The next suspect on the list was none other than Neil's favorite president.
However it was not the big orange Trump you may be thinking about.
Oh no!
He is so much manlier.
The president he had in mind was President Vladimir Putin of Mother Russia.
So he went to the home of Mr. Putin and asked him if he had thrown the potato, because of past experiences with the nation of Germany. But, like Neil had suspected, he had simply replied "нет."
And that was good enough for Neil.
