Recap: Ishwar and Anika have open talk and later have a quality time together.

Ishwar and Jerry reached the hospital and saw Lilly still unconscious. Later they got to know that the doctor had put her in medically induced coma for a quick recovery from the head injury. Ishwar checked on the security arranged for Lilly. 

Ish: Jerry inform doctors to shift Lilly to our estate once she is stable. Arrange for a doctor if required to take care of her.

Jer: Yes, Boss but doctor wants her to be in the hospital for atleast a week. May be after that we can shift her to our place. Meanwhile we have tight security to take care of her.

Ishwar once again met Lilly before leaving the hospital and once he returned home he saw the living empty and went to his room which was empty too. He moved to the garden and saw Anika sitting on the swing and sleeping under the shades of the tree. He sat next to her and caressed her hair which got her sleep disturbed. She saw Ishwar sitting next to her and leaned on his shoulder.

Ani: How is Lilly ?

Ish: Good, but in induced coma and she will be fine in a week. We can bring her here once she is stable.

Ani: It was supposed to be me in that accident but she saved me risking her life.

Ish: She is not just my PA, Anika..

Anika looked perplexed at him turning her attention completely to him.

Ani: what do you mean not just PA ? 

Ish: My angry bird, I mean she was appointed by your dad to watch my security and I got to know this after our marriage. I m not sure if sh knew about you being daughter of our boss but she did her duty to save you as my wife. She did that not once but twice. 

Ani: She is mafia too ?

Ish: She was the most trusted person of your father and she doesn't get involved in our business. She was there just to guard us. Anika, I know you must be upset with whatever you had knew about us but please talk to your father. He too missed you a lot. I will keep my word Anika, we will be out of this completely. But please talk to him, he must be waiting for you.

Anika thought for sometime and nodded her head. Ishwar patted her head and stood holding her hand. He called for Jerry and Nancy and they entered the study together.

Alexander was on the bed looking at the ceiling and when he heard the sound of the door opening he smiled at them.

Alex: I was waiting to see you all..

Jer: How are you boss ?

Alex: Ahh, my tiger...I m good. You guys brought me back from death. She is Nancy ?

Ish: Yes, uncle...now my sister and Jerry's wife.

Nan: Hello uncle how are you ?

Alex: Not uncle....call me dad...I m so happy to see you in person Nancy. I have seen and heard how you have taken care of Anika all these years. I owe you a lot in this life Nancy.

Nan: she is my best friend, sister and how will I not take care of her. Though me and granny had been there for her still she missed you a lot. Nothing and no one can fill your place in her life. finally I m happy that she got you and you will have to work hard and compensate for all the missed years.

Alex: I will sure yearn her forgiveness and definitely I will compensate all those missed years and now I have two princess to take care. I m happy that Lord has given me a chance to love you both for the rest of my life.

Nancy felt overwhelmed when Alexander mentioned about her also as his daughter. Alexander's eyes were on Anika who was looking at the floor. Ishwar saw his face and understood his thoughts.

Ish: Uncle, you speak with Anika and we will prepare a special lunch for us today. Doctor has confirmed that you are perfectly fine and can take physiotheraphy to walk.

Alex: Can't wait to place my foot on the land. I want to have a walk holding both my daughters hand.

Jer: Very soon boss.....just few more days and you will be strong as always.

Alex: don't call me boss tiger....You both have married my daughter so I m you dad too...

Jerry and Ishwar smiled at his words and Ishwar took Jerry and Nancy with him leaving Anika to talk with Alexander. 

Alex: Princess, come sit here..

He patted the space next to him on bed. Anika sat slowly and Alexander touched her hair with love and tears glistening in his eyes.

Alex: I m sorry Ana...I m so sorry...I don't have any reason to justify my actions of all these years. I have been so blind in power and money that I left you. But when I realized and wanted to leave everything and return to you, it was too late and I couldn't do it. I would have risked your life if I decided to leave everything so I stayed back in the hope that atleast you are safe with your granny and I could see you from far.

Anika cried hearing him and hugged him crying on his chest. Alexander cried out of joy and hugged his daughter.

Ani: I missed you a lot pa..After mom was dead I thought you will be with me always but I never got to see you. I waited every day for you to return to me.

Alex: I m sorry princess..please forgive me. I will do anything you say. I will never leave you anymore.

Anika wiped her tears and sat holding his hand in hers.

Ani: I don't know if you will do this or if I can talk about this but I wish you listen to my words. Ishwar mama said that he will leave all this mafia business. Can you too do it please ? I can't live my life everyday in fear of losing you any of you. Please pa....

Alex: Ishwar spoke to me about this already. I have agreed to him. You need not worry about this anymore. We will not give you any chances to worry in your life. Its a promise form me too but Ishwar would have told you already this is not easy as said. We need time to get settled with everything and don't worry it will not take too long.

Ani: I understand and will wait for that day. I lost mom and granny. Now I have got you after so many years, I don't want to lose anyone anymore or it would be better that I leave this world. 

Alex: shh, no princess...don't ever say those words. Me and Ishwar might have done bad deeds but you are most precious to us. We would do anything for you. I have never seen Ishwar the way he is now. The Ishwar I knew is only the ruthless man without any fear but i can see the fear in his eye and that is only for you.....of losing you. He is ready to do anything to save you and I will back him in this.

Ani: He loves me so much pa...After granny's death I was suffering so much that he took care of me like a child. 

Alex: What about you ?

Ani: I don't know when he became my life...I can't imagine my life without him. He has become the reason of my survival and now our baby..

Alex: Baby????

Ani: shhhh..I blurted out as usual.. Appa...I m pregnant but I haven't told Ishwar mama yet...I don't want him to worry more about me when he is on his mission so I will tell him once everything is over. He will be happy if I tell him now but he will feel so much pain that he is not yet out of his devil world when we have our baby so promise me you won't tell him until I tell him on my own.

Alex: Anything for my princess...I promise but he is too smart to hide anything from him.

Ani: I want us to be happy and out of every problem when we share this news of our life. I know he will wish the same. If he had to leave me to complete his works then he will really feel bad for leaving me when I m carrying his baby so let him do his work and I m sure he will not take long if he has any clue of our baby.

As they kept talking Ishwar and Jerry entered the room after knocking and saw Anika and Alexander talking and laughing. Anika was leaning on his shoulder half lying on the bed.

Jer: So can we move to the dining for the special lunch ?

Ani: Jerry anna (bro) yes I very hungry...lets go and also we will take appa too.

Jerry and Ishwar helped Alexander to shift into a wheel chair and they came out of the room with Anika wheeling Alexander.

Ani: Mama, let appa stay in any of the room from now on. He is fine and we can take care of him.

Ish: As you say angel...Jerry inform the maid to get the room ready now.

Ishwar removed the head chair and moved Alexander to that place and they all settled with Anika and Ishwar on either side of Alexander. 

Alex: God, how long it has been that I ate this foods. 

Anika served briyani on her father's plate and saw his hands trembling to hold the spoon. She stopped him and fed her father with her hands. Ishwar saw her being so happy still he made a sad face looking at her. Anika chuckled at him and eyed his plate to eat. He smiled and they started eating.

Jerry shifted Alexander to one of the rooms in the ground floor to have a nap. Ishwar saw Anika walking slowly and soon carried her in his arms and she wrapped her hands around his neck. He kissed her cheeks and laid her on the bed taking his place next to her.

Ani: what was that you were doing during lunch ?

Ish: Ohh, I thought my wife will feed me but I was more happy to see you back with your father. 

Ani: That you have to yearn Mr. husband. You avoided me after I came back, I was waiting to have dinner with you but you skipped it so yo need to make it special for me.

Ish: I told you the reason still that is not justified so I will make it up for you. Today I will make our night special and after I clear off my dark business then every night will be special.. Its a promise love...

Ani: Does your words double meaning by anyway ?

Ish: No dirty girl...I meant to have dinner with you every night and make it special but if you insist we could make it even more special. I will love it.

Ani: shut up mama....

His hand sneaked inside her top an rested on her abdomen and he propped on his elbow looking at her face, kissing gently on her eyes and cheeks.

Ish: You look too tired snow flake ..

Ani: I m was feeling sleepy but could n't sleep since I got to talk to appa after so many years. Now I feel so sleepy and couldn't control.

He laid properly and pulled her to chest and watched her sleep with a smile on her face that etched in his heart.
