I walk into the Anime convention with a cosplay of a popular character from my own manga, his name is Natsu and he is a pretty cool character. His hair is bright blue and slightly spiked, his eyes are purple and he wears glasses. On his body he dons a white lab coat and a black turtle neck, large thick boots, so I'm always happy to draw him.

This was going to be my first time showing my face in public, no one even knows my real name! My manga's all say Kichi Amigus when my real name is Misaki Daniels. Yeah, pretty normal last name. In reality I have short blond red hair and blue eyes with glasses. I'm 5'9 which is the height my character is. The manga became popular due to me sending it to Japan to get it looked at. So, all my meeting with my editor are over Skype. I learned Japanese so I could do this. My parents supported me, obviously.

I had an ID, two actually. One was my convention issued ID and the other was my character. I'm here to do a Q&A I guess you can call it, with the English voice actors from the anime. The audience will ask us questions and I don't have to take off my costume.

"Nice costume! Natsu from Deadly Science?" A girl approached, dressed as Asuna from sword art online.

"Yeah. I love your costume too." I compliment.

"Thank you." we took a picture together and I went to browse. Numerous times people asked for a picture and I smiled, knowing that absolutely no one knew I was here.

"Man, your county me is awesome. Do you plan on meeting the artist?" A boy in a naruto cosplay questions.

"Definitely. I've been reading his mangas since they first came out." That wasn't a lie, I always read my mangas when they come out.

"I heard that he's showing up with some sort of costume. He's leaving us in the dark about who he is." The guy complained.

"Probably for good reason. How old do you think he is, considering his mangas have been out for nine years?" I question.

"Thirties, definitely." Sorry, that's not correct.

"Really, I feel like he's in his twenties." I comment.

"Maybe it's possible to ask. Oh, they're starting up his section, let's head over." We book it over and I see all the vouce actors talking and one of them, who plays my character sighs after a few minutes.

"I don't think he's coming." He announces. I quickly switch my ID and hike it to the stage. I flash my ID and am let onstage.

"No I'm here, just undercover." I snicker.

"You can't be Kichi?" The girl who plays Haruhi comments.

"This ID of mine says otherwise. Nice to finally meet you. I'm Kichi, the manga artist with a secret identity to rival the creator of Death Note." I smile and sit down.

"I guess he's here. Okay, we'll start taking questions. First, Kichi, introduce yourself." I nod and take the microphone.

"I'm the manga artist Kichi Amigus and I draw and wrote the stories for Deadly Science, Letters From Hell, No Hero, My Lie in December, and Forgotten." I inform. "Let's take some questions. You, the man I was just talking to before I got here." The boy in the naruto cosplay started bold.

"How old are you?" He asks.

"Twenty one." I inform.

"But the manga is nine years old and the anime six. Are you claiming that...." The voice actor for Natsu/my character drags.

"My mother and father let me take drawing classes at a young age and I grew up with anime and manga. So yes, I started the series at twelve." I admit.

"Who's your favorite character?" A girl with a large bow questions.

"Despite my appearance, it isn't Natsu. My favorite Character from deadly science is Yuki, because she can kick ass, I made her after my best friend, so, if you ever meet a women who looks and acts like Yuki, it's probably my friend. She's here today, though I doubt you'll find her." I comment.

"Who's your favorite voice actor from deadly science?" A boy dressed as kirito from sword art online asks.

"Hmm. That's tough. I did my research before deciding who would play these roles. I think Luke Browns and Jessica Kane are my favorite voice actors. They are the voices I pictured Natsu and Yuki having, so of course they'd be my favorite. The others are amazing as well." I inform.

"To the voice actors, do you like voice acting for the anime?"

"Yeah, it's fun and the characters are varied a lot, not just cut and dry. My character is a scientist who is extremely clumsy and blind as a mole rat, he's amazing to play." Like informed.

"My character is amazingly strong and I love that, being able to play such a character is amazing." As the Q&A went on, I smiled as bright as I could.
