After arriving at Marco's hotel room and putting the groceries away, the two boys decided to watch the news. Patrick  turned on the TV, the news being the first channel it was on. It was right there, the headline news. The news lady even said it.

"The church is trying to outlaw homosexuality in Maine."

Patrick stared at the screen in shock. Just when he was thinking about coming out of the closet, this happens. Marco took the remote from Patrick, turning the TV off.

"That's bullshit..." Marco's voice was barley above a whisper. He heard sniffling besides him and looked to see Patrick almost crying. The Cuban wrapped an arm around the Mainer and pulled him closer, letting him cry into his shoulder.
