How the hell did those assholes managed to talk to Da Hee? Damn. I want to explain everything to her but I don't know where to start. The whole situation is a mess. If I stay quiet and say nothing, she will definitely think that everything Lilac said was right. But if I speak, she may not believe it and think I'm making excuses to cover our secrets from them.

"W-We know them." Jangmi noona muttered while lowering her gaze. "But believe me they are not our frie–"

"Friends or not I don't care. What I want to know is... had you really committed crimes before?"

"Da Hee," I tried calling her but she just shot me a glare but after a few seconds the emotions in her eyes while looking at me suddenly changed. And it broke my heart.

She fears me.

Instead of letting me get closer to her, she took another step back. I don't know what to do. The girl I love just now seem to be disgusted by me too much.

"Nae." Yoongi hyung caught our attention. My eyes widened as we turn our heads at him who has this literally blank expression on as if he's not affected with all this. "We did."

Dahee was taken aback by his answer. She stared at him in disbelief, then shifted her gaze to noona then to Taehyung.

"You knew about this?" She questioned her brother who just stayed silent.

She scoffed. Clearly disappointed with everyone in front of her. This is the first time I saw her getting angry like this because she always used to be the sweet and fragile girl anyone would ever know. Until this time when we broke her trust.

"You're all unbelievable." She stated. My heart stopped beating when she threw me one last glance before turning around and walking away. At first I didn't know what to do after she left but I decided to run after her.

"Kim Da Hee." I called her whole name making her stop from walking. I walked in front of her and looked at her in the eyes but she just kept her eyes straight as if she didn't see me.

Sigh. I have no idea what to say. My heart just told me that I should follow her but I don't know what to speak. All of a sudden she became a stranger and I can't decide if I should try defending our side or act like nothing happened.

We stayed just like that for as long as I can remember. I opened my mouth in attempt to start talking but she suddenly looked up to me, making me more vulnerable.

"Why do you have to fake everything Jimin?"

"Please... hear me out." I pleaded her and gently reached her hands.

"I can't even trust you now."

My mind went blank by what she said. Did I really disappoint her that much? Why am I hurt? Why am I hurt when I already know that all this will happen sooner or later? And Da Hee, I've never been so scared about disappointing someone until I met her. Of all people, why does it have to be her?

"Let's... Let's not see each other again." She breathed out and shoved my hands away. She walked past me, making our shoulders brush past each other.

"I haven't even started courting you yet."

I succeeded making her stay for the second time. She faced me again and smiled bitterly.

"Do you know what's worse than letting yourself get courted by someone you barely knew?" She asked. I didn't say anything but stared deeply at her while waiting for her to continue.

What is worse, Da Hee?

A tear fell from her left eye. "It is growing feelings for someone you thought was a good man but turns out, he's a liar."

I froze on my spot.

Sh-She grew... feelings for me?

"Please leave this place. Mianhae Park Jimin."

"Aniyo! Don't listen to her!"

"Taehyung,"

"Noona, I'm her older brother. I will be the one to decide."

I sighed before turning to Taehyung. I placed my hands on the sides of his shoulders and gave him a smile.

"We have to respect her decision Taehyung. This is her house after all. And if... if she begins to hate us, i-if she hates me now, I will understand."

The three just stared at me sadly but I still managed to encourage Taehyung that everything's okay.

"We should leave."

I never wanted to leave this place. I don't want to leave her but she herself asked me to. So what else can I do? I know that no person can get everything they wished for but why does fate have to do this when I've never wished for anything else but just Da Hee? She's the only one I asked for. I talked to the stars at night just like I always do. I called and pleaded them that even if my whole life's a mess, I hoped that I could at least be happy by being with the one I wanted. With the one I love.

That night at the beach, Namjoon hyung noticed my feelings for his sister and asked me about it so I answered honestly. Every time I remember how our small chat ended makes me smile. He wanted me to prove myself until he's sure that I'm worthy for Da Hee. And for me that was a blessing from him so I began by doing all the efforts I can do in the mansion. It was well before.

But why does everything has to end even before it all started?

Was she my karma for all the bad deeds? Is fate angry at me? Are the gods from above giving me a lesson for being a bad person? Is it because we're really just not meant to be? Did we meet just to make memories that will soon be forgotten?

"Call me." Taehyung said and handed me a piece of paper where his number is written. "You have to call me whatever happens because I'm a part of the group."

"Of course." Noona smiled at him then patted his head. "Be a good boy, Taehyungie."

"I'm not a kid though." He pouted making her grin widely.

"You are our baby boy." Yoongi hyung and I made a face while glancing at her with disgust on our faces. She rolled her eyes.

"If you don't want then it's your loss. He's my baby boy then."

"You should visit your baby boy always and never forget him. Not only you but also the two of you. Jimin and Yoongi hyung. We have to play basketball again."

Why does this scene sounded like we'll never meet again?

I looked up at Da Hee's window. If we're not gonna meet again anymore, won't you at least give me a simple goodbye?

"We will." Hyung nodded repeatedly at Taehyung. I did the same and patted his shoulder. After that, the three of us entered the car with Jangmi noona at the back and me sitting beside the driver's seat.

It's sad to leave the mansion because it also left a good memory. Especially the people living there. Harabeoji and halmeoni who treated us like their own grandsons and daughter. Taehyung, a stranger who became my best friend. Da Hee, the first and the last girl I will adore with all my heart. Is she the last? Nae. There are plenty girls who can be a hundred times better than her but I know to myself that I can only offer this love I have to no one else but her.

Is this really goodbye Da Hee?

"Where do we stay?" I asked as soon as we're officially out of the Kim Mansion.

"Um... Let's go to my house?"

Because of shock, Yoongi hyung accidentally stepped on the brake pedal. My face almost made contact with the windshield. "Hyung!"

"Your house? I thought you don't want to go there because it's dangerous?"

I looked back at Jangmi noona. Yeah, that's what I understood that night when these two argued. They fought about that issue, she didn't want to go back home because she does not want to leave us and that she may be asked by the police.

"It's a different matter now. We have nowhere to live and we can't go hiding in abandoned places again or else we'll rot and another thing, Lilac's everywhere." She explained. "My house is the safest place and we have to lie... again."

"To... To your parents?" Hyung asked in amusement then shook his head repeatedly. "Andwae!"

"Shut up Min Yoongi."

"Are you really Jangmi noona?" I blurted while staring at her. She just sighed sharply.

"Ani. I'm not her. Jangmi never became as stressed as me today. So don't try me and just obey as I said." I watched her lie down and use one of the bags as her pillow. "I want to sleep. Yah Min Yoongi! Make sure that when I wake up, we're already in my house. Get yourselves ready, I'm introducing you to them today."

My mouth formed an 'o' as I shift my gaze at the guy beside me. His body tensed and I don't know how will I be able to contain my laughter. My cheeks puffed up. "Pffft!"

"Don't laugh. What she said is a lot scarier compared to everything that happened to me in this lifetime."

I know the feeling of being nervous because of that reason. "I can't blame you..." I grinned.

"Wait if you're gonna sleep then how will we know the way to your house?" Hyung asked making noona sit back straight.

"You're right. See I told you my mind's not working anymore." She casually answered. Hyung and I made an eye contact and just shrugged our shoulders. She really is stressed.

Noona began pointing directions and hyung followed them while I just did nothing but wander around the whole place using my eyes. This town is also where noona's brother's restaurant is located right? I remember the place. It's not a big town but it's also not that small. Everything actually seems lovely to me. So this is where noona grew up?

"That's where I work." Noona pointed at a building named Macchiatto coffee shop. It's a Two-story building.

"Daebak. I want to work too." I blurted out.

"You can work someday too, don't worry." She smiled at me. I know, I can't go around freely because it's too dangerous. Lilac and Mason is possibly just around and riding one of these cars behind us.

"Someday? Why someday?" Hyung asked noona.

"Obviously because of Lilac."

"If he's not allowed to go out then of course you can't too but screw that rule because she doesn't know where we are right now."

Both noona and I turned our heads to him with baffled expressions. He lifted his hand up and showed us his phone. Since when did he get one?

"Your baby boy," He began while throwing noona a glance over the rearview mirror. "gave me this. Oh why don't you check your bags?"

I tilted my head to the side due to confusion but did as we're told anyway.

"Taehyung asked someone to follow them secretly and the person confirmed to him that those two rats are completely clueless about our current location right now. He told me that through a message."

I opened the pocket of my bag and my eyes just popped out of its sockets when I realized that there's a box of a phone in there. I opened it and...

"That family is way too rich." Noona exclaimed. I turned to her and saw that she's holding one too. I quickly turned my phone on and dialed Taehyung's number. Just when I was about to click the call button, hyung began talking over the phone. He already contacted Taehyung.

"Taehyung-ah, they already saw the gifts you gave them."

"Kamsahamnida Taehyungie~" Noona said in excitement and Taehyung laughed at her. The phone is in loud speaker.

[Do you like it guys?]

"We do!" I answered. "Gomawo Taehyung."

[I actually wanted to give that to you personally but you suddenly had to leave. So I just decided to hide that secretly in your own bags.]

"Your good at surprises." Hyung told him and shot us a quick look. "I can see it on their faces."

[Jinjja? Enjoy your own phones then and don't forget to call me. I have your numbers in my phone already anyways. I don't want us to lose our contact with each other even if this happened.]

"Nado. So don't leave your phone anywhere because we'll talk to you a lot." Noona answered.

[Nae. But I have to go now, I want to sleep hehe. By the way, where are you gonna stay?]

"In your noona's house." Hyung said and I can't help but to grin. I'm sure he's still nervous about that fact. Goodluck Yoongi hyung!

[Arasso. Have a safe trip!]

"You too. Be safe and take care. Annyeong~"

The call ended and noona clapped immediately. Hyung just laughed at her while she does weird and funny movements. I on the other side picked my phone up and dialed Taehyung's number. They stared at me.

"Mwo? I still want to contact him on my own." I defended myself. The other line answered my call but I didn't wait for Taehyung to talk. I just started off immediately.

"Yah Kim Taehyung! Is this free? Are you sure you're not making us pay for this? Wah, daebak. Kamsahamnida jeongmal." I laughed. "But hey, you did so much things for us already so you should stop here. We'll be fine on our own. But you know what, we already miss that place even if we just left."

I stared at the two and they just gave me a half smile, noona nodded once. What I said is true. We already miss being there.

"I hope we'll meet again and I promise you we will do our best to show them that we are good people. Mianhae, you were suddenly brought in the group. I guess they'll be mad at you. I hope they won't be, it's not your fault."

He heard our conversation before but it's not his fault. No conversation will be heard if we're not talking about some secret. They might get mad at him because he became our friends even after he knew about our true identities but he shouldn't be dragged into this because he's innocent.

"Please tell everyone we're sorry. We're really, really sorry. Tell halmeoni and harabeoji that we thank them for everything. Tell Namjoon hyung I'm sorry for not fulfilling him my promise. And... tell Da Hee... tell her I love her."

I waited for him to answer me but I frowned when I didn't even get a response. I checked my phone, the call is still on going. But why is no one answering me?

"Yeoboseyo?" I called. "Taehyung are you still there?"

Yah! Did he even hear everything I said? It's a long damn message it can't just go to waste!

The call suddenly ended making me look at hyung in complete confusion. What happened to Taehyung?

He quickly picked his phone up and dialed Taehyung and he immediately answered him. What the–

"Taehyung?"

[Waeyo?]

"Why aren't you answering Jimin?"

[Ah. He dialed the number I gave him earlier?]

"Nae." Hyung answered. I stared at the paper he gave me and read the number in my mind.

[That's not mine. It's my sister's.]
