Chris's pov
I woke up knowing I was late for school, too lazy to get dressed I just walked wrapped up in my blankets knowing I was about to get a big ass lecture from Iruka-sensei.

When I arrived at the academy I walked into Naruto doing his sexy jutsu, but luckily Lady Luck was on my side I was able to get in line next to Shika without sensei noticing me. Then Naruto and his big assed mouth called my name.
"Hey Chris-chan your here!" Then Iruka set his lecture eyes on me 'oh crap, I'm so killing Naruto after this'

"Chris first you came late, cause a disruption, and why do you have your blankets with you again?!"Iurka scolded " and where is your ninja outfit?"

"I brought my blankets with me because they keep me warm and they were calling my name saying 'If you leave we'll never keep you warm again' and that ladies, gentlemen and duck is why have my blankets and my outfit is at home I was too lazy to put it on."

"Honestly Chris go take your blankets home and get dressed."

"Nope" Iruka sighed knowing this will harm his wallet "If you do the things I said I will buy you lunch."

I gave him a bear hug while a waterfall of tears came down my face saying Thank you's repeatedly.

"Um Chris"

"Yeah Shika"

"You know sensei has to be alive to get you food right?"

I looked at Iruka-sensei to see that his face was all blueish purple "Oh my god sensei please don't die, if you do then I won't have my wonderful lunch of barbecue and ramen!!!"

Everyone sweat-dropped I was punched on the head by Sakura "Take him to the hospital dumb ass "

"Ok ok just don't yell in my ear I'm already going deaf and I don't need help from you" I stated. I left the room with Iruka before Sakura could hit me again.

I kept getting weird looks from the villagers, I couldn't blame them I was dragging Iruka to the hospital. When we arrive to the destination, the nurses give me weird looks while they rush to help sensei. After all that the doctor wanted to talk to me, "why was your sensei is this condition today"

"He offered me food."

The doctor sighed "Great another food lover"

"Oh I'm so sorry for having a life and some taste, I so pity the poor girl who marries you" I snap. The nurses in the room start giggling at my reply

Dr. Fuku's face turned really red out of anger. I took that as my cue to leave. As I arrive home, I reluctantly put my blankets on the bed and change my clothes and ate lunch there also knowing that Iruka wasn't going to treat me for lunch today.

*5 minute time skip*
Iruka made it to class after about 15 minutes I left the hospital. Judging from the looks he was giving me Dr. Fuku didn't treat him well

"Hey Iruka-sensei" I called

"Yeah Chris" Iruka sighed

"I expect dinner because you didn't treat me to lunch"

Iruka's eyebrow twitched "Fine but this is the last time I'm treating you"

"Yay!!"I cheered

It was time for the graduation test I start paying attention when I hear Shika's name knowing I would be called after him

"Chris Nara"
I walked to the testing room and made three clones. "Pick a headband"

"Do you guys have any taste?!" I exclaimed " I mean blue and navy blue are nice colors, but where's the purple?!"

Iruka sighed "I knew you were going to ask this question so I had a head protector specially made for you."
He reached for something in his vest. He pulled out a dark purple, almost black, headband. I grabbed as I was feeling the soft cloth "It's beautiful I looked in Iruka's brown eyes "Thank you sensei"

He gave me a grin "You're welcome"

"You're free to go" a strange voice stated

"When did you get you get here?!" I asked the white-haired man

"Mizuki has been here the whole time"

I slammed my fist in my palm in realization " Oh yeah he's that fucking asshole that I don't like."

Iruka threw the chalkboard eraser, which I ducked just in time, at me "Watch your language, young lady!"

"Watch your tone young man you should know better did anyone tell you to respect your elders?!"

"I'm older than you!"

"If you mean age than yes, but if you mean wisdom than you're not even close." And with that I walked out of the room like a boss.

The first thing that caught my eye was Naruto on the swing that we played on together when we were younger.

Before I reached Naruto, I put my headband in my weapons pouch.

I gave him a hug "You'll pass this time I just know it." He leaned into the hug "I really tried this time Chris-chan I really did" he sadly replied.

I looked Naruto in his bright blue eyes filled with tears "Hey where's the Naruto I know the one who never gives up?" I brush away his tears "Naruto remember this I have faith in you and so does Iruka-sensei, promise me that you won't forget it."

"I promise."

Then Mizuki showed up and wanted to speak to Naruto alone before he walked away I grabbed his shoulder "Naruto be careful he's like the others."

He nodded but I knew he ignored my warning I gave him one last hug before I left for a nice stroll in the woods

"S-someone p-please h-help me" I followed the voice to find I pure black tiger with pain filled amber eyes.

I crouched down "Hey the little one do you have a name."

She shook her head "I'll name you after I heal you I'm Chris by the way."

I heal the bruises, scrapes, cuts and her broken leg "Who did this?"

"I don't know, but thank you for healing me." The cub replied

"You're welcome and you're going to stay with me for recovery."

"You won't hit me right?" The cub fearfully asked

"No never, I'm going to pick you up now." The cub nodded but kept her guard up

As I was walking with the tiger cub, I though of a name for her "Kuroko that's you name now, I think it suits you." I looked down to see tears welling up in her eyes "I thought you were laying when you said you were going to give me a name and thank you the name is beautiful"

"You're welcome Kuroko"

When we arrived home I went straight to my room changed into my PJ's. I crawled into bed and I feel asleep with Kuroko in my arms.
