Thank you.

To say Suki and Luz were surprised when she told them what she wanted to do was seriously underestimate the situation..

For the Titan, she would swear that Suki's jaw had almost fallen out of place.

Besides the surprise, their reactions were very different; while Luz was too busy being excited for the situation, Suki was convinced that she had suicide wishes.

Although, of course, the red-haired had every motive in existence to believe that.

Boscha was being consumed by her nervousness, she didn't know what would happen.

All of that was a bad, bad idea!

What if they still hated her?

What if they rejected her apologies?

What if they didn't want to know anything about her?

What if they made Suki see she wasn't worth to be worried about? What if they made her return to her senses and see the pathetic excuse of a friend and witch that she was?

What if Luz realized the error she'd made?

What if they get away from her?

What if they hated her too?

What if—...?

She felt a knot form in her throat as her thoughts continued to hit her mercilessly.

...What if she ended alone again?

...What if everything returned to how it was before? Maybe worse?

She almost jumped to the sky when Suki scared her when she put a hand in her shoulder, getting her out of her mental torture.

"You're more pale than a ghost" She noticed. She scanned the woody-zone where they were— close to the owl house, looking for any signal from Luz, who had gone looking for the rest of the gang.

She looked at Boscha, and despite how neutral her face might be at times, her gaze was soft.

"I— ... I'm sorry" She murmured an apology, almost as a reflex, without knowing what to say.

Suki tilted her head slightly in a— almost imperceptible— sign of confusion, a small habit that even the cat-girl seemed not to notice.

"Hey, hey... Everything is going to be alright, you'll see, calm down. Maybe it'll take them some time, but they'll understand! You're a good person!"

No, she wasn't a good person, she was everything but that.

Just like she was reading her mind, she talked again. "Yeah, you committed some mistakes before but... You've changed! You aren't the same! Tell me, would it matter to past-Boscha that someone hated her or the bad things she did? No! But to you— now's Boscha— it does matter!"

She was speechless, what could she say after all of that?

"Suki... Thank you"

Her friend just smiled at her, silence rules over the absence of words that could fight against it. There wasn't need to say anything, because Boscha knew that while she had Luz and Suki by her side, everything was going to be alright.

She wasn't going to lost her path...

Not while she had a light to guide her...
