Life was amazing for the both of us. We were here on earth, together, peacefully. Unless we had children, which I don't think we're capable of having kids right now, our life wouldn't be this peaceful.

"Rune! Would you mind getting the decorations!" Mom shouted from the living room.

Oh Gods. I'm literally busy over here right now.

I yelled back at her saying, "I'm making something here! Ask the other jobless people out there!"

I then hear her ask Conner to help her decorate the Christmas tree, more like demanded. I could hear him whine, but looks like he's helping her out. He was jobless, he could help her out.
He was getting comfortable around our family, so much so, he'd acts like it's his own family. It's nice. We all visited mom and dad so that we could celebrate Christmas with them. Classes were closed for now, and we could get a break.

Then, there was Jewel, she's busy talking with her family. She had called her dad and brother, and apparently her mom couldn't care less. She looked happy seeing both her dad and brother interact after a really long time.

Liry waddled around her new home, exploring places where she could sleep. Sometimes, you don't even know where she is. We'd have to wait for her to come out of her hiding spot and maybe, if you were determined, you could go find her by yourself.

Mom had made dad make a gingerbread house while I was here, with Rae, making cookies and gingerbread men. Dad was good at making the houses, so much so, he made three of them for no apparent reason. He then proceeded to call all his family members. When he did so, they asked him why he was unactive for so long. Adriel and Rowan didn't ask him much, since they had already shouted at him a long time ago.

The Enchantrians were also celebrating an occasion. For humans it would be Christmas, but for Enchantrians, its called the hearts warming day. It's just like Christmas. Except, there was no santa and the people gift one another on this occasion. Pretty similar, if you ask me. Though, I expected Enchantra to have santa and his little elves. But I guess I'm wrong, they're their not that similar to earth.

It was winter time at both the worlds. We'd wear warm clothes. Though, certain supernaturals, like vampires and others, didn't need to wear warm clothes. They were immune to cold. Anyway, enough of explanation.

"This tree is huge! What the hell?" I hear Conner complain.

"They're rich, boy." I hear Jewel remind him. "What did you expect?"

"I expected them to hire people to make the tree." Conner admits.

"Seriously?" Rae asks from beside me. Conner replied to him with a yes, and continued to ignore him.

"I would really appreciate it if I got some attention!" Rae shouts, hoping to get a reply from Conner.

"You're an attention whore." I insult him.

"Very rude Rune." he says.

That's my nickname, since Rune and rude sounds similar and I am actually a bit rude.

"Wow, both the twins are annoying." I can hear Conner say from the living room.

After me and Rae finally finished making whatever we have made, we help Conner decorate the tree. Liry had made her special appearance. She'd get tangled in the lights which was kept on the floor. It was a huge hassle, she was so attracted to the colourless light wires.

Jewel used her master technique on how to handle a cat, a threw a ball of warn somewhere that was not close to the tree. It caught Liry's attention, she'd play with it as long as she wanted. I guess sleeping wasn't her only thing. The cat had also taken an interest in Chubby.

I wonder what I should get for Jewel as a present. Clothes? Books? Pets? I can't think of anything. All of the above sounds like a usual thing that people buy for others as a gift. Speaking of others, I needed to buy them a present too.

I need to buy or make a present that she would never expect. I think, making a present is the only special thing. But what could it be?

I thought long and hard about what to make for her, all the while buying stuff for my friends and family. And out of the blue, I had gotten an amazing idea for a present.

I'm sure she'll love it! She'd had to wait till Christmas to find out about it. And I had to make sure that she wouldn't find out about this. This might take some time for me to get it done, it was a handmade present after all. It would also need a little creativity and artwork.

Maybe, I could even suggest Rae this idea. He'd love it too.

I bought Amelia a make-up kit from fenty beauty. She would kiss me for buying this for her, and I would reject her politely. For Jojo, I bought nothing much except a spider. Then there was Conner, I don't know what the hell I should get him. A watch? Or maybe a suit? Yes! A suit! At least I should get him something.

Then there was my family. I didn't need to get Rae anything, since we were twins, and also I'm gonna be doing a favour for him. As for mom and dad, I don't know. Mom seriously didn't want anything for Christmas but I had to get her something. I think I'll get dad a book, since he's usually on the phone and I think mom won't mind having scented candles.

Christmas finally arrived, which meant only one thing. Presents! That's the only thing that matters. I woke up next to Jewel and almost pushed her down the bed while shaking her. "Wake up, sleepy head! It's presents time!"

She groaned at my hyper-ness. "What the hell? Rune!" she glared at me.

"Yes, it's me." I answer her. "Now, wake up!"

I pull her out of bed. We both brush our teeth and headed downstairs right after. I wonder what she brought for me. The thought makes me excited! But I was more excited for her to open my gift.

"I see that everybody is here." Dad says, looking at all of us.

"Dad, it's present time." I state, calmly.

We then proceeded to open up all our gifts. I opened my presents. Dad bought me a book. How amazing. I wonder what his reaction would be if he opened my present. Like father, like daughter.

Guess what Conner bought me?

Another spider. And I'm pretty sure this was Jojo's idea. I can't take care of another spider. Memories of Creepy would always haunt me. . . Conner won't stop grinning at me

Mom was delighted that I bought her scented candles. In return, she had bought mittens for me. . . why? I don't know.

Now finally, it was Jewel's presents for me but I waited for her to open my present along with Conner.

"I see that you're excited." she says, looking at me. "It'll be great."

She already had declared it was going to be great. I was waiting in anticipation for her to open it, she took her sweet time to unravel it.

"Is this. . . a comic book?"she asked, puzzled.

"Why do I have the same thing?" I hear Conner ask Rae.

"Why don't both of you read it?" Rae suggested, shrugging his shoulders.

They both open the comic, it took a while for them to understand it. Jewel was the first to realize it, she gasped when she did.

"Oh my goodness! This is amazing!" she said, still reading every page, fully engrossed in it.

Me and Rae had made a special hand-made comic book that depicted our whole love story. From where we were in the beginning to where we were right now. Me and Rae had helped each other out to make this, we had made this in a library together so that no one could know about it. It took us at least three days to complete it. We both where good at drawing, while Rae embraced it, I hid it. The hardwork paid off. Both, Jewel and Conner looked really happy.

"You did all this for me?" she asked me, and I shyly nodded. I liked being praised. I could hear the other two love birds making out, but I ignored them.

She hugged me close to her, peppering kisses on my face with the book in her hand. "I love you so much!" she whispered.

"Ti voglio bene anch'io." I whispered. (("I love you too."))

"Oh no. Not Italian again. You know that I don't understand it, right?"

I grin at her. "Time to see what you bought me!"

I opened up her present, the first thing I got was a cook book. But not just any cook book. It was an Italian cookbook! "OMG! It's in Italian!" I said, going through it excitedly. Now I know what the mittens are for. She chuckled watching me.

The next thing I got was an Italian santa statue! Oh gosh! Jewel really does know how much I love Italian. I honestly loved all of this!

The next and final thing she got me was a silver pendant! The interior consisted of our pictures together while the exterior had been engraved with both our initials!

"Oh my god! I can't thank you enough for this!" I said hugging her.

"I'm happy you liked it!" she said.

"Alright, love birds! Smile!" I heard dad say and the next thing we know, he takes a picture of us.

How dare he! Without our consent!

The picture was then hanged on the wall for passerby to stare at. I looked like I was glaring at someone while Jewel looked confused. Rae looked surprised while Conner looked flustered and flushed.

Between all this, we completely forgot about Liry. Poor baby. But, she did get an amazing dinner from our amazing mother. Mom bought toys for her too!

This was absolutely an amazing Christmas!
