Hey guys Kenzie here! I'm starting a new series which is only going to be two books. I never been to Santa Barbra, so I don't know what's there. So to the story.

Lily's POV
Today's the day for me to head to Santa Barbra. I always dreamed of going there when I was a kid because of CaptainSparklez. I also wanted to go there because I want to preserve my dream of becoming a famous YouTuber. Savannah, my younger sister by three years, put my last instrument in the back of my car. I hug her goodbye.
"I'll miss you Sav. Everyday. I'll come and visit when I get the chance." I whisper in her ear. I let go, get in my car and drive to Santa Barbra.

*time skip til she gets to Santa Barbra and to her apartment complex

I finally made it to Santa Barbra and my apartment complex. I get out of the car and feel the sun warm my skin. I walk to the lady at the front desk and grab my key. As I was walking out the door, I bump into someone.
"Oh my god! I'm so sorry! Are you hurt?" He said. He holds out his hand and I take it. I stand up and look him in the eye. He has chocolate brown eyes, brown hair with a quiff. He's wearing a black shirt, green basketball shorts, tennis shoes, a grey beanie, and a welcoming smile.
"It's alright. I'm fine. I wasn't looking where I was going. I'm Lily by the way." I say. I extend my hand for him to shake.
"Jordan. Are you new to Santa Barbra?" Jordan said shaking my hand.
"Yeah. I just got here. I was getting my key to my apartment. I was just going to move my stuff from my car into it."
"Can I help you? To repay you for making you fall."
"Yeah. Just be careful my babies are very precious to me."
"Babies?"
"My instruments." I say as we walk to my car.
"So what's your room number?"
"450."
"Hey looks like we're neighbors. I'm room 451."

*time skip til they move everything into the apartment

It took all day long to get my stuff moved in. Of course, Jordan helped with my recording equipment. Man, he's such a nerd, but in a good way. I'm kinda a nerd. I guess. As he finished, I got my violin out and started recording a video of me doing a cover to Cut by Plumb.

Jordan's POV
Once I finished hooking up her computer, I hear a violin being played. Must be Lily. I walk until the violin got louder. It's so beautiful. I lean up against the door frame out of the camera view. Damn, Lily's good. She's a music prodigy.

Once she finished and cut the camera off, I gave an applause. She jumped when I did it. She walks over to me.
"You scared me!" Lily said. I start to laugh.
"It was hilarious though. You were amazing. You're so talented. What were you playing?" I say.
"Cut by Plumb."
"I've never heard it before."
"Well, one day you and I have to go to a karaoke bar. We'll sing to our hearts desire."
"Awesome! How about tomorrow? I'm free. I'll have to record some before hand–" She cuts me off.
"You record videos? Maybe we can record sometime. Here's my number, Skype, Instagram, Twitter and many more. It's getting late." She said.
"Yeah. You wanna hang out tomorrow?"
"Sure. Night, Jordan."
"Night, Lily. See ya tomorrow." I say as I walk to my apartment. I sit on my bed and think to myself.

She's funny, smart, a music prodigy, and beautiful. Wait... Did I just say beautiful. Jordan you just met her today. You can't be in love with her. I'll sleep on it.

I lay my head on my pillow and slowly fall into a dreamless sleep.
