So today at school we had an assembly and they talked about something called Rachel's Challenge and it talked about we should be kinder and use nicer words and maybe people won't do bad things. Also if someone is struggling please support them and try to help them, and use kind words to help people. Your life matters even if you think it doesn't. You can make an impact and help people for the better. Please don't cut yourself or drink or do drugs to make the pain go away, it's only going to make things worse. I challenge you to get educated on Rachel's Challenge and change the world for the better. I believe in you ;). I dedicate this chapter of my life to riiyan_dash and my friend Chastity who are going through some tough phases through their lives. Don't forget that even if things look bad and you are on the edge of death that you can change. You can turn away and make life better.
