Eight years later:

Ishwar returned to his room after a meeting and slumped on his seat. His PA who was tailing behind waited for him to relax and when Ishwar nodded to talk, Ravi opened his tab to read out his schedule for the rest of the day.

Ravi: Sir, today you have an appointment with the CEO of NC Architects by 3 p.m

Ish: finally you were able to get her appointment ?

Ravi: Sir, I have been trying for the past three months to get her appointment. She never agrees to meet the person unless she is sure of doing business with them. I heard now she has bagged another major project and she has agreed to meet you today.

Ish: Such a hotheaded lady....let me meet her and show who I am..

Ishwar received a call from Anika and rubbed his temples which Ravi took a clue and left the room. Ishwar answered then answered the call.

Ish: Hello....

Ani: Mama, please wind up your work for the weekend.We will be waiting for you.

Ish: Ok, I have an important meeting. I will call you after that.

Ishwar cut the call and saw the time was 1.45. He entered the relaxation room to refresh and got changed into a new suite and prayed the new perfume before leaving the room. Ravi followed him and informed the driver to get the car.

Ishwar got in the back seat and Ravi in the passenger seat. Forty minutes later they arrived at the most classic yet modern buildings of NV architect and Ravi opened the door for Ishwar. It was a four storey building and Ishwar took the elevator and arrived at the fourth floor along with Ravi who immediately informed the PA of the CEO about Ishwar's appointment.

PA: You are welcome sir but sorry to say that your appointment is at 3 and you are 15 minutes early. I request you wait for your time. Madam is busy with her meetings now.

Ishwar and Ravi were waiting in a room and at 3 the PA guided Ishwar to the CEO's room leaving Ravi to stay outside. Ishwar saw the lady dressed in a fitting shirt and knee lenght skirt standing near the window with a file and her blazer hanging around her posh seat.

Ish: I hope you remember giving appointment at this time.

CEO: Oh yeah Mr. Ishwar welcome to NC..so what made you meet me ?

Ish: Ofcourse business....I will be direct to it. I want your collaboration for the new project of ours. We want you to work on the architecture part of it. 

CEO: But you have a strong and well experienced team in your own firm so what brought you here ?

Ish: Your team are doing wonders in the industry so why not we work together. I m ready to work with any ratio of profit.

CEO: Why so ?

Ish: I want my customer satisfaction if that happens working with you why not..

She walked towards him and leaned on the table before him with the top two buttons of her shirt open and her cleavage on display to him. Ishwar got a glance of her cleavage and tits which were visible. He grunt gritting his teeth and exhaled visibly.

Ani: You know very well that I don't give my full time at office. I come only when I m needed. If I reveal my identity that may get attention and I may have to come office regularly which I won't be able to do. Most importantly I don't want any media or any stupid to portray us as rivals though I m doing only architectural works as of now. You know they will start gossips which may get unwanted attention about us.

Ish: Anika remember one thing. We don't live for others.. If you are worried about the gossips or competetion then you should stop worrying about it. I would love to see people praising you for your talent. I will be proud to walk holding your hand and raise my collar that I m Anika's husband.

Ani: We will think about that later now you get going and I will join you shortly.

Ish: I have something for you. Hope you change your decision after seeing this.

Ishwar gave an envelop to Anika. she opened and read the content that her company had won the best architects of the year. Ishwar hugged and wiped her tears.

Ish: congrats darling..I m so happy for you and today's treat is to celebrate your success. I wish you receive the award personally. Let everyone know that the real owner is not Nisha but Anika..I won't force you and will support whatever you decide.

Ani: Thank you mama.. I will think of it.. Now lets go..

Ish: But you haven't replied to my business deal yet ?

Ani: We will discuss home.. for once I will break the rule and we will talk at our home study.

Ishwar kissed her cheeks and left the room and Ravi joined him. On way Ravi took his leave and Ishwar waited for Anika who joined him shortly. They reached home and their daughter Nisha and five years old son Vinay rushed to them. Ishwar picked them in each arm and kissed their cheeks. Anika kissed them and they kissed their parents back.

" Mama " came a voice and Ishwar crouched down to Catherine who got on his back.

Ish: Cathy is everyone ready ? Where is Ryan ?

Nan: As usual Jerry is fighting to get him ready. Once he is done we can leave..

Nisha: Appa, Vinay and Ryan fought with a boy in class today.

Ish: Ryan, Vinay why did you fight ? I have told you not to fight with anyone..

Ryan: But mama, that idiot was bullying my friend Chanchal. She is Vinay's friend too.

Ish: Is it then my boys have done a great job and deserve a gift for that. How about we go toy shopping ?

Ani: Ryan, Vinay you could have informed your class teacher about it. Next time instead of fighting him encourage your friend to fight for herself. She needs to be brave to stand for her. Stand by her and be her strength.

Cathy/ Nish: what about us ?

Ish: My pretty girls doesn't need a reason to buy gifts. They will get whatever they want without any reason.

Ani: Cathy .. Nisha...

Nish: Amma, don't worry we won't buy unnecesary or useless things or the toys which we have already.

Cathy: Yes Ana ma, we are good girls and will do as you and Nanu ma say us.

Anika and Nancy hugged the children and Jerry came out huffing and puffing which made Nancy laugh at him.

Jer: Stop laughing Nancy.. That boy is allergic to dresses..He takes out my energy by the time I get him dressed.

Nan: Stop complaining about him accept that you cannot do the work properly.

Vinay: Amma we will play for a long time at the beach this week. 

Jer: Don't worry champ I will stay and we shall play as long you want this week. Lets go..

They got in the car and drove to the resort like every week to spend the weekend. Since the day kids were born they had decided to spend the weekend only with family without any business and they had been following successfully.

A week later Ishwar and Nancy were ready in the business outfit to attend the award ceremony and Anika accompanied them as Vincent groups had won the best builders for the consecutive fifth time. Nancy had been receiving the award ever since she had been appointed as the chairperson of the board of directors.

Ishwar did not spoke to Anika about revealing her identity after he spoke in her office. They drove to the venue and got seated in their alloted seats. One by one the awards were given and when the MC announced NC architects to receive the award for best architectural designers, Anika stood from her seat and walked to the stage. Ishwar stood from his seat and clapped his hands cheering for his woman who walked with confidence on the stage. Anika received the award and took the mic from the MC

Anika: Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Finally I m happy to reveal that I Anika Ishwar Vincent is the legal owner of NC Architects and Nisha Vincent is my daughter. I have running the business on her name. I would like to thank all my employees who had given their extreme which had brought me here today. This is their award and I m just receiving on their behalf. I would like to thank the most important person who found the talent in me, he trusted me, encourage me, stood by me in all my ups and downs, he never let me worry for anything, he has been a rock support to me and loves me very much. Thank you my dear husband Ishwar vincent...thank you so much for coming into my life and making me the happiest woman forever. I love you...

She gave an air kiss and he caught from air and placed on his chest. Anika got down the stage and they hugged which every camera got to caught in them. 

Ish: I m so proud of you darling...Love you so much...

Nancy hugged Anika and they squealed like they used to do in college times. Next the Vincent groups was invited to collect the award for the best builders of the year. Nancy walked to the stage and collected the award and gave a speech like every year. After the function the trio returned home contently not before Ishwar buying them ice cream.

They were welcomed home by the entire family who were waiting to wish them. Radha and Krishnan had returned from village and Alexander who had gone to check on the ancestral home in coimbatore also returned along with them.

They had a family time together having dinner and chatting with each other. Ishwar watched the home filled with laughter of his family. He suddenly pinched himself to check if he was dreaming but no...it was real.... a life which he never dreamt of has happened in real. His eyes caught the sight of the one human who was the reason behind all this happiness. The innocent girl who entered his life like a butterfly and flapped her wings changing his life into a colorful one.

Ish Mv: My love....Anika..

As if she heard him calling her she turned to him and cocked her eyebrows. He mouthed I love you and she gave her trademark shy smile. He walked away from there and she followed him. Once she entered the room he shut the door and hugged her from behind.

Ani: what happened mama ?

Ish: I m so happy and you are the reason for my happiness.

Ani: Aww my baby has turned emotional again...Come on mama....cheer up..

He turned her and carried her in bridal style and sat on the bed with her on the lap. He took a box from the night stand and gave it to her. Anika opened it and saw a beautiful chain with a butterfly pendant in it and a ring with snowflake and a ruby in the middle.

Ishwar took the chain and clasped it around her neck and slid the ring on her finger.

Ani: How much gifts will you give me ?

Ish: If you let me then i will get you gifts for every minute too but I m scared of my wife that she will be upset that I m spoiling her so I m giving gifts only on special occasions. This gift is for your award and for revealing your identity..

They leaned and their lips met but before they could kiss there was a bang on the door. Anika chuckled at Ishwar face and opened the door allowing the 4 children inside who had entered for their story time. Ishwar and Anika took turns every day to tell them story.

After their story time Ryan and Cathy returned to their parent's room and Nisha, Vinay slept with ishwar and Anika on either side of them. A happy family forever...

" Life always has a second chance for everyone and Ishwar never left that chance which came into his life in the name of Anika. They both filled the void in each other's life and completed each other "
