Chapter 11
(Ok I really need to stop writing these at midnight....but anyways here Ya go.)
(Sky's POV)
I rubbed my head as I lifted it off the hard, blocky earth. There was a mild ache in my head and neck, but as of what I could tell, I was ok. But wait. Where was I? I stood up after a few failed tries, and looked around at my surrounding. I had no map, so couldn't figure out where the heck I was. I tried thinking about how I had got here, but all I remember was a pair of purple eyes. Everything else was a blur.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" I yelled out into the clear day sky. No one responded. I sighed and suddenly wished Jason was here. He would be able to figure out where we were, considering he was a Geography champ. I really should have paid more attention in Pre AP Geography...drat.
Since I noticed I was all alone, I figured I should start walking. It was luckily still early in the morning, so I figured I should have enough time to get some food and possibly make a shelter if need be. With that decision, I started walking, but unknowingly in the wrong direction.
(Enderlox's POV)
"You fool!" I yelled, pushing the boy back and regaining control. He yelped at the impact, and groaned.
"You deserve it." The dragon said, walking back over to the portal. He smiled at it and sighed. He laid his claw carefully on the pinkish-gold framework and felt it.
"Well Tyler, are you ready to go?"
He only huffed.
Ok, first thing first: NEVER call me Tyler again, and second thing: this looks like a portal to a 6 year old girls dream house. And third thing: no, I'm not ready to go.
"Well, I do hope they have cookies, causing we are going in." The dragon said, and he stepped into the portal. I suddenly felt my body twist and turn, and I only screamed in delight. Deadlox on the other hand, only screamed in terror. After a few moments, I felt myself land on hard ground. I opened my eyes and raised my head. I suddenly felt a strange feeling, and I looked down at where my legs were SUPPOSE to be. But instead of seeing two legs and feet, I saw four legs and four hooves. I gasped for a second and scrambled to my Uh...hooves. I shook my head and looked down again. Still four legs.
"Well, uh...this was unexpected." I stammered, looking at the rest of the scenery. We were in some type of, freaky forest.
"Well, what a remarkable place!" I yelled happily.
"Isn't this place beautiful?" I asked Deadlox, and he only stayed silent.
"Tyler? You afraid?" I cooed, adding in some sarcastic sympathy.
Ok, where the heck are we, why are we here, and when can we leave?
"I don't know where we are, we are hear for my own kingdom, and we aren't leaving any time soon. Any more questions?" I said, rolling my eyes. I then looked at my self. It turns out I had a horn on my head and a pair of bat like wings. Neat.
"Well, might as well build a shelter, eh Deadlox?" I said, looking for supplies. He stayed silent.
"I'm gonna take that as a yes." I said, grabbing some sticks in my mouth.
Sure, whatever.
(Jason's POV)
I left Mitch in the burial room and saluted to the others who had died. Luckily, no one else was injured, but now I was sorta worried. It has been a couple hours since Ty had freed me and I had found out that Mitch had died, and Sky hadn't come back yet. I hope nothing bad happened to him.
"Jason! What the heck happened here?!" Ian yelled, walking around the corner of the hallway. He looked at me as I sighed and placed a block in the ginormous hole.
"We got attacked." I said, sliding the block firmly into place with a strong shove. He looked at me and then at the floor.
"Did anyone get hurt?!" He asked, looking around.
My eyes suddenly starting to grow with tears as I choked out, "5-5 died..." His eyes grew wide.
"W-who?"
"*gulp* 4-4 guards and..." I started. He looked at me, worried that I was going to say someone like Sky.
"And Mitch." He gasped.
"How?!" He asked, his eyes as big as saucers now.
"I don't know...I think the explosion killed them. It looks like the creature had used tnt." I said, and then I gasped.
"Also! The creature...you won't believe me when I say this, but it's Ty!" I said, and Ian's jaw dropped.
"What do mean it was Ty?! Ty is dead, and even if he wasn't, he wouldn't go try to kill someone! Especially one of his friends!" Ian said, throwing his arms in the air.
"No! You don't get it! Ty's body is possessed! I noticed it when I led him to the portal room! His eyes-" I said, but Ian quickly grabbed me by the shoulders and shook me.
"You took him to the portal room?! WHY?!" He basically screamed, his arms clutching me.
"I'm sorry! He threatened to kill me if I didn't! I didn't have choice!"
"Which one did they go through?! And how did you escape?!" He said.
"Well, before you interrupted me, I was saying that when I led him in there, he tied my arm to a chain holder. He then walked toward a portal that had Equestrian written on it? I don't know if they did go through though, because as soon as he was about to go through, he fell to the ground grasping his head, and then walked toward me. I was afraid he was going to kill me cause I saw what he was doing, but he untied me. I looked at him and noticed that his purple eyes were then red! He told me to run and get all the recruits to leave. Something about it being to dangerous for them all to be here. I was going to find you but then I ran into the hallway in which he got in, and I saw Mitch and the guards dead!" I said, gasping.
He let me go and just sat down, thinking.
"Does Sky know any of this?" He asked, looking at me.
"He hasn't returned back yet, and I'm starting to get worried. What if something happened to him? I don't think he brought a sword along with him!" I said, gasping.
Ian's eyes grew and he stood up.
"C' mon. We have to find him. The longer that monster is there, the longer time it has to protect itself."
I nodded and we ran out of the castle and onto two horses. We looked at each other, and galloped off, looking for our friend.
