It has been about a week or so since I reunited with Elizabeth and lucky for me Meliodas allowed me to work at the tavern. Over the time I got caught up with Elizabeth and got to know Hawk. I let my heart take it easy as we got time to know each other better after not seeing each other for so many years. I was surprised to hear about the king and the Holy Knights. I was very happy when I got some wonderful news about Gilthunder, Howzer, and Griamore becoming Holy Knights. The doesn't change the fact that everyone seems to be going after her and she seems to be in danger; I have never been so ashamed of them. Veronica and Margaret are well which was more good news.

I let out a sigh as I stare down at the same hot pink buttoned shirt with a black ribbon exposing my belly button, a dark mini skirt strapped with a pink belt, a black stocking on my left leg, and black-white heels. I was never a fan of them when I was a maid but I had to wear them for training. I struggled to walk at first but I got used to it after a while.

"Hey (y/n)? Could I have you change back into your regular clothes?" Meliodas asks me walking behind me with his hands in his pockets.

I tilt my head in confusion as I look over my shoulder.

"Hm? Oh uh sure! But why?"

"Hehe, we are going to the Forest of White Dreams?"

"What?! But won't we get lost?! The fog is so thick there!"

He rubs his chin thinking but smiles at me happily.

"Yeah, but I am sure we can get through that forest. Just trust me on this one."

I let out a sigh as I walk upstairs to the room me and Elizabeth were sharing and change into the clothes I originally wore and rebraid my (h/l) (h/c) hair. I smile at the ribbon tied at the end of my braid reminding me of a certain someone's pair of eyes. I miss his sweet smile. I smile at my reflection in the mirror adjusting my brown leather belt and gloves. I take one last glance as I make my way back down. Meliodas and Elizabeth were talking on and one without noticing me leaving me to sit down at one of the tables watching them talk to one another.

'You guys are so perfect for one another. I wouldn't be surprised to see you guys married in the future.'

I said in my thoughts but little did I know I said that out loud because Elizabeth looks over her shoulder with her hand on her chest blushing red.

"W...What?! Me and S...Sir Meliodas?! I umm!"

Meliodas grabs her breasts and massages them in a circular motion.

"Well, we seem to be very close now so..."

I appear behind him punching the back of his head.

"How dare you touch her lovely boobs with ease!"

"Don't get mad at him, please! He did nothing wrong! Besides..." Elizabeth looks away flustered staring away from me.

"I don't mind it."

"What?!" I was in utter shock. The innocent princess and best friend that I love so dearly allows this very unfairly strong and perverted guy. I felt my world shake. Holy goddesses... please... just make sure she is actually happy.

[Timeskip]

"Finally, we're here!" Meliodas said as he bravely stood in front of Elizabeth as we stare at the thick foggy forest in front of us.

"For Mama, she needs to take the other route since she won't fit but that's fine because we'll meet her on the other side of the forest."

I felt a sudden chill run up my sin as we I walk towards the forest. I felt like it was pulling me in.

So we just met Diane the serpent sin of envy and we got in contact with Gilthunder but he was different. He had turned from his hero and attacked us. I have never in my heart think that Gilthunder would ever do that but that pain won't be the same as when I was banished from the kingdom. During those times, I felt my heart break. Being kicked out of my own home is painful.

"So..." Diane leans down closer at Elizabeth scanning her. "Are you sure you and the captain aren't in a relationship?"

"No of course not," Elizabeth responds nervously as she smiles to the cute yet strong giant woman.

"Okay good," Diane says smiling.

"Diane, you and I don't even have that kind of relationship either," Meliodas said straight out without another thought. 

Diane let out a small cry in surprise. I laugh a little.

"And you! DO you have a relationship with the captain?" Diane asks with small tears in her eyes as she puffs her cheeks pouting.

"No, never, I promise I won't."

Diane smiles at me as her aura began to brighten up a bit.

"Hehe, you promise?" She sticks out her large pinky out.

"Yes Diane, I promise," I touch her pinky with mine.

~Quick Flashback~

"Hey! (y/n)!" A slightly older Howzer runs over to me as I put down my basket of flowers.

"Yes? Did you need something?"

He stops in front of me panting a little as he stuck out his pinky to me.

"Um?"

"Promise me that we will always stick together!" He states with a small blush on his cheeks.

I tilted my head in confusion but I roll my eyes laughing.

"What are you talking about silly? We will always stick together," I spoke softly smiling to him.

"Just do it," He says pouting.

I giggle as I wrap my pinky around his.

"I promise, Howzer."
