This story will begin mid Season 2 of The Walking Dead, and will assume a general knowledge of the show and its characters, rather than pointing out and introducing every character in the first chapter.

New and original characters will be given a bit of background as and when needed.

As a trigger warning, there will be the standard violence, profanity, sexual content and perhaps more than usual in my works, mentions of or references to sexual assault and rape. This will not be graphically depicted, but it will form a large part of the main character's trauma and mental state, particularly early on in the story.

This is a slow burn book, but hopefully my readers will give this book a go and enjoy the ride. Votes and comments are always appreciated.
