It has been a few months since Itachi has returned to the village, Ayano had attended Hiyori and Sasuke's secret wedding (where she cried like a baby) And she was on the 9'th month of her pregnancy. Everything was going well until.....

"I must fight Sasuke."

"WHAT!!!"

"But why dattebayo!?" Itachi sighs at both the question and Naruto's loudness, "because he still is seeking revenge, I should at least give him the satisfaction of killing me." He answers before taking a bite of his toast. Naruto frowns. "but Sasuke wants to kill you"

"which is why I will stop him before things get out of hand and explain the truth to him." Ayano sighs "I will be there to make sure of that ya know." Itachi and Naruto are about to object but know that Ayano won't listen to them.

A few hours later....

Ayano was giving Itachi a big hug "you be careful ya know!" Itachi chuckles nodding, "of course." He bends down and places his head on Ayano's stomach "you two be good for your mother." Ayano smiles at how darn adorable that was.

Ayano then senses some bodies of chakra coming closer to them, which she identifies as Sasuke and Hiyori. "they're coming"

Itachi goes inside the ruins (A/N: I think they were ruins... someone correct me in the comments plz) and Ayano conceals her chakra and hides in the bushes. Ayano waits in silence for a few minutes until she heard Sasuke's voice. "you're staying out here Hiyori."

"I can help! I'm not Sakura! Besides it is my fight too, you're not in this alone." Hiyori argues, Ayano listens to the couple disagree for a few minutes before they finally agreed that if Sasuke needs help he'll call for her. After that Sasuke going in.

"I know you're there listening Ayano, you can come out," Hiyori says quietly, Ayano blinks a few times. Was she that easy to find? Maybe she's out of touch, her being pregnant and all. "I'm not going to do anything I know you're here because of Itachi" Ayano comes out of the bushes, removing a leaf from her hair. Hiyori's eyes widen, "you're-"

"yeah... also before you ask, they are Itachi's ya know"

Hiyori nods deep in thought, "so he was good this whole time.... But why is he fighting Sasuke?" Ayano sighs in relief, she didn't have to explain this again thank goodness. "good question, he said it's because he wants Sasuke to not have done all this for nothing. Which I can understand but if he uses his Mangekyo Sharingan too much he'll go blind, which worries me ya kno-"

Ayano and Hiyori quickly turn their heads towards the ruins sensing Itachi's chakra slowly fading.

Ayano throwing caution to the wind runs in the destroyed ruins following his chakra till she finds him and tries to keep him on his feet. Hiyori rushes over to help, meanwhile, Sasuke is looking at them like they've grown two heads. "Why are you-"

Suddenly Ayano's water breaks making her gasp, Hiyori sighs "well shit." (A/N: please excuse Author-chan's writing for this part I have no idea wtf I'm doing) Sasuke's eyes widen, "Ayano is... that means... he is..." Ayano nods then looks at Hiyori "I'm going to bring us back to the village, Hiyori you can let go"

"Hell no! Your water broke I'm not letting you just carry him to the hospital in this condition!!" Ayano sighs "Sasuke you'll understand soon I promise"

POOF

They were back in the village (in Ayano's house specifically), where Naruto was eating ten cups of ramen, which he almost chokes on when he sees everyone suddenly appear. "W-what happened?! Why is Hiyo-chan here?!" He asks jumping out of his seat and rushing to his sister's side. "Ayano is in labor and Itachi lost too much chakra and is severely injured. I'm here because I didn't want her to carry him by herself" Hiyori responds quickly.

"Naruto, I need you to not freak out and bring Itachi to the hospital. I'll bring Ayano to-" Hiyori was stopped midsentence by Ayano, "I want to be with Itachi ya know," she says before crying out in pain. "God! I understand how you felt mom!" she cries out to nobody in particular.

Hiyori and Naruto get Ayano a room in the hospital and lay her and Itachi in hospital beds. "Naruto you wait outside this will get gross, and will last four to eight hours," Hiyori says putting on safety gloves. (A/N: Author-chan does her research) Naruto nods, hugging his sister then leaves the room. Itachi was finally opening his eyes, Hiyori rushes over to him giving him chakra while healing him.

After a long time, Ayano had given birth to the twins. Ayano looks at the firstborn who was a boy with red tufts of hair, "Obito", she says softly. Ayano then looks at the second which was a girl with black hair and whiskers on her cheeks similar to her and Naruto's "Rin" she says softly again. The tired redhead smiles looking at her unconscious husband, "Itachi, we're parents ya know"

A smile forms on Itachi's face.
