Everything Can Be Better
Noah:
"What do you mean, I need to tell you what happened during my 2 months mission?"
"We know something happened. No men who has been at war, gets back with this kind of behaviour unless something extremely traumatizing happened." The man said.
I stared at the table in front of me and thought about why I wouldn't tell him and my reasons weren't all that good. But I was afraid of what they would say and do if they knew.
"You hit your wife, and had a problem occur at the funeral where you didn't want to leave the graveyard." He says.
"I know. About that, please tell my wife I'm very sorry." I asked, pleading. He nodded.
"Tell me what happened, Noah. What did you see or do?" My efforts were useless. I couldn't keep it to myself anymore. Anything I would say would be crap to them, so I told them the truth. The soldiers nodded and understood.
Later on in the month, the man came back and told me that I needed help. He sent me to a military hospital. When I arrived there, the building looked pretty plain. I looked at the sign saying, "Military Psychiatric Hospital" and took a big breath, as I made my way to the front doors.
