May. How time flies by. It was now the time for exams. Hana did study but she didn't start early enough. She had apparently delayed revising until the end of April because of the crazy amount of tests that she had. Now, she was busy memorizing for her geography exam. It was the day before her first exam, English. She was studying for the geography exam because without memorising, she probably wouldn't get a good score. She would get started on that later. She really have to finish memoriesing all this. 

Afternoon. It was now three in the afternoon. The time of the day where Hana was really tired. Which was what she felt now. She really wanted to sleep right now. But no. There was not much time left. She had to get started on studying for tomorrow's exam. Hana sighed as she put away her geography notes. She was just so tired..

The next day. Hana sat in the classroom, waiting for the examiner to arrive with the exam papers. She didn't felt prepared at all. All she did for revision was just to read some essays. She didn't study for the comprehension section later. Hana wondered if she would even pass today's exam. She closed her eyes and prayed silently. Please let me pass this, please...

The day of the geography exam. Hana was even more worried than usual. She couldn't finish studying for her geography exam. But there was something even worse. She hadn't even studied for her amaths exam later. She was going to be so dead if she doesn't do well. Mr Dee would certainly be very unhappy.

Hana stared at the exam paper in front of her. She wasn't really confident of this, nor was she any more confident about the paper later.

After recess, Hana went back to class as fast as she can, determined to make some use of the remaining time. She hadn't studied one bit yet. All she did was just to flip through her notes for a while yesterday. Right now, she was busy flipping through her notes, looking through the examples for some of the math problems. 

Hana looked at the time again. A couple of minutes left. She couldn't remember anything! She was just looking through her notes but her brain wasn't processing it. What am I going to do? I can't fail this, Hana thought.

Just then, the examiner came into class and said, "Alright everyone, keep your notes and put your bags in front now."

Hana groaned quietly. She hadn't finished revising yet. And, she wasn't ready for this.

Hana looked at the paper as the examiner sat it in front of her. She was really nervous. She wasn't prepared at all. What if she failed? She can't fail. She can't have a fail in her report book. She just can't. She can't have her mum making a big deal out of her failing an exam. She didn't want to lose to her brother.

Hana snapped out of her thoughts just as the examiner said, "It's now 10.30(am). You may now start."

Here goes nothing, Hana thought.

The exams had ended about a week ago. It was now the time to get back their exam papers. Hana was really worried. She hadn't been been able to study finish for some of the exams. She was worried that she wouldn't score well. But now all she was hearing was Sasha telling her how nervous she was. Puh~lease, Hana thought. Like she would fail. Hana was the one that would fail. Why on earth was Sasha even worried?

Mr Dee walked in, put down the papers he was carrying and said, "I was expecting 100% pass but there are some of you that failed."

As soon as he said that, Sasha immediately grabbed Hana's arm and whispered, "Oh no, what am I going to do? What if it's me?"

Hana rolled her eyes. If it's Sasha, then she, Hana, will get a big fat zero. Would she just stop being like this? It's so annoying!

Mr Dee continued, "There are also some of  you that have done really well. The class's top student and also the top student for the level is Ryan!"

Hana watched enviously as Ryan went up to take his exam paper happily.

It turns out that Sasha was also one of those few that had scored well. As expected. Hana, on the other hand, didn't score very well. She barely passed. Better than nothing, at least she didn't fail. 

And, thank goodness, she passed all her exams. Phew~

"Guys, guys!" Steph called for attention. "Have you heard? We're going to have a camp!"

There were some "Yay"s. And someone asked, "Where?"

Steph shrugged her shoulders and said, "They'll probably tell us during assembly or something."

A camp? Hana thought. She hated camps. She hated leaving her safe haven and she couldnt fall asleep anywhere except her own bed. Hana rarely fell asleep anywhere else. Plus, she would be feeling so lonely this time because she was going to be all alone. Sigh...

The next day, during assembly. It seems that everyone knew that there was going to be a camp because there was already many murmurings around as everyone waited for assembly to start. 

Mr Lim, presumably the teacher-in-charge of this camp, walked up to the stage and said, "Ok, quiet down everyone. Quiet."

The murmurings in the hall slowly died down. Mr Lim waited for total silence and said, "I think most of you must have heard that we're going to have a camp. And that's true. We're going to have a camp for you guys!"

"Whoo hoo!" Many students cheered.

Hana watched the happy faces around her and wondered why everyone liked having camps. 

"Now, I'm sure you guys are curious where we are going for the camp,"Mr Lim said. "So...we're.....going to the Zoo!"

What?! The Zoo?

Hey guy So! It's me again. My goals have failed miserably... I'm thinking of stopping it. What do u guys think? 

I  don't know why I'm saying this but I've been feeling pretty down lately... Maybe it's because the reads aren't rising. Or maybe it's just me because I've been feeling down the whole day today... But I've decided not to bother much about the reads. Now I just hope some kind soul would find this book and enjoy it. But I'm still going to set some goals though...
