*Maddie's POV

"Maddie I'm going with your grandpa to get him a job"said my mom screaming. "Alright just call me when you get there"I said screaming. With that I heard the door close and I was with my lil brother that's reallllllllly annoying. I went downstairs to get some snacks when I realized that everything was quiet. "Hmmm...the house was never this quiet"I said while getting some snacks. While I was going upstairs my phone rang. "Hm a text from Cassie: Hey I'm just wondering if I can come over. I texted her back: Sure but let me tell my mom. I called my mom to see if Cassie could come over.
"Hey mom can Cassie come over" I said. "Sure but what are you guys going to do" my mom said. "Nothin much just talking and watch a movie" I said. "Now I need to tell Cassie that she could come over"

Cassie: hey my mom said that you can come over
For Maddie to Cassie: alright see you then

I went to check up on my brother but I couldn't find him. "Ugh where is he" I said. While I said that I heard him laughing. "Hmmmm I think this will work"I said running down the stairs. "Well there's only one cookie left I think I should eat it"I said. With that I heard footsteps running to me. "Nooooo those are my COOKIES!!!!!!"said my lil brother. "Hahaha I knew that will work"I said. I gave him some cookies and I told him that I'm going to the bathroom to take a shower. I ran upstairs to take a shower.

*1 minute later*

I just got out of the bathroom and I changed in a crop top and some shorts. When I heard the doorbell ring I ran downstairs and open the door. "Hey...Cassie...how...are...you" I said while getting  some air. "I'm good what about you, are you ok?"she ask me. "Yeah I'm ok I ran when I heard the doorbell ring haha" I said. I told her to come in and we went to my room and we were talking about boys. "Hey did you hear the new movie" I said to Cassie. "Omg yes I'm definitely going to watch that m-" we heard my brother crying. We ran downstairs and found him crying so hard cause he got scared by something. "Hey what happen"Cassie and I  ask in unison. "When I was going to get some water a boy scared me" said my lil brother. "Where did you saw him" I said curiously. "I saw him in the window over there" he said while pointing at window from the kitchen. I went outside and I jumped cause who ever scared my lil brother scared me too. "Hey stop scaring my lil bro" I said while I was looking at him. "You don't remember me" the boy said. "No I don't" I said. I remember who he was.

~~FLASHBACK~~

I was alone in the park with no friends while a kid with a mask came up to me and said "hey are you ok". "No I have no friends and I'm sad I want to play with someone" I said. "I could be your friend"the boy said. I was happy and we were playing tag. "Hey what's your name" I said. "My name is Jerry and yours?" Jerry said. "My name is Maddie" I said. I told him some questions like why do you wear a mask and how old is he, etc. I told him that I needed to leave I said goodbye and with that I left and I never seen him again.

I told him if his name is Jerry. He nodded I was shocked and happy because I missed him soooo much. "OMG JERRY I MISSED YOU SOOO MUCH" I said screaming. "I missed you too baby girl" Jerry said. "Woah never talk to her like that ever again" Cassie said. I started to laugh "Cassie this is my friend Jerry he was my first friend I ever made" I said. "Nice to meet you Cassie" Jerry said while stretching his arm out. "Nice to meet you too" said Cassie while she was stretching her arms out. "Hey why did you scare me lil brother?" I said curious. "Wait that's your brother?" He said. "Yeah that my brother" I said. I remember when we were small we were like brother and sisters.  "Hey don't worry we're still brothers and sisters. He smiled. We went to my room and talked while my mom got here. "Hey my mom and grandpa is here" I said dashing out of the room. "Hey mom" I said. "Hey sweetie how are you"  my mom said. "I'm fine where's grandpa" I said. "He's outside drinking" mom said. "Where's Cassie" mom said. "I'm here Ms.Diana" Cassie said. She always says that when she sees my mom. Jerry came downstairs and went to the kitchen where we were. "Who's this boy" my mom said
