Chapter 8

(Sky's POV)
I walked deep into the forbidden forest, an eerie feeling going down my spine.

"Seto, I still don't understand why you had to move out here." I grumbled, rubbing my arms together. Not only was this place creepy, but it was also cold. My teeth chattered as I stepped across the marshy swamp part of the forest. It was almost nightfall as well, and I forgot my sword.

"Great. It's cold, dark, and there are probably a million mobs out to kill me right now. How could this day get any better?" I said, looking around the never-ending forest. I sighed as I decided that the only way I would be able to survive the night is to make a wooden sword. I walked over to a tree and started to punch it. Soon, I had enough wood to make a sword. I discarded the extra sticks and wood, and I jumped up onto the top of one of the low hanging trees.

"Oh Notch, please don't let any of my friends see me like this." I said, laying my head down on the leaves of the tree. I tried to fall asleep, but I heard a rustle in the bushes by me. I jolted up as I heard the sound of footsteps. I looked over the side of the tree to see someone. The person was clearly unaware of me being on top of this tree.

"Hey you!" I called out. Maybe he had a hut I could stay the night in.

The person froze and turned around slowly. I jumped off the tree, and started walking up to the person, He wore what looked like a cape and had a hood as well. He hung his head as I stepped closer and closer until I was able to grab his hood. Then he flipped his head up and started to run.

"Hey! Wait!" I yelled, and instantly took off after him.

"Leave me alone!" The person yelled, and that caught me a little off guard. That voice...It sounded familiar. I stopped for a second to try to get a good look, but he kept moving too quickly to see any facial features.

"Seriously! Just leave me alone!" The person said again, covering his face. A determined look plastered itself across my face as I started to chase again. But this time, I WAS going to catch him. We raced around the forest for what seems like forever. We starts to run around this hill, but instead of chasing him, I waited for him to turn the corner and I lunged. I landed smack dab on top of him.
"Dude, please just stay still! I just want to know who you are!" I said, trying o get him to stop wrestling underneath me. I thought for a second that I won this battle, but I was wrong. So wrong.
He shot his hand up, and a green orb of magic shot out of his hands, directly at me. I jumped off of him, dodging the attack. So he could do magic huh? Well, magic wasn't going to scare me off. He stood up, and was about to run again, when a quickly grabbed and pulled back his hood.
I gasped.

"S-Seto?! Why were you running away from me?" I asked, leting go of his hood. He didn't say anything. All he was doing was looking side to side, and pulling back up his hood.

"Uh....Seto? You ok..." I started, but I shut my mouth when I saw an arrow fly by my head. Seto looked at me as a skeleton popped out from behind a bush. Seto quickly conjured up an arrow and bow. He tried to shoot the skeleton, but he was still shaking from the chase, and he missed. Time to take the reins.

"Seto! Stay down!" I yelled, running at the skeleton. Seto was never good at battle, so I let him sit this one out. I slashed at the bony creature, and I had a twinge of satisfaction as I heard the sound of my wooden sword clash against the bones. The skeleton screamed as he crumbled into a pile of sad little bones, and I smiled back at Seto. He gave a weak smile in return, but he still looked worried.

" Seto, why were you running away from me?" I asked, dragging the damaged sword behind me.

Seto looked at me for a moment, and sighed.

"There is danger around here Sky...don't trust anyone. Stay down, keep your friends close, and your enemies closer." He said, to me. That sounded like some stupid prophecy. I didn't believe it. There isn't any danger here! (Oh, if you only knew Sky)

"You don't mean Herobrine do you?" I asked, mockingly. Everyone knew he was just a legend. Out of everyone I knew, I would've expected Seto not to believe such a pathetic story.

"No Sky.....not Herobrine...he's the danger." He gulped. He started to shake, and soon fell to the ground. I grabbed him by the arms and practically dragged him over to a nearby bush. I looked at him with a disbelieved face. I looked all around, expecting to see some hideous creature, I didn't see anything.
"I don't know what you mean Seto. There's nothing here." I said. He pointed at the sky. I looked up, expecting to see something, maybe even Herobrine, but instead of seeing white eyes, I saw a pair of fierce looking dragon wings, a scaly dragon tail, and a glowing purple headphones. I gasped.

"T....TY?"

(Jason's POV)

I walked around the kingdom library, deep in thought. None of this made any sense. I walked back over to my notebook, filled with diagrams and notes. I had looked at every book u could think of that had something to do with the dragon, but there was nothing. But I was determined.cI had to figure out what had happened to my friend.

"Knock knock!" I hear Jerome say, walking into the library. I looked over at him. Sure, I loved him like a brother, but there were times when I just didn't want him in my curly hair.

"What do you want Jerome? Can't you see I'm a little busy at the moment?" I said, pointing to my notebook.

"I just wanted to tell you we are having training on the back lawn instead of the battle arena. A certain someone flooded it." He said, pointing at Bashur, who was snickering over on the other side of the library. I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"Ok. I'll be out in 5 minutes. Get the recruits warmed up." I said, and Jerome nodded. Before walking out, he walked over to Bashur and punched him in the arm. While Bashur was whining about how much Jerome's punch hurt (even though Jerome doesn't punch hard) I walked back over to my desk and closed my notebook. I laid my head down on the table and thought.

"Ty, what are we going to do? If your not here, not only will the kingdom start to go into chaos, but Team crafted might break apart..."

(Enderlox's POV)

"Ok Tyler, are you ready for some real fun?" I told Deadlox. He only fought and kicked, trying to regain control of his body.

"Give it up Tyler. It's not gonna happen." I told him, and he stopped.

Don't ever call me Tyler. You can take over my body, turn me into a freak, and make me do your evil bidding, but you will not call me Tyler.

"Whatever." I said, and I scouted out the area. I caught a glint in my eye, and about 40 miles away, was the Butter Kingdom.

"Ok Tyler. It's almost time to see our new kingdom." I said greedily. I have been waiting my whole life for this, trying numerous times to get out of that boring end dimension. The over world was pretty and all, but it didn't suite what I wanted my home to be like.

You'll never get away with this, dragon.

"Oh Tyler. Don't you see? It's not me who is doing it. All the blame will go to you. And might I say, won't that be good fun too! Seeing old friends suddenly turn on one another! I should have brought my popcorn!" I cried in a happy/evil tone.

Stop calling me Tyler.

"Fine, TY."

I looked around again and noticed that we were getting closer. I landed under a tree, and carved a mark in it.

What is that for?

"Well, TY, in our family, we all vowed that if we ever made it out of the end, we would carve a mark in out of the trees. Sure, it kills the tree, but then we know how many dragons have made it out. Looks like IM the first."

That's stupid.

"You know TY, I don't like your negativity." I said, mockingly sad.

Get used to it dragon, that's not all I'm capable of.
