Cinder POV

"Mommy, you're hurting me!" I said as Mommy dragged me to her car, "I'm sorry sweetie pie, mommy's just upset." Mommy said as she buckled me into my car seat.

When we got home and pulled into the driveway Grandma Lily came and got me. I didn't see mommy for nearly three hours. "Mommy?" I said, "Come here, sweetie." Mommy said softly her eyes were puffy and her cheeks stained from tears, "Your father and I went up to Atlas. He was going there to have an operation to have a new arm. It didn't work and now we're out of options." she said as she began to cry, "Mommy don't cry. It'll be ok." I said as I hugged my mother. "Now what's with the tears?" Daddy said as he entered the house, he had a new robot arm that looked identical to his old arm, "Daddy!" I said happily, "Hold on Cinder Daddy needs to take care of something, then I'll come back and greet you properly." he said.

(y/n) POV

I walked outside and faced a hoard of beowolvs, "Since Em decided she had to bring out her old toys I'll answer in kind." I said as I drew my old weapon.

"It's light, but she'll get the job done." I said.

Holly POV

"You two might wanna watch this. My son's about to use his semblance." Lily said, "I've only seen it once when he was a child, but it's a sight to behold." she said softly. I watched as the circuits in my husband's left arm began to glow blue, suddenly he began to float, "His semblance allows him to control gravity at will if he wanted with his level of control, he could probably create a black hole." she said as (y/n) zipped around the battlefield slaughtering the Grimm either with his blade or by crushing them with his semblance. "He's incredible, yet terrifying." I said, "When he was a boy he told me he wanted to be a hero of justice called Gravity Boy, I laughed and he showed me his semblance and crushed my couch." she said as (y/n)'s blade shattered and he came inside, "I'm home." (y/n) said  as he scooped up Cinder and gave her a big kiss on the cheek before he kissed me, I fell to my knees and cried with joy.
