so, let me just start this off by saying that i haven't been to school since LAST tuesday. 😂 i was suppose to take my exams last week and they got pushed back to today and monday cause of... well i guess you could say because of winter. i live in michigan and, depending on the year, we get bad winters. we just had a huge snow storm come through and then our backroads/dirt roads were pretty bad so the busses couldn't drive on them and then we had this 'polar vortex' come through which made it super cold for a few days. like it may have said -5 but it was actually -27. we didn't get hit as hard though so i'm grateful for that!

we did go back to school today though, even though the roads were shit but it's fine. it's fine. 🙄 anyways, i 'took' two of my exams. they were blow off, easy classes. one of them i didn't even have an actual exam in. i love choir 😂 we had a pancake party and watched part of incredibles 2 and played kahoot! my last two exams are on monday and honestly they aren't hard either. i have to present something with my friend for my first (fifth) hour and then my last hour is band and i honestly don't even know what we're doing for our exam but whatever. band is a whole other story and i really DO NOT want to talk about it. i don't want to ruin my amazing mood 😂

so after school i went to mcdonald's with one of my friends and had lunch with her, then 3 of my friends came over and we watched bts and redvelvet stuff on youtube in my tv, then two of them left (we'll call them Haley and Jaylynn) and one stayed (we'll call her Rene). Rene actually decided that she wanted to watch a scarier movie so that's what we did. we ended up watching Garold's Game. great movie 10/10 recommend if anyone ever wants to watch it. (this reminds me of a book i would possibly write! omg! i'll talk about it at the end.) in the middle of the movie one of our other friends (we'll call him Danny) came over and we were kind of making fun of the movie but like in a friendly way... if that makes any sort of sense 😂. we watched the movie and then just joked around for like 2 hours and picked up my brother from basketball practice. my mom was kind of annoyed with us but it's fine cause she loved Rene and Danny, they're probably two of my closest friends. after all of this though i took all three of us to taco bell. we were there for about half an hour and we went to leave and two of our other friends (we'll call them Leah and Sage) walked in. so we actually stayed for another half an hour and just talked to them. we were talking about literally everything. since Rene, Danny, Sage and i are all seniors they were asking me about my college choice for next year. i'm doing community college for two years then hopefully transferring to my dream school (not gonna name it cause of some reasons). then we talked about musical and some people we hate and kind of just the past. by the way, Leah is a sophomore 😂. we ended up leaving at like 8pm. i took Rene home and then took Danny back to my house cause he had his car there. Danny and i are actually closer, i feel, than i am with anybody else in our friend group (besides one other person, we'll call her Shay) but we could literally sit in my car and talk about everything and anything. i could tell him anything and he'd just listen, which is what we were doing in the car all the way back to my house. just talking.

now i'm just laying in bed, wanting to take a shower and feeling very happy with myself. i have to work tomorrow and i'm kind of excited for some reason. not sure why cause they pay me bad and i don't think i'm working with any of my friends but i dunno. i think i'm gonna watch netflix and go to bed, if i'm being honest. maybe write something else, not sure yet.

oh! that book i was talking about! i think i might make a book of my rating and talking about movies/tv shows. i dunno, sometimes i get a lot of free time on my hands and that's just something that's kind of up my alley. i'll think about it but be on the look out for that!
