I have to admit: this past week, since my last post, was utterly unproductive. 

I haven't touch my Wattys project, nor have I thought about it. To be frank, life has been too busy. Not only is society changing with shelter at home mandates, but life at home has changed. It's frankly taken longer than I anticipated to get into a new routine. It's only the last few days that I feel like I'm coming into a routine that is somewhat predictable.

So, where does that leave me and this Wattys project?

My initial goal had been to start writing today, April 1. That's not going to happen.

I could, because I have enough story to write the first third of the story comfortably. But, I won't, primarily because I want to try to plot the whole thing out.

The new plan of attack is as follows: I'm going to attempt to wrap up the ONC words needed for this week, then dive back into this project by the weekend. What I may do is take another week and just finish the ONC project so that's done and come back to this in a couple of weeks. With that, I'm planning on pickup up writing in two to three weeks. By that I mean, start writing the story.

Is that realistic?

Who the heck knows. Life seems to change every day so I can't make any predictions. However, as I sat down and thought about the story today, one thing I'm certain of.

I still intend to write the story.
