The first suspect on Neil's list was Her Majesty, Queen Elizebeth II of the UK. He didn't really think that she would throw a potato on the ground, but he was still going to check. When he arrived at the grand estate of the queen, he made his way to her, followed by some guards. When he found his way to he queen he thought to himself "She's not King George III, but hey, she's still pretty great." He greeted her and asked about the potato tragedy. The immortal queen simply replied "no," and that was good enough for Neil. So he left to find the next suspect on his list.
