Chaos: *he was on a rooftop giggling to himself as he was starting to control his powers a lot easier, smiling brightly as he created a small ball of electricity in his hands, then aiming it for a pre-made lil target made of cardboard, jumping up and down happily when he hit it* That was the best one yet!!
