Got really inspired by villain_deku_who so I made my own nomu Deku! Well kinda...

His main Quirk is called Ghost. It can basically do anything a ghost or poltergeist can.

His second is Ice Creation. He can create objects out of solid ice, however he can only make 3 at a time so he mainly uses chains to capture enemies and bring them in close for close combat.

His third is Abyss Darksphere. It allows him to control his own shadow so he can be in two places at once. He keeps it in a lantern an releases it when things get toi hectic. It also enhances his physical attack and speed along with making his ice structures more durable.

Deku went though tons of experiments and eventually died from one. However All for One found a Quirk that is able to bring Deku back from the dead (that's why theres writing on his leg) so now Deku is a zombie.

Deku can show little emotions but is really kind and doesn't wanna hurt anything unless he has to (he'll normally not attack first unless he's told to). He has talismans all over his body, if you take one off he will once again be dead. He can only take orders from who revives him and who created the talismans.

Once he takes orders from someone he has a time limit before he can take another order. If no orders are given after the last one he will just idle around or do his own thing. The time limit goes from 5-30 minutes depending on what he has to do (going to get things will have the shortest cd and having to fight or move around a lot will have the longest)

He doesn't speak a lot out of habit from when he was alive. When he's talking he will often zone out mid sentence and talk in his head. He also forgets speech when he's center of attention or in a large group of people.
