(Just letting you all know, this hasn't  actually happened. It's just Dirk's worst situation in all time.)

Dirk hummed as he wandered the forest of his homeland, smiling widely. "Gonna go see my wiiife~ And giver her a big smooch~" He sang happily, like his usual self. He wore his armour, but kept the helmet off, his long, black hair blowing in the wind. He looked around with his silver eyes, as birds flew above him, chirping and singing.

"Oh, how I love nature." Dirk said, then wiped his head of sweat. "It's getting hot.." He then looked up, noticing that the sky was much brighter than usual. "Hmm?" He then opened his wings, and flew up. His eyes widened.

In the distance, a mushroom cloud could be seen. "I have to hurry home!!" He then flew as fast as he could towards his house he shared with Ally. But....it was too late.

Other nukes hit the ground, erupting in a massive explosion. "Whoa! AHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Dirk was incinerated by one of the blasts.

A few hours later....

Dirk awoke, holding his head, now in his Hollow form. "Owww...f***..." He then shoved a Sprite of humanity into his chest, returning to normal. He then looked around, and gasped. All that could be seen was a field of ash, everywhere he looked, for miles onward. "My family..." He then opened his wings, and began to fly towards where his home is.

When he arrived, he landed onto his knees, devastated at the sight. He could see the burnt remains of Ally, and his children, along with his grandkids.

"No..." Dirk tried to hold the body of his dear wife, but, as soon as he merely grazed it, is fell into ash. "No...no, no, no no no no no! NOOOOOOO!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"

Then....he woke up, sitting up abruptly, covered in sweat. He panted heavily, then looked to his left, seeing Ally, still asleep. He sighed, holding his hand on his brow, sobbing softly.
