that are possible. Such as darts of squishy and soft, makes magic complacent and loft.

Luna: Translation?

Soejammy (Alicorn): She means I made foam darts that aren't made to hurt anyone, but disrupt the fields of magic in any creature it makes contact against. When I went to go find Zecora the first time-

Luna: No. I don't want to hear it. You heard him, right? Foam darts that make our magic USELESS!!

There were worried voices and sounds of hate trying to reach me as I was annoyed at how this trial was being run.

Soejammy (Alicorn): You're spinning my words into something else! Stop that!

A spear was poked more into my neck as I looked at the guard doing his job.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I get it. Stop jabbing that thing into my neck. Ever heard of free speech?? No you wouldn't. Because you're too much of a stick in the mud to think for yourself.

Luna: I'm done with this witness.

Zecora glared at Luna as she looked at me with an apologetic look. A look saying sorry how she couldn't help. I nodded my head and gave a sign that I understood. The next ponies to the stand, all had very nasty and rude things to say. Probably fake witnesses to slander anything I tried to do. As if I even have a chance to speak under these circumstances. With the last witness having come and gone, I took the stand once more as I stood in front of Celestia and Luna.

Celestia: Soejammy, Human of Earth, many witnesses have come and talked about you and shown how dangerous of an individual you have become. As Princess of Equestria, I hereby sentence you-

Soejammy (Alicorn): Question?

Celestia: Wh-What?

Soejammy (Alicorn): If you're the acting ruler here, why aren't you "Queen" Celestia? Clearly you should have the acting title to do that, but you're still a PRINCESS. Wasn't there a King or Queen that ruled this land? Doesn't make sense if you think about it.

Celestia: Enough! You are just stalling to not be given your sentence!

Soejammy (Alicorn): What? I'm just discussing here. Just trying to figure out the big question here. People call you Princess and not a Queen. If anything, it doesn't even make any sense that you would be a Princess. Sounds too girly with how old you are.

Celestia: "OLD"!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Well, you are living off an Immortality Spell. You have all this knowledge and power, but what do you even do with it? One noticeable feat, sending your own sister to the moon after she goes rogue.

Celestia: ENOUGH!!

Celestia yelled with her magic enhanced voice as I just looked at her.

Soejammy (Alicorn): What? You think I'm going to be scared? Because you give your Alicorn voice? News flash. I'm not FROM this dimension. And all the claims your "witnesses" made, they're all fake. I came to this world to help Twilight when she was SICK! I found her, alone, in the rain, turned into a Filly! I made sure she wasn't taken by anyone else and experimented on! I PROTECTED her from threats that belonged in your world that came into mine! I LOST one of my sacred powers because I PROTECTED HER!!! And I do it again. But I would learn from my mistakes. I plan, I adapt, I learn, I fight, I struggle!! But the one thing I don't do is give up. And I don't care how much this spear jabs into my neck, because SCREW THE RULES, I WILL FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS!!! Hearing the voice, I turned around and heard the doors blasted open as in the doorway, I saw my friends, my girlfriend, my brother, and my daughters.

Twilight: Princess Celestia! This trial is not over YET!!

Celestia: Twilight?!

Rushing into the room, Twilight saw the guard with the spear to me as I smirked.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Better drop the spear. Because you are messing with the wrong pony who helped protect her. She considers me a Dad, can you believe it?

Twilight: Only because you made sure I was safe. Now...

Using her magic, Twilight took the spear away from the guard and snapped it and glared at the pony.

Twilight: Want to try that again?

The pony, shaking at the sudden anger, backed away from us as Twilight nuzzled herself against me. As I used one hoof to comfort her.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Don't worry. I'm still here.

Twilight: For a minute, you weren't. Look at you! You're all banged up and hurt!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Sorry... Must've hurt myself training in my cell.

Twilight: Yeah, you wouldn't do such a thing like that. I know you too much along with all the crazy stuff you've done.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Try telling them that then. Because I've been sitting here, with that pony jabbing that spear if I even talked. Not to mention the peanut gallery just wanting me banished, sealed away or whatever done to me.

Twilight: I know. But now, it's our turn and we HAVE evidence!!

Casting her magic, Twilight conjured stacks of paper and documents with tapes ready for display along with a TV and video player.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Twilight, you smart purple unicorn! I am so proud to be your adoptive dad!

Twilight was about to say something when a beam emission blew up the stacks of paper as Celestia had a smoking tip on her horn.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Oh now that was childish. Even for an adult like you.

Twilight: Don't worry, I made dozens of copies and cataloged them just in case this happened. Doesn't matter how many get blown up, they're all the same.

Neptune: I can vouch for it. I was put to work like Histy makes me!

Noire: It was to help Jammy! Don't you start complaining!

Neptune: Had I known it was paperwork, I would have left immediately before being chained down!

Kitty: Neptune~

I looked and shivered when I saw Kitty behind Neptune as the lilac haired girl faced her. That may have been a happy smile, but that smile held rage that spoke tremendous anger.

Kitty: Had you not helped, Jammy, my wonderful love, would be banished and in outer space right now~ Are you saying you would have abandoned him in his time of need after he let you stay until the magic mishap was fixed~?

I looked at Neptune as my jaw dropped.

Soejammy (Alicorn): After all the pudding I feed you and let you watch all the anime you want!? I should feed you more eggplants for dinner to spite you! Twilight, make a note for shopping, always eggplants for dinner for Neptune.

Twilight: Can we at least get you out of this trial first...?

Soejammy: Ah, right. Kitty.

Taking Neptune by the collar, she was being dragged out of the courtroom as Neptune was trying to talk on how to get out of this sticky situation she put herself in. I sighed and looked at Twilight.

Soejammy (Alicorn): By the way, how did you know I was on trial right now?

Twilight: You think I'm stupid? ICEY gave us an interdimensional microphone to listen to every conversation near you. If I didn't plant it on you while I hugged you from the cells, we wouldn't have rushed.

Twilight reached behind my collar and showed me the mini microphone she was talking about.

Soejammy (Alicorn): All grown up and you already know how to use tech like a pro.

Twilight: I had a good teacher and Dad who kept me safe.

Soejammy (Alicorn): You know, when we get back, I'm taking you out to treat. You get to eat anything you want. No matter the price.

Twilight: Hold you to that, but first... We need to get you out of this trial.

Soejammy (Alicorn): That's right. Almost forgot that.

Twilight: We're in a courthouse and not even out the doors and you forget?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Can you blame me? One day in the cell and I already want out.

Twilight looked at me and began to laugh slightly and then giggle.

Twilight: Dad, I'll never understand you, but glad to see you cheerful again.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Same. Now...

I turn to Celestia and smirk at her while looking at the evidence on my table.

Soejammy (Alicorn): With a new stack of paper full of information, I say this trial is JUST getting started now!! This trial isn't over yet, your highness! Because now I have a fighting chance with evidence of my own!!

Celestia: Fine. If you think you have new information that can prove your innocence, then show us!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Fine. But you're about to be Aced Attorneyed here, and I don't give a darn how I do it! Rarity! I require a tie!

Rarity: A tie??? Why do you need-

Soejammy (Alicorn): Just do it.

Rolling her eyes, I looked at Rarity as she tossed me a black tie as I clipped it onto my outfit and smirked.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I'm ready for trial, and I'm ready to prove my innocence!!

I smiled as I stood at the defense stand and prepared my case. I looked at the notes, documents, labeled cds, and inventions I have done that lead up to this point. I organized my gear and looked at everyone in the room as I showed them what I'm capable of!

Soejammy: Okay ponies! Listen up! From here on out, I'm getting a chance to speak. So ask me any questions, because no real investigation was ever placed, so now, I will answer any question. I solemnly swear to not lie under oath and will tell the truth and nothing BUT the TRUTH!! First up to the stand, the lovely shaman of the Everfree Forest, Zecora!

Looking at Zecora, I called her up as she happily took the stand.

Zecora: Okay, when you first appeared, what was your objective that was clear?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Easy! Twilight got sick in my world. Exposure to the sicknesses there. I have test results of her condition during that time thanks to the lovely Doctor Compa that helped treat her when she was sick. I built inventions to counter harmful entities that accidentally wandered through a portal from the Everfree Forest to get them back there. I even built my own darts filled with a sample of Twilight's magic as a catalyst. I prepared those darts to protect me from the Everfree Forest to find Zecora to help make an antidote or potion to help Twilight acclimate to my world better.

Celestia: Then why are you a pony? A unicorn to be more the fact.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Zecora made a potion for me. A potion to transform me every time I came to your world as I figured my real form would scare you all. Pinkie saw me first, but she really didn't care honestly.

Pinkie Pie: It's true. A new stranger is a friend you just haven't met yet.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Dangerous thinking, but glad you're you. Zecora, thank you for your time, you are a wonderful help.

Nodding her head, Zecora walks past me and smiles.

Zecora: A friend of Ms. Sparkle, is a friend that doesn't cause a debacle.

Zecora went back to her seat as I looked at the Sparkle family.

Soejammy (Alicorn): My next witnesses, Mr. and Mr. Sparkle, if you would please take the stand? I would like to question you on many things, and you may ask me questions as well.

Looking at me as if I offended them, the two looked at Celestia as even the Princess doesn't have a choice to give me a chance now. Her student was here and the rules must be followed. The two took the stand as I approached them.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Mr. and Mrs. Sparkle...

I felt a hoof slap coming from Twilight's mother as I recoiled and hit the floor.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Okay, I may have probably deserved that... But I can understand the trouble this all is caused...

Twilight Velvet: My daughter has been MISSING as you kept her AWAY from us!!

Twilight: Mom!!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Twilight... No. I need to answer all of this... This mess is my problem, I need to answer this.

I got back up as I shook off the pain and turned around to look back at Night Light as he socks me in the face with his hoof. I went flat on my back as I groaned in pain from the hit.

Twilight: Mom! Dad! Stop it!

Twilight Velvet: This pony kidnapped you!

Night Light: No, not a pony hun. Someone from another universe.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Got it. Already established. Not from this world. Moving on to the topics, please?

I got up slowly as I looked at the parents.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Ask me anything. Ask Twilight. All I want to do is bring back some peace. I never wanted to cause trouble.

Night Light: A lot of good that was ever brought.

Twilight Velvet: Our daughter, missing for months and you don't think about telling us!? Her ACTUAL parents!?

I looked at them as I did feel guilty of that fact as I had to compose myself to speak properly.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I know I can't say how sorry I was. I know she had family here. A family that would be worried. Friends worrying about her safety. That thought NEVER left my mind.

Night Light: Then why didn't you even-

Soejammy (Alicorn): I wasn't lying when I found Twilight. She was just a Filly. Something had happened to her that made her like that and she had no memories... Just a scared, little child. No memories to recall, only her name and just being scared and alone... It was by chance I even came across her. But had I not helped, we wouldn't all be here right now. The only reason why our worlds are connected is because after a Parasprite incident, and still having residual energy, I was able to create a portal I could make a will. Even go as far to place one of my more permanent solutions in Twilight's Library in Ponyville. A direct link to my lab where all my inventions are tested and made sure they work as intended... Going to my inventions, the ones I made are as follows after I met Twilight.

Going to my table, Twilight helped prepare my inventions that were made to date as follows.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Flash-Portal: A device using two different individuals' samples. Beings that came through portals to collect their residual energy from a portal to collect and store for battery usage. No harm is brought to it as I send it back home. Timberwolves were a challenge, and trust me, tenacious... Next invention... Spell Bombs: Pre-loaded spells with the help of Twilight as a way to cast spells fast. That's how I saved Applebloom and her friends when they were almost crushed by a piano. Spike can testify for me on how I saved them. The Spell Bombs is how I even entered, exited and even protected myself when I confronted Celestia as she ordered Twilight's friends to go to my world. They attacked my friends and kidnapped Twilight, her pet Eevee and my first daughter, Mini-Nep. Isn't that right, your highness?

Celestia: Well...

Applejack: Don't you dare lie, Princess. You DID send us to that world.

Pinkie Pie: You said Jammy was someone that wanted to cause us harm.

Rarity: But instead, he has shown us great hospitality along with compassion.

Fluttershy: He's not mean, only when he needs to be.

Rainbow Dash: Plus, he PROTECTED us. Even after all we did, he made sure we were protected.

I looked at Celestia and glared at her.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I'm not prone to violence. I hardly wish to hurt anyone. But I will if it means protecting my family. My friends. I don't attack indiscriminately. I FIGHT, because when one person doesn't take a stand to do the right thing, I will be there to DO WHAT I MUST. You sending Twilight's friends to "rescue" Twilight, NEVER existed. Twilight was ALWAYS safe. I made sure she was fed healthy, I looked up culinary foods from this world that would help, I gave her a bed, shared my world's experiences and did EVERYTHING in my power to make sure she belonged there!

I took the evidence of the presents, the pictures, and anything relating to Twilight to her parents to show if Twilight wasn't happy in any of the pictures.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Mr. and Mrs. Sparkle. Do any of these pictures show Twilight is sad or harmed? Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years. Pictures of her training when teaching her magic. Watching television while she was a Filly. Does ANY OF THESE show I showed Twilight harm or that she didn't belong in my world???

Looking at the pictures, Twilight was in her Harry Potter outfit during Halloween. Twilight hugging her Eevee plush from a Christmas gift. Eating fruits and salad for Thanksgiving. Watching fireworks outside for the new year. Even when Twilight wanted to document successful new spells she learned.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I need you to tell me. Do ANY of these pics show Twilight being harmed? At all by me? Being mistreated? I can't sway your thoughts, but I hope the evidence I documented helps show Twilight was NEVER treated differently. Like how she is your daughter, I treat her like a daughter just as well. But I know I can't keep Twilight with me forever. I know her home is here. With her friends, with her REAL family. But if you ask me, dictating someone's choices for them, isn't helping them grow. Because if no one is able to make choices for themselves, they can't learn from their own mistakes. We're all LIVING beings. We make mistakes, we learn from them. But if there is no room to grow, we all stay stuck where we stand and think.

I turned my back to head back to my defense table as I kept my documents, gear, and evidence ready to counter what gets brought up.

Luna: Mr. and Mrs. Sparkle, do you have any other things to say?

Looking at each other, they looked towards me to ask something.

Night Light: Did... Did our Daughter ever miss us? After regaining her memories...?

I looked at Twilight's father as I nodded my head.

Soejammy (Alicorn): She did, Sir. She missed both you and your wife so much after regaining her memories. The only reason why I haven't brought her back, was that she was too excited learning about my world, even being able to practice magic and get back on her hooves. In fact, there was a reason WHY I didn't want to bring Twilight back, not until I felt she was ready...

Twilight Velvet: Why do you think that???

I looked at everyone as I was about to voice my reason.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I don't think there was anything random about Twilight being sent to my world while looking like a Filly... In fact... I feel there was some foul play at work!

There were some gasps in the room as a gavel was hit against its pedestal.

Celestia: Order! Order in the court!

Celestia looked at me in the eyes with a glare.

Celestia: What is the meaning of this? What are you instigating??

Soejammy (Alicorn): It's what I'm saying that could have started all of this! The reason why I'm here, the reason why Twilight was sent to my world the way she was. EVERYTHING!

Luna: And what evidence do you have to prove that? For all we know, Twilight could have made a mistake while trying spells out in the Evefree forest.

Soejammy: No. I know Twilight. She would never practice magic under intense situations. Twilight would have made sure the magic she learns was safe and perfected before even attempting them. Having failsafes ready in case of something going wrong. I doubt she would have wanted her memories taken away and left in a defenseless state.

Twilight: That's right! Princess Celestia, you know that too!

Celestia: Yes, I do know that. But that still doesn't bring us details on why Twilight is sent to your world, Mr. Soejammy.

I looked at Celestia as she was asking the right questions, but I know I couldn't have known how to bridge this world and mine together like that... I know it had to have been someone in this world...

Soejammy (Alicorn): Your Highness, I know I can't prove who could have done it. But if you believe that Twilight would never cast a spell on herself like that, then you must know someone also could have done it too. We have to assume that there was someone ELSE in that forest that day!! Someone that wanted to get rid of Twilight and ensure she couldn't use her magic to effectively get back to her own world!!

There were gasps heard in the court as murmurs of if there was another pony that day that could have sent Twilight to my world or not. Celestia raised her gavel and hit it again to calm the court down.

Celestia: Order! Order! I will have order in this-!

Before Celestia could finish her sentence, Neptune was sent flying back in as she rolled against the ground. She sits back up with a dizzy look in her eyes as she begins to talk.

Neptune: I'll take a Nep-burger... With a side of pudding... And a Nep-shake...

Falling back down, I looked down the aisle to see Kitty walking back in and sitting down on one of the benches next to Nintega.

Nintega: Kitty... You know that was overkill...

Kitty: With Neptune...? The most lazy person in existence who would risk someone's LIFE to avoid paperwork...?

Nintega was about to say something, but then nodded his head.

Nintega: And suddenly, I don't have regrets.

I sighed as I had to focus back on the trial at hand.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I strongly believe there had to have been a second pony there. Either a unicorn or something stronger. I don't know why they would do such a thing... But it had to be someone powerful and knew what they were doing. The reason I believe this is because of Zecora's antidote potion. Like I said before, Twilight was sick and I needed her help to make a potion. One of the effects, was to negate magic. And this removed the de-aging spell casted on Twilight and allowed her to regain her memories and magic.

Luna: Are you insisting it was either myself or my sister???

I looked at Luna and gave her a look before shaking my head.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Of course not. It wouldn't make sense for two of Equestria's royalties to do the deed themselves. So, no, I do not believe you two could have done it. Luna, your job is mainly handling the dreams of every pony in Equestria as your magic allows you to protect people from nightmares. And although Celestia has power herself, she's usually too busy handling royal affairs that need tending to from time to time.

The two princesses looked at me in shock at knowing what their royal duties were.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I'm not one to place blame on anyone. I always review my work and evidence. Twilight has helped so much right before her disappearance. I don't think getting rid of one of the Elements of Harmony would be wise considering it takes all SIX elements to activate Equestria's most powerful defense against their enemies. It's what defeated and healed Nightmare Moon, and even defeated Discord himself. I may not like having to defend your royal statuses, your highnesses, but when it comes to the truth, even I'm bound to do the right thing, even when I don't want to.

Celestia: Then why go through all of this? What is there to prove for you?

Soejammy (Alicorn): If you were accused of accusations, wouldn't you be wanting to try your hardest to set things right and prove your own innocence? Even when the odds are stacked against you? Wouldn't you fight to the bitter end to prove your innocence with the limited evidence that can prove your innocence?

Celestia looked me in the eyes. I don't know what it was she saw, but she smiled at my answer.

Celestia: No one has ever answered that before.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I face the odds more times than I can count. Not my first rodeo where my life is on the line here.

Showing my evidence of my encounters from this world and from many others, I began to explain.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I've faced beings that were creatures from this world. Parasprites, an Ursa Minor, Timberwolves, Trixie the Unicorn, a scientist that stole Star Platinum from me, a man who wishes to create an empire, and so many more. So proving my innocence is just part of the cream of the crop. And I'll be a monkey's uncle if I even dare lose here. Because that won't happen.

Celestia looked at me and smiled more.

Celestia: My... You sure seem to have many accomplishments.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Yeah. But when you're fighting for your life, that always keeps stacking up and putting more on how dangerous it would be to cross me. Twilight.

Hearing her name being called out, Twilight approached me.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Project my memories to the court. I wish to show them all that I've faced.

Twilight: But you never asked me to do that...

Soejammy (Alicorn): If I'm asking you, that means I'm okay with it.

Twilight became silent and nodded her head as I felt my mind being picked of the memories I wish to present. It shows beings that are human, Heartless, robots, Nobodies, the Nemesis, and much more.

Celestia: What... What are these...?

Luna: Some of these creatures are indeed from our world. But not only that, but most look to be even more deadly by the looks of them.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Heartless. Beings that destroy worlds and take the hearts of people. When the world's heart is taken away, the world AND those who live on it disappear. By sealing the Door made of the hearts of worlds, not only did my friends and I ensure the worlds can't be taken by the Heartless, but the worlds that were taken were returned back. Many others in that universe I was in involved Nobodies, other humans, and dare I say some being a God. You have no idea what I have faced. Even entities that couldn't be ended by normal means.

The next memory showed other monsters, entities, and creatures that even made the court scared.

Soejammy (Alicorn): All these enemies, all these entities... I have faced them all. And it wasn't just me who faced them. My friends also faced them. I'm not one to be reckless, but I will give my life if it means protecting those I love, those I respect and those I cherish with all my heart. And you better believe that if you knock me down, you better finish the job.

I looked at Celestia in her eyes to show how serious I am.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Because I'll get right back up, and hit twice as hard you give to me.

Looking at me in the eyes, Celestia felt amused from the look I saw in her eyes.

Celestia: So, if I said that if I made you face Luna and myself, would you be able to overcome even that?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Under the right circumstances and plan of choice. Yes.

Hearing my answer, Celestia raised the gavel and looked me in the eyes.

Celestia: Soejammy of the Human world. In light of this evidence and your capabilities, I propose something I never would have thought of doing today.

Everyone looked at Celestia, even Luna as she was shocked by the sudden change of politeness.

Celestia: If what you say is true that you have the power that even contends with myself, if you manage to beat me in combat, I'll announce you are innocent.

Soejammy (Alicorn): And the repercussions of losing?

Celestia: Luna? Care to do the honors?

Luna: What game are you playing, dear sister?

Celestia looked at Luna with a look as Luna then sighed and looked at me.

Luna: If you lose, you will face the highest consequence known to Equestria. To ensure your power and knowledge can never leave this land, you will be sentenced to carry your life out in the pits of Tardaraus. Never to see the day of light again, and forever to be left in solitude.

Gasps and sounds of disbelief could be heard, even from my friends as I smirked at the challenge.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Is that all?

The two sisters looked at me as my confidence was showing in my eyes as I stepped out from behind the desk and looked at Celestia.

Soejammy (Alicorn): If that's all, I'll take that challenge head on.

There were more gasps as I had taken the challenge with Twilight being the one shocked of all.

After the trial...

Location: Ponyville, Twilight's Library.

Days elapsed in Equestria for Earth: 4

Time: Afternoon - 1:00 p.m.

After arriving at Twilight's library, I opened the door as I walked in with Twilight right behind me.

Twilight: Are you nuts!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): What?

Twilight: Dad, I know you're a good fighter, I really do, BUT THE PRINCESS!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): What? She's not the first super powered being I have faced. This'll be a cake walk.

Twilight: Not the point!

Entering the library as well, I could see my girlfriend not with a happy look from all of this.

Kitty: Yeah, I'm just going to interject and say, HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): No, I'm pretty sure I got it all right here. Pretty sure I'm thinking clearly.

Nintega: This would be a Jammy thing to do.

Kitty and Twilight: NOT HELPING!!

Applejack: Are you sure you're going to be okay? The Princess is... Well... The Princess for a reason.

Pinkie Pie: She could turn you into candy if she wanted!!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Pretty sure Celestia isn't a Majin Buu...

Rarity: Majin what?

Soejammy (Alicorn): On second thought, don't think about that one.

Rainbow Dash: You are all kinds of weird...

Soejammy (Alicorn): Oh, really? I haven't thought of that.

I answered Rainbow Dash sarcastically as I took a breath.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Look, I know I'm risking everything even after I proved myself in there, but it's either I go with whatever they're planning or I get no chance.

Twilight: And you're forgetting one thing~

Soejammy (Alicorn): And what's that?

Twilight wanted to say something, but knew that there was something going on.

Twilight: Just survive long enough tomorrow.

I tilt my head as I wondered what Twilight was talking about.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Huh? What do you mean? What do I have to wait for???

Twilight: You asked for something, but I am obliged to keep my promise. It's your ace in the hole.

I tilt my head as I really didn't know what Twilight was talking about. I shrugged as I began trying to prepare what could happen tomorrow. Planning my moves out as I only had one chance in all of this.

Soejammy (Alicorn): And I can't believe I had to spend my birthday being on trial and planning for tomorrow.

Hearing Pinkie Pie gasp, I paled when I forgot she was still here.

Pinkie Pie: Today's your birthday!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): No! I didn't say that!

Pinkie Pie: You said birthday and you're going to have a great one!!

Soejammy (Alicorn): NO! NOT TODAY! I'M NOT CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY TO- GAH!!!

Being taken by the neck, Pinkie Pie began to drag me around Ponyville while I had to watch the others laugh at my misery when I should be planning for my battle tomorrow.

The Next Day...

Location: Canterlot, Equestrian Stadium

Days elapsed in Equestria for Earth: 8 Days

Time: Noon - 12:00 p.m.

Arriving at the stadium, I was instructed to take the entrance to go to a preparation room to decide my armor, weapon and wards for my protection. Since this is a battle, they don't know I can't cast magic. So, Celestia has no idea about that. But I had to choose which ward I needed. Knowing the armor was going to weigh me down, I needed speed on my side. I still had an ace in the hole in being an Alicorn instead of a Unicorn. But I didn't really have much practice with wings in case I got sent up into the sky.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I really screwed the pooch on this one now...

Hearing a knocking on the door, I saw it open up to show Twilight, Nintega, and Kitty.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Well, I wasn't expecting to see you three before my fateful duel. Only wish I had a lightsaber right now.

Nintega: Highground is key.

Kitty: Nintega, I said no Star Wars references. High ground wouldn't work, BECAUSE THE PRINCESS HAS WINGS!!!

Nintega: It can work! It works everywhere!

Kitty: Try telling that to enemies in video games that LITERALLY get high ground and still lose.

Nintega: Then they need to get more high ground or make portable high ground opportunities.

Kitty: How does that make sense!?

Nintega pulls out a phone and begins to play it for Kitty.

After watching the video, Kitty looked at Nintega with a stare.

Kitty: Okay, that could work... IF JAMMY ACTUALLY HAD A JETPACK!!!

Nintega: Can still work.

Kitty: NOT HELPING!

Twilight: Mom! Uncle! Can you stop!?

Looking at Twilight, Nintega and Kitty didn't know how to react.

Kitty: I'm a Mother?

Nintega: I'm an Uncle?

Kitty and Nintega: When did any of this happen?!

Twilight: Well, Jammy is my adoptive Dad, so, wouldn't that make you related to him? You as my mother? You as my uncle?

Kitty and Nintega looked at each other and then began to cry at how touching this was. If I had a camera, I would be recording this.

Kitty and Nintega: I'm a Mother!/Uncle!

Without a camera, I couldn't capture this moment. But knowing me, Twilight poofed a camera in and let me snap a shot of it on a Polaroid camera as a film was produced to show the picture of Kitty and Nintega.

Soejammy (Alicorn): This is goin' up on my Jam-stergram~

Kitty and Nintega: JAMMY!!!

I laughed as I began to run, but then I suddenly appeared in the middle of the stadium.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Well... That moment was short lived...

???: Yes, and so will this be this fight.

Hearing the voice, I turned around to see Celestia towering over me with determination in her eyes.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Ah... Hi there. Didn't see you from being up so high.

Celestia: If my height is a problem...

Using magic, Celestia began to levitate me to be at eye level.

Celestia: Does this help?

Soejammy (Alicorn): As a matter of fact, it doe- AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!

Before I could finish my sentence, I was sent flying into a wall at the corner of the stadium. I rubbed my head as I looked at Celestia and glared.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Okay... Already going into things I see... Okay then...

Getting up on my hooves, I glared at Celestia in the eyes as an announcer began to call out the match.

Announcer Pony (Intercom): Ponies and Stallions! Welcome to the match of a century! Today we have a very special event that was just placed into order as even the match contains the combatants! Here today, we have the lovely, the merciful, the Princess that brings us the sun everyday!! Stomp your hooves for, PRINCESS CELESTIA!!!

I heard every pony in the stadium going nuts in cheering for Celestia as I rolled my eyes at this as I waited for my call out.

Announcer Pony (Intercom): And her opponent is a human turned into a Unicorn, Soejammy.

I widened my eyes as I looked at the announcer in the booth above.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Hey!

Announcer Pony (Intercom): Don't look at me, the Princess set the event up.

I rolled my eyes as Celestia walked up towards me.

Celestia: So, you ready to get this fight underway?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Yeah. Like the first attack wasn't a cheap shot at all...

Celestia: You mean like this?

Encasing me in magic, I felt myself being teleported as I was behind Celestia as I looked back in surprise to be dealt with a double hoof kick.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Ah!!

I was sent flying with the kick as I felt my body stop in midair by her magic as I was slammed to the ground. I tried getting up, but then was hit by a beam of her magic against my chest to be sent flying to the wall again.

Celestia: Why don't you counter with magic?

I looked up to see Celestia towering over me again as I got up slowly.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Don't have magic...

Celestia looked at me and was about to ask why, but realized why I had the spell bombs.

Celestia: You really can't access magic?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Yup. If I could, the beating wouldn't be one-sided right now.

Celestia: Then I shouldn't be holding back.

Encasing me in her magic, Celestia lifted me up to slam me against the ground repeatedly as the magic and my body was leaving indentations from the impacts. Each slam showed some tears and cuts in my outfit and hoofs. Dirt was getting in my mane as the last slam was against the wall as it cracked with my impact. I fell to the ground as I was in pain. Pain because I couldn't heal my wounds, heal the damage away, or recover my strength. I opened one eye as I could see something in the distance, behind Celestia, where all the other ponies were... I could see Nintega, Kitty, Twilight, the Mane 5, the main CPUs, but even the CPU Candidates, along with IF and Compa were there. All looking at me to cheer me on. I groaned as I got up slowly. My body ached. My body is slowly moving because of the pain.

Celestia: You really don't give up, do you?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Sorry... But too many friends are here to see me... If I go down without a fight... They wouldn't let me live it down...

I stood up as I gave a look to show I wasn't done yet. Even though everything hurt, I wouldn't admit it.

Celestia: Then maybe I should do this next.

Before I could move, I felt my body get held in place as Celestia had taken hold of me again with her magic, but this time, she whipped her head up as her magic sent me skyward.

Soejammy (Alicorn): AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

As I heard the wind rushing past my ears, I couldn't even make heads or tails with where I was as the recoil had me spiraling in the air. Right when I get myself recorrected, something rushes past me and causes me to lose my stabilization once again.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Come on...! This is ridiculous...!

Celestia: I couldn't agree more.

Widening my eyes, I tensed up as I could see Celestia ready her magic as she shot a beam down at me that then began to send me into a downward spiral. My eyes were closed, the attack with the danger of falling overloading my stimulus. I was panicking. Opening my eyes on the way down, I could see the stadium as I struggled to move. But I couldn't accept defeat or a crash like this. I tried to move my body, move my head as I was trying to reach a cord with my mouth. The cord I was reaching for, was a release on my protection that kept me shielded from the attacks I received, but when I reached for the cord and grabbed it, I yanked on it as my armor came flying off as I focused all my attention to my back.

Soejammy (Alicorn): (Now or never...! Come on...! Flap...! Flap!!)

I felt my wings tingle as I felt them trying to move. I struggled as I had taken a lot of damage already, but I couldn't give up now.

Soejammy (Alicorn): (Come on...! You've lived through the worst dangers...! A fall is nothing!! Flap! Flap!! FLAP!!!)

I took a deep breath as I straightened my body as I went into a dive. As I kept getting closer to the ground, I felt my wings tremble more and more as I was getting dangerously close to the ground. But right before I hit it, I felt my back gain some pressure as I had closed my eyes in waiting for the impact, but when I opened them, I saw that I was above the ground and seeing it move. But when I turned my head, I saw my wings were stretched out as if into a gliding formation. But the fun was short lived as they closed up as I was sent into a roll against the ground. When I got up, I could hear gasps and surprised ponies by what they were seeing.

Announcer Pony (Intercom): I... I don't believe it! The opponent who was thought to be a Unicorn, is actually an ALICORN!!!

I looked up as I saw Celestia descending while seeing the shock on her face in seeing the form I took.

Celestia: An Alicorn?!

Soejammy (Alicorn): Sorry, did I forget to mention I had wings? Trust me, the surprise of being an Alicorn was new to me when I first came here to see Zecora. She didn't tell you?

I smirked at getting the one-up on her as I could see the fury in her eyes at being deceived.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Looks like I made someone mad.

Celestia: And a grave mistake it was!!!

Flying above me, I looked up at Celestia as she was charging energy to her horn as I reached for my side for a spell bomb, but forgot my outfit had the pockets. I widened my eyes in terror as I tried to move out of the way, but was delivered a full-blast of magic straight from Celestia herself. I couldn't hear anything, I felt my body screaming with the impact it was receiving. When I opened my eyes, the ground was charred from the blast of magic as I struggled to get up. Celestia looked at me from above as I could only stare at her. I wanted my body to move, but all I could hear was the sound of ringing in my ears along with muffled distorted sounds.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Can someone just call the end of the battle already...? I'm spent...

But even if I wanted to stay down, I felt my body getting back up slowly, hearing distorted sounds of maybe some people gasping, some wanting me to just take my punishment or something I couldn't understand. In front of me seemed to be the look of a perplexed Celestia as she readied another attack. The sound of a muffled impact sound coursed into my ears, but felt most of it hit against my body. I was on my side now as I felt a haze in my eyes like my sight was going.

Soejammy (Alicorn): What am I doing...? I can't contend against Celestia... I don't have my Darkness... I don't have Star Platinum... Even when I know I can't fight... Why...? Why am I still trying to fight...?

As my hearing began to come back into focus, I was able to hear clearly what was going on around me.

Announcer Pony (Intercom): Everyone better get your ponchos on. If this battle continues, we're expecting some rain and lightning. So don't go running around when it starts!

Soejammy (Alicorn): "Lightning"...?

Looking up above where the overhead is, I was panting as I saw the dark storm clouds begin to cover the area in a shady setting with Celestia speaking to me.

Celestia: Hope the dramatics isn't too much, I thought we would have had more time for something more... Electrifying.

I could hear Celestia giggle as I looked at her. When looking at the storm clouds that were getting ready for the effects, my eyes widened as something triggered my head. Looking at the cloud, I remembered my entire plan, even for this moment.

Soejammy (Alicorn): You know... It's funny...

Celestia: What? The joke? Thank you, I know it was funny and-

Soejammy (Alicorn): No... Not your joke... It was just plain awful...

I got back up as I took some breaths to get myself back up on my hooves.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I'm talking about the situation you're in...

Celestia: What? But I have you where I want you...

Soejammy (Alicorn): Looks can be deceiving...

I struggled as I limped away from the wall.

Soejammy (Alicorn): I know why I wanted to fight now... I know why I still keep getting back up... Even when I have no strength...

I could see Celestia charging her attack again as I took a deep breath as I focused on trying to keep my balance as I galloped.

Soejammy (Alicorn): It was to wait for this moment! This singular moment!!

As Celestia began to fire her laser at me, I felt a spark of electricity course through me as I focused my attention to my horn to project an electric shield known as the Polarity Wall. I felt the beam from Celestia's attack make contact with my shield as I struggled to push back against it.

Announcer Pony (Intercom): What's this!? The challenging Alicorn is defending against the attack!? What is he doing!? Is he generating electricity!?

I was breathing hard as I felt some of my wounds restoring and repairing my body through my special power. I took deep breaths as my strength returned as I dug my hooves in the dirt and began to push back against Celestia.

Celestia: What!?

Soejammy (Alicorn): Someone will always rise up...! They'll take the challenge that's before them...! For me, I don't accept my defeat here yet! Not when the tide of this battle is about to shift into my favor!!!

I shift the shield to float away from my horn to keep it to my side. The shield isn't big, but I hope with more training in the future, I'm hoping to make it bigger. I looked up as I saw one of the Pegesi position itself to ready the lightning strikes. Getting myself under one, I looked at Celestia.

Soejammy (Alicorn): Let me ask you a question, Celestia! What happens when a Pegesi hits a storm cloud and sets it off for the first strike!?

I kept myself positioned as I was doing everything in my power to not get pushed back away from the center point of where I needed to be. I looked at Celestia through the shield as I could see her eyes widen in shock.

Celestia: Are you crazy!? You're going to kill yourself!!

Soejammy (Alicorn): You might think that... But remember what I said? I've been waiting for this moment... MY TIME HAS COME!!!

Hearing the roar of the thunder cloud, I see the bolt of lightning strike down as I create a blast wave to keep the beam at bay, as I reach my hoof up and let the bolt of lightning strike down on me. When I feel the surge of power from the lightning bolt, my eyes glow violently as my body feels a surge of power coursing through me. I yelled out as a dome of energy began to eclipse my surroundings. I yelled out as I felt like the energy and sensation I felt was going to make me burst. But preparing for this power, I channel it as I release what I can't hold up to the sky as I cause the clouds meant for this occasion to split apart and have the sun shine back into the stadium. A layer of mist surrounded the middle of the stadium as I took some deep breaths. I held my head as I clenched my hand into a fist. Feeling the flow of electricity course through my body, but it wasn't just electricity I felt. I also felt another power. A power that was long gone since my other adventure.

Soejammy: Celestia... You may have faced me when I was at my weakest... But now... I'll give you a real fight...

Raising my left arm, I focused the other power I felt through that instead to have a mix combination to alternate with.

Soejammy: Aeroga!!

Swinging my arm, I began to create a torrent of wind that caused some of the paper and debris that was scattered around to go flying. Even to make Celestia struggle to stay in the air.

Soejammy: You think you had me all figured out...? Then take one good look at me...

When Celestia was able to open her eyes after my spell, her eyes widened up to see my form had changed.

Soejammy: I hope you're ready for round two... Because I won't let it go to round three!!!

Pulsing with my power, I was flowing with not just my lightning power, but from the strike of lightning I absorbed from here in Equestria, I had also gained my magic back. I glared at Celestia as I got into a stance.

Soejammy: CELESTIA!!! HERE I COME!!!

Pulling my right arm back, I began to send a blast of lightning towards Celestia as she dodges to the side and sends a beam of her own attack back at me.

Soejammy: THAT WON'T WORK ON ME ANYMORE!! Reflega!!

Waving my left arm across, I generate a powerful defense spell as the impact has no effect, but I encase the magic Celestia threw at me and send it back twice as hard. Celestia almost didn't have time to dodge it as I looked to see there were protective wards to keep attacks from exiting out of the stadium.

Soejammy: You better start taking me more seriously, or else!

Looking back at me, Celestia got up on her hooves to get herself ready. I myself, also got ready as I didn't have exactly much time to waste either. We stared the other down as we then charged forward to clash with the other by headbutt. Breaking away from the clash, I focused on simple magic now as I casted Fire to conserve my magic. Celestia focused her magic to redirect my spell to go around her and come right back at me. I swung my left arm to dispel it as I brought back my right arm to fill with my Conduit power to physically clash with Celestia directly. Celestia got up on her hind legs to try and slam down where my right arm was swinging. Jokes on her, the moment I make contact with her, she gets a pretty nasty shock to her systems. I then jumped up towards Celestia as I grabbed her head to make her follow my movement before flipping her to be slammed down on her back.

Celestia: GAH!!

Grabbing her tail, I then began to swing her around to pick up speed, using Aero to give some lift off the ground so that I could toss Celestia to skid across the ground. I landed as I began to approach Celestia once again.

Soejammy: This is the mighty PRINCESS of Equestria? I don't see it.

Getting insulted by me, Celestia quickly gets up with a glare of her own. I got into a stance to prepare as Celestia began to gallop towards me and go into flight. Readying her beam attacks, I began to run as I brought my right arm up behind me to block the beam. Celestia tried to circle around me as I was using my electricity to try and get her to stop flying. When my attacks missed, Celestia prepared another attack as she indeed fired, but she aimed for the area at my feet and caused me to go into the air. Celestia would have rammed into me next due to my inability to fly, but using the Static Thrusters to maneuver myself out of her attack saved me from some damage.

Celestia: Nimble little creature!

Soejammy: Gonna have to try harder than that!

Keeping my eyes on Celestia, I saw her circling around as she was preparing to make another attack to charge towards me. I waited until Celestia was close enough as I stopped my thrusters to bring my hands closer together and spread them out to create a shockwave to push her back. Activating one thruster with my right hand, I used my left arm to raise up and swing down as I called out another spell.

Soejammy: Gravity!

A dark spherical ball appeared over where Celestia finished recovering from being pushed back as the moment Celestia was covered in that, she suddenly dropped hard as she crashed against the ground. Struggling to get up as her movements were only slowed down. Once I landed on the ground, I just observed Celestia as she looked at me.

Celestia: What is this pressure...!?

Soejammy: That was a gravity spell. You already know what it should do.

Celestia: Casting spells and with simple ways to cast them...!?

Soejammy: I admit that humans can't cast spells in my world, but there are a special few of us that do get that privilege. Only because we went through a great ordeal together, while I was deemed too dangerous to even keep mine. Sure makes you wonder why I lost it, but that's my secret to not tell.

Celestia looked at me and began to giggle.

Soejammy: What's so funny?

Celestia: I'm laughing because, why aren't you using your magic constantly since you absorbed the lightning bolt? I know that's how you are using magic now, but for whatever reason can it be that you're holding back in not using more magic~

I widened my eyes as Celestia already caught on to my plan. Although I was able to regain my magic, everything has a limit. My limit is the power that was in the bolt of lightning as even taking human form was using my magic up.

Celestia: You have all these spells, and you're holding back. You're on a time limit~

I frowned at Celestia as I got into a stance.

Soejammy: I think we're done talking.

Celestia couldn't agree more as she lowered herself to prepare as well. Kicking off the ground, Celestia and I charged towards each other as we crashed into each other. Both of us tried to push the other back with all our strength we could manage. Celestia and I broke away as we began to block and counter back against each other. Sending our attacks while keeping a strong defense. I could only rely on my electric power as I didn't know how much time I had to use magic. And I say I need the time. When I fired another bolt of lightning, I felt my body shift in light to being an Alicorn again before turning back into a human. Celestia had a smirk on her face as she was right in her assumption about my time limit. I growled as I put my hands together as I began to generate electricity by firing bolt after bolt of lightning at Celestia as she put up a shield to defend against my attacks. As much as I wanted to break through that shield, my current power wasn't able to break shields, not unless I could use my stronger magic. But judging my current power and usage, I don't have much time.

Soejammy: (This has to end now... While I'm in human form...)

I looked at Celestia as I saw her defending and waiting out when I lose my magic. Looking up, I saw the clear sky overhead above me as I began to think up a plan. Looking at Celestia, I stopped my consecutive shots as I began to charge straight at the Princess herself. I jump onto the barrier Celestia had as I put power to my punches with my electricity to cause cracks in her defense. Wanting me to get off, Celestia casted wind magic to create a strong gust of wind. It was throwing me off balance as I was about to be sent skyward, but I had to ensure Celestia couldn't follow me. Once I got sent off and pushed into the air in a vortex, I stretched my left arm down.

Soejammy: FORCE!!

I casted Graviga where Celestia was at as like I assumed, Celestia was going to attempt a follow-up attack, but the weight of my spell caused her to be flat against the ground she was at. Looking to the sky, I only had one chance to do this as this was my all-out gamble.

Soejammy: AEROGA!!

Channeling my magic, I created a vacuum of wind to propel me higher and higher as I soared as high as I could. When reaching the apex of my ascent, I could see the land of Equestria as I basked in how the land looked. I closed my eyes as I didn't have the luxury to take in the sight for now. Clenching my hands, I began to focus all my energy from my Conduit power as I felt sparks of electricity radiating off my body. The more I focused, the more I could feel building up around me as I needed to use all I could.

Soejammy: RAAAAAAAGH!!!!

Focusing my energy outward, the sounds of thunder could be heard as I felt lightning indiscriminately shoot away from my body down below to where the stadium was. If the stands didn't have a barrier to keep attacks from getting out, it would have hurt someone. But I had nothing to worry about as I let Aero keep me afloat as I saw Celestia finally recovering from my gravity spell. I looked at my hand as the pulsing light was telling me I was almost out of time.

Soejammy: (Now or never... I MUST MAKE THIS CHANCE!!) CELESTIA!!!

Yelling down to the Princess down below, Celestia looked up at me while I prepared my final assault.

Soejammy: COME AT ME WITH ALL YOU GOT!!! I'M FINISHING THIS FIGHT!!!

I didn't need to see Celestia's face as I could tell she would agree. I saw Celestia crouch down as she began to take off while I repositioned my spell to launch me downward at the same speed as Celestia's launch. I focused all my power to my hands as my fists were crackling with energy. The determination we both gave off to each other showed this was the final clash. Whoever came out of this, would win. Celestia focused her energy on her horn as she began to fire her most powerful spell yet at me as I continued my attack. Lifting my arms, I began to execute the Thunder Drop as my energy began to clash against Celestia's magic. Sparks of lighting shot off away to the barriers along with the ray from Celestia's attack. Both of us gave it all to force the other into submission. As a last ditch effort, I shouted to the heavens to give myself one final boost in electricity as it wouldn't resupply my magic, but would definitely overload my body.

Soejammy: THUNDAGA!!!

The crackling of the clouds resonated with my magic as a thunderous roar came crashing down as it hit directly against me as I surged with electricity. The impact and force of the lightning bolt I sent down pushed me to begin fighting back against Celestia's magic. Celestia and I could finally see each other's eyes as we kept getting closer and closer with each of our attacks splitting away from where we were to cause collateral damage on the stadium floor.

Soejammy and Celestia: HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

As we both pushed out a last ditch effort with our powers, I was able to get close to where Celestia we clashed one last time before a powerful explosion was set off! The explosion caused us to go flying in both directions in the stadium as we crashed into the barriers and broke the seals meant to keep the fight strictly in the arena itself. Celestia and I had broken into the stands from the force of our impacts. If anyone tried to talk to me, they wouldn't be able to reach me as my hearing was shot. My body ached from the explosion as I got up slowly to see where I was and looked for Celestia. Looking across the way, Celestia was on the other side of the stands as she tried to gently get back into the arena. I took deep breaths as I got back up and looked at my hands to see the faint glow of magic about to leave as I only had enough power for one more spell before losing my human form again. Going back to the arena, Celestia could see me as she tried to cast some magic as her horn was only creating sparks and couldn't cast any magic. Even if I wanted to shoot any energy back, I used it all up trying to make that one final attack towards Celestia. Both of us seemed to be panting as we both looked worse for wear. Celestia would be wanting to continue the fight, but with her current status and exhaustion, she wouldn't be able to do anything except stand there and take the next hit. When I finally reached where Celestia was, I brought my hand up into a fist, and looked at Celestia while panting. When I began to throw it, I saw Celestia flinch as she knew she was going to lose. Instead, I placed my hand against her, and had enough time to cast just one spell.

Soejammy: Curaga.

When I casted the spell, Celestia felt a jolt of surging energy course through her as the wounds and damage she received began to heal up almost instantly. She began to look at herself as Celestia was surprised that the pain and damage was gone. Even if I wanted to use the healing magic on myself during the battle, it would have used all my magic in that one use. Meaning I was the one in bad shape now.

Soejammy: I get to have the last laugh... Ha... Ha...

I began to fall backwards as I fell onto my side, I looked over to my right as my magic had just run out and saw my hand return to look like a hoof. From the stands, I saw Twilight beginning to gallop towards me as my eyes closed from the exhaustion I felt.

Twilight (Echo): DAD!

That was the last thing I heard, before I lost consciousness.

Third point of view

Dimension: Earth

Location: Soejammy's House.

Date: March 10th, 2023 - Friday

Time: Afternoon - 4:00 p.m.

As Soejammy opened his eyes, he woke up in his bed as he got up slowly. Soejammy took a deep breath as swung his feet over the side of his bed and looked down to see some bandages on his body.

Soejammy: When... When did I get home...?

Soejammy saw that he was back at home, but doesn't remember how he got here.

Soejammy: Did... Did I lose...?

Soejammy became sad as he closed his eyes. Dreading the thought of such a thing as it made him not want to go downstairs. About to get up and go downstairs, he heard the sound of something rattling with the sound of someone coming up the steps. The first thing Soejammy saw was a floating platter tray with a salad, some milk, and a book. Coming up the stairs, he saw it was Twilight. The moment she finally reached the top of the stairs, she smiled.

Twilight: How are you?

Soejammy: I'm... Doing fine...?

Twilight: I'm glad to hear that, but you shouldn't be trying to get up. You haven't healed completely yet. Even if your power is healing you slowly. Although, I did read that letting you absorb electricity does heal you... But is that the best way to help you right now? Hmm...

Soejammy: O-Okay, wait. Wh-What happened...? What about Celestia??

Twilight looked at him, thought about it for a moment and then answered.

Twilight: Oh. You're talking about the results of the fight?

Soejammy: I mean, yeah? I thought I lost?

Twilight: Well, you would have, but it turns out it was a draw.

Soejammy looked at Twilight as he blinked a few times and tilted his head.

Soejammy: Eh...?

Twilight: Apparently, landing outside of the stadium ground where the audience was counted as a ring out? I don't understand how the ground you two fought on didn't have an arena to fight on. Then again, limiting the space didn't help anyone if fighting the Princess.

Soejammy: Twilight, the point?

Shaking her head, Twilight was caught rambling.

Twilight: Right! Sorry! Celestia claimed that with it being a draw, the fight would have started up again when you regained consciousness. But... You surprised everyone there, even the Princess herself.

Soejammy: What did I do?

Twilight: You could have attacked while you two were at your weakest. Celestia couldn't fight back as the last attack drained her of her magic. But when you could have dealt the final blow, you healed her instead? Why?

Soejammy looked at Twilight as he then looked away.

Soejammy: Can't have the Princess look weak and helpless. What would her subjects think if they saw her or her enemies?

Twilight: That... Makes a good point...

Soejammy: Not to mention with the explosion that happened, it might bring some attention and wonder what just happened.

Twilight looked at Soejammy as she didn't think it would cause much trouble.

Soejammy: But... Should danger DO show itself, I'll think of some plans to get us through.

Twilight looked at Soejammy with the biggest smile as she was about to cheer. Soejammy held up a hand to make sure Twilight needed to be quiet for this.

Soejammy: What happened AFTER the battle?

Twilight heard him say that as she began to think. The sound of something climbing the steps could be heard with a familiar voice Soejammy knew too well.

Celestia: I think it would be best that it came from me, Twilight.

Hearing Celestia's voice, Soejammy looked to see the Alicorn Princess herself now standing in his room.

Soejammy: How long have you been here waiting for me to wake up? Staying to gloat in my face?

Celestia: "Gloat"? No no. I believe there is a misunderstanding right now. You see, I stayed to apologize.

Soejammy looked at Celestia as if he had misunderstood what Celestia said.

Soejammy: What?

Celestia: I stayed to apologize for my actions.

Soejammy: I'm not following. You attack me, send a squad to kidnap Twilight and hurt my friends, put me in an unfair trial, and then fight me in front of a crowd. I don't understand why you're the one apologizing.

Celestia: Okay, I get that. But if you would hear me out...

Soejammy was about to say something when Twilight tugged on his jeans to listen to Celestia.

Soejammy: Fine. I want to hear your reasoning.

Celestia: I promise you I will tell the truth.

Soejammy: Good. Because I hate liars.

Celestia looked at Soejammy as he held fast to that statement.

Celestia: Of course. I did read your memories, you do hate liars.

Soejammy: Then it would be wise of you that you don't then.

Celestia looked at Soejammy in the eyes and sighed.

Celestia: Guess I don't have that much trust since my recent actions, but I'll get straight to the point. You see, I saw much more than recent memories, I saw how violent you were.

Soejammy: You're talking about my adventure in another dimension... Trust me... It wasn't one of my best moments to go through...

Celestia: I can see from the... "pain" you had to go through... It would drive almost anyone insane...

Twilight: Huh? What do you mean, Princess?

Soejammy: It felt like a nightmare I couldn't wake up from... And I rather not talk about those parts... It was something I didn't want to experience again...

Celestia: To that, I apologize. Truly, I am.

Soejammy: Then why...?

Celestia looked at Soejammy based on his question and knew what he was wanting to know.

Celestia: I had to see how truly different you were back then to how you are now. I read the memories of the others to get their sides of the stories, I even looked at Twilight's at her request. You're so much different than how you are now.

Soejammy: Not sure whether to take that as a compliment or not.

Twilight: Dad!

Celestia: Regardless of that, there was one other thing.

Soejammy looked at Celestia as he was curious.

Celestia: When we crashed while in the sky, the impact caused by our attacks did cause us both to land in the stands. But no pony or person fights unless they have the conviction to fight with everything they got. For you, it was your innocence, while I wanted to see you punished. In my thinking, I was wrong to do all of this. Even without the official calling that the match was a draw, you could have landed that final blow to win, but you healed me instead. Never once thought you would surprise me by doing something I wasn't prepared for as you normally follow through with brute force. Healing me, shows the balance you have in giving mercy to an opponent.

Soejammy: The battle was done anyway. There was no point in further harm. I wasn't fighting that day to kill or survive. The circumstances were different. Had it been something related to destroying life or forcing change on a world, that is where I draw the line to follow through with.

Celestia: And one I'll have to remind myself not to do if I ever did that.

Soejammy: You? Ruling the world?? Yeah, never going to happen. Only way you do that is if you become evil.

Celestia: Then let's hope I never do. Otherwise, I know who I need to take out first.

Soejammy and Celestia looked at each other as a snicker began to be heard before both of them began to laugh.

Soejammy: Didn't think I would be that big of a threat if you became evil. But at least I will be ready if that ever does.

Celestia: I would count on it. Wouldn't want a rematch if it ends up being one-sided.

Soejammy: Yeah, that would leave a sour taste in my mouth at least.

Celestia laughed before looking at Soejammy with a stare.

Celestia: Do take care of my faithful student. She does have a home to come back to after all.

Soejammy looked at Celestia as if warning to make sure Twilight is in safe hands with him.

Soejammy: Celestia, you don't have to tell me twice to make sure Twilight is safe. I'd give my life before I hand her to an enemy to save her life.

Celestia looked into Soejammy's eyes as she closed her own to nod.

Celestia: I know. Take care, and don't forget what happens in- Oh wait... Time flows differently here...

Twilight: Don't worry, Princess, I'll explain it to Dad soon.

Celestia: Good, your brother would be disappointed if you weren't there.

Twilight: Trust me, it's a shocker for me that I'm part of it. I'm even more surprised you want Dad to be there too.

Celestia: Given his expertise to sense danger? I wouldn't want anyone else to be on a lookout for danger.

Soejammy: Huh...? Wait, what? I'm so confused now. What??

Celestia: All yours, Twilight.

Casting a spell, Celestia was encased in light before leaving the room back to her dimension. Soejammy crossed his arms and looked at Twilight.

Soejammy: Okay... What is going on?

Twilight began to explain to Soejammy what happened while he was passed out as the scene fades to black.
