"Ok sweetie its Mommy's first day of being a stay at home mom so take it easy on me today alright." I said as Cinder chewed in her fingers, "Alright baby girl come here." I said as I picked her up, "Lest go check on Daddy." I said as I carried her upstairs and to me and (y/n)'s room, "Oh looks like he's gone." I said as I picked up a note on the bed, "Got called in on an emergency mission. At the very latest I'll be back in a week or two. (y/n)." I read, "Well looks like it's just us for a while sweetie." I said suddenly Cinder began to giggle, "What did you do? Why are you a giggle monster?" I said playfully as she continued to giggle, suddenly I realized that she wet herself, "You little stinker! You've literally been up for about forty minutes and I haven't gotten around to feeding you yet!" I said she just giggled, "Alright let's get you changed and then breakfast." I said.

"Ok so let's see what you've got to eat." I said as I looked around the kitchen, "How about I make you some scrambled eggs! Just try not to make a mess alright sweetie." I said. I began to cook Cinder, her eggs when she began to get fussy. "Mama!" She said, "You want me to hold you? Alright, come here." I said as I picked her up. "Here wanna help Mama cook?" I said as I handed her a bit of shredded cheese, "Ok sweetie drop it in." I said she began to lean forward to set the cheese on the eggs, "No no! You'll burn your adorable little fingers." I said as I shook her hand, "Ok now let go." I said as I held her hand over the frying pan so she could drop the cheese, "Good job sweetie! I'm so proud of you." I said making her smile, "How about you go play while I finish cooking." I said as I set her down in her playpen. "Ok baby's taken care of and now back to cooking!" I said as I continued to cook, "Mama!" Cinder said as she began to cry, I quickly finished cooking and went over to the infant, "Hey, hey your alright. Mama's here you're alright." I said as I bounced her in my arms trying to calm her down, but my efforts were all in vain, "Hey, what's the matter, baby girl?" I said, "Hey I'm right here sweetheart." I said as I continued to bounce her but she just kept crying, "Maybe we should call your father." I said as I carried her over to the counter so I could grab my scroll. I immediately called (y/n), "Honey, I'm so sorry to call you while you're working, but Cinder started crying and now she won't stop and I have no idea what to do." I said, 'Normally I'd have you call Summer but she's here with us.' (y/n) said, "I don't know what to do. I just want her to stop crying, I hate seeing her like this." I said, suddenly I saw a small drop of blood trickle down  Cinder's chin, "Honey hold on a sec." I said as I sat my scroll on the counter and opened Cinder's mouth, once it was open I found a small shard of glass sticking out of the roof of her mouth, "Is this what's been making you cry?!" I said worriedly as I put two fingers in her mouth and pulled the glass shard out and once it was out she stopped crying. 'Babe, what's going on?' (y/n) asked, "Somehow Cinder got a shard of glass in her mouth! Luckily it was small but I just don't know how she got it in the first place!" I said suddenly another shard of glass appeared in front of Cinder, "It's her semblance ." I said, "Her semblance is glass!" I said, 'I'm coming home! There's no way I'm letting you handle her alone when she just unlocked her semblance!' He said, "No honey it'll be alright, I just have to keep an extra close eye on her. Don't forget I'm her mom and this is just another part of that." I said, 'Are you sure, I could always call my mother and have her come stay with you two till I get back.' He said, "The same mother you never once thought of introducing me to? Yeah, I'm sure." I said, 'Alright I trust you. Bye you two, Cinder be a good girl for your mom!' He said before he hung up. "Alright baby girl, I need you to try not to use your semblance alright?" I said as I cleaned the blood off her mouth, "There, all better." I said with a warm smile making her smile, "There's my baby girl." I said as I kissed her cheek.
