This is Jeff The Killer
I drew this on the 5th of November so literally a year and a few days ago XDD
So then I re-drew it ^^

(Imma add the lighter version XDD)

But yeah.
I think I improved :3 even a lil bit ^^
But it was also pretty funnnnn!!!
Since I've been using MediBang for so long I've figured out how to change the settings of the pens (Mainly the Sparkle Brush so it's quicker to do freckles XDD) and messing around with the opacity of the pens as well as the layers!!! :3
But imma stop boring you all with this XD
