Have you ever noticed how much lies control our lives? Hell, the only thing separating the two is the letter "v."

"You deserve this."

"You don't deserve this."

"You're ugly."

"Nobody will like you."

"You're a waste of life and space."

"Nobody loves you."

"Nobody will love you."

"You're ugly."

"There's no hope."

"You're broken."

"There's something wrong with you."

They're lies. And they work because people believe them. The world would be a better place if we stopped lying to ourselves and stopped believing the lies around us. Cause maybe then we could effectively love ourselves and others.
