Warning: Mention of Hair loss!

This happened to me a few years ago along with my condition I live with Hydrocephalus..                  

                     Thomas's (POV)

I watched (Y/N) as she slept.. wondering if her being sick with this disease that had NO CURE was this behind us now? Could we actually live a "normal life?"

Thomas laughs to himself as he thinks what a Norml Life would look like for (Y/N) and for himself. As he walks out of the tent leaving (Y/N) to get more rest.

As Thomas leaves the tent he is approached by Hope.

"Thomas I was just about to come find you." Hope tells him.

Thomas looks at her and sees a flash of worry imminent on her face..

"What's wrong? Why do you look so worried?" He asks Hope.

Hope looks toward the tent where
(Y/N) is resting..  Thomas instantly panics..

He takes a deep breath and calms himself down then looks at Hope.. "What's wrong with (Y/N)?"

Hope looks at me and replies "Thomas there's something strange in her blood. That we didn't see before the right arm camp or even before she made it here to the Safe Haven."

"What do you mean? What's strange about (Y/N'S) blood?" He asks Hope now curious himself..

He stands there and watches as Hope finally figures out how to explain it..

"Thomas Wicked put something in
(Y/N'S) blood that is causing her to lose her hair." Hope tells him..

Thomas looks at Hope and asks "What do you mean Wicked put something in (Y/N'S) blood?"

"I think Wicked gave her some type of medicine and it was slowly working it's way through her blood stream. We didn't detect it at the right arm camp because we were too focused on her Hydrocephalus condition and trying to figure out how to treat it." Hope tells me.

"What do I do to help (Y/N)?" I ask Hope as I look toward the tent where (Y/N) was sleeping.

Hope then walks up to me and hands me a white bandana with blue ribbons all around it..

She looks at me and says "Thomas this is going to be really hard for (Y/N) she's going to need you."

I nod in understanding as I walk back to the tent where I see (Y/N) is awake when I walk in.

                          Y/N'S (POV)

I wake up and notice Tommy isn't in the room.. Maybe he's gone to find Minho or Newt or any of the other gladers? I think to myself.

I decide to walk into the bathroom just near the tent I'm staying in.. and as soon as I look into the mirror I notice my hair is almost all GONE!

I stand there and feel like I can't move, I feel like I can't breathe, then I hear the flap of the tent I'm in open.. then I hear a familiar voice.

"(Y/N) are you ok?" It's Thomas.. I recognize his voice anywhere..

I come out of the bathroom and run to him throwing my arms around his waist crying all over again.. "Tommy.. Tommy.. Wicked made me sick with a mystery medicine that took almost all my hair!" I cry barely able to get the words out..

                        Thomas's (POV)

I feel my heart break into a million pieces hearing what she said about Wicked making her sick almost all of her hair..

I get down to her level and look at her.

"Hey Snowflake close your eyes I've got a surprise for you." Thomas tells (Y/N).

(Y/N) closes her eyes.. as Thomas pulls out the white bandana with the blue ribbons on it and gently places it onto (Y/N'S) head.

"Ok. Snowflake open your eyes." Thomas tells her.

(Y/N) opens her eyes and lights up with a huge smile on her face when she looks at herself in the mirror and says "Tommy I'm a Princess. This is my Crown!"

"Yes you are a Princess.. You're a Hydro Warrior Princess."
Thomas bows to (Y/N) and she giggles..

Thomas then looks at (Y/N) a serious look on his face.. "I promise you my Hydro Warrior Princess that I will keep you Safe and Protected.. as a Knight in your glamorous castle..

My Little Hydro~Light!..

Side note: People who live with Hydrocephalus are called Hydro Warriors!
