Recap: Ishwar feels emotional after speaking with his mother.

Two weeks passed with them busy with their works and Anika had finished a part of her design. Ishwar and Anika were in the conference room and she had her designs spread on the table. She picked the first sheet and placed it before Ishwar.

Ani: This is the plan of the ground floor. Since he is business man and might have guest personally as well as officially so it would be better to have a royal western touch. Living is split into two. The front will have royal Italian furnitures with a chandelier and the second part just connnects the dining which faces the open kitchen from there. Since he loves his wife so much he might watch her cooking from this area. And here it will have some classic touch to give homely vibes as family will be using this area. Dining is a huge place as he wanted all his family to stay at one place.

Ish: Only if she knew cooking..

Ani: She doesnt know cooking...woww....so I m not the only one here. Don't worry after this project I will learn cooking so she will be left alone. Still she shoud be able to make some toast, juice so he can keep sighting her that time.

Ish: Perfect...

Ani:The rear to first part of the living has a study which will have a small library area for his office purpose alone. Apart from this there will be only two guest rooms. Incase he wants to use the ground floor for some party he can use it as a ball too.

Ish: Nice idea...

Ani: We can have modernised kitchen and will have three islands so when the family grows the chefs wont find difficulty in cooking for a huge family. And even if children sneak out to pick out ice creams they will get caught since it is open one.

Ish: You are so cruel then. You eat so much of ice creams and chocolate but don't want the children to eat them ?

Ani: Yes, a mother will always restrict their child from eating too much of chocolate. What if hey get cavities ? Any how this for your client to worry not for us.

Ish: ohh..fine..carry on.

Ani: From th centre of the living stairs will lead to the next floor which further divides on either side leading to the rooms on the first floor. We will have a lift at the right corner of the entrance so that when the client turn old he can use the lift in future.

Ish: Good...he may not require anytime soon...but still good to have one.

Ani: First floor will have three master bed rooms and two nurseries. 

Ish: why three ?

Ani: Client will use one and now couples normally have only two child so two nursery and when they growup they will get used of the other two master bedrooms.

Ish: Interesting but what if they have more than two children ?

Ani: Then tell your client to vacate the first floor and get shifted to second floor. first floor will have only these rooms and the rest of the place is allocated for a huge library, a gaming room as well as a patio with mini garden.

Ish: Impressed...

Ani: Second floor will have only rooms no other amenities. The entire area is planned equally to have 7 rooms. All the rooms will have a walkin closet ending into the washroom. Washrooms will have space for jacuzzi tub in the most corner of the washroom. A shower cubicle and a counter with two sinks.  Basic plan is to have a dry room so client can place a couch if he wants. A miniwardrobe is placed so that the women or girl children can use for their personal hygiene.

Ish: What is the size of the rooms ?

Ani: The living alone is 10,000 sq.ft, each room will be of 2500 sq.ft including the closet and lavatories.. Library in the first floor is 1500 sq.ft and the gaming room will be 1000 sq.ft. This is because fourth floor is completely alloted for a spa, home theatre, gym, another huge gaming room may be an advanced one even elders can use it. Third floor will have comparatively smaller rooms that is each will be of 2000 sq.ft and in total there will be 25 bedrooms in a total of 14 floors. AS of now I have completed for 10 floors and the rest four floors and the exterior is yet to be designed but I have planned it already.

Ish: I m highly impressed Mrs. Anika. You never disappoint me. 

Ani: So the client will approve of this design ?

Ish: He will love it. Just go ahead and complete the rest of the design. 

Anika squealed when Ishwar was happy with her designs and collected the sheets and pecked his cheek before leaving the room.

Ishwar called Lilly,Jerry and Nancy to the conference room once Anika left and they sat opposite to him.

Ish: Anika has completed her first part of designing. Lilly get a list of our best project managers who had been given 100% success without complaints. I want the best of the engineers to start the work. Jerry get the place cleaned of the bushes and we can start the work quickly. she will sure complete the rest of the plan within a week. She is ready with her plans and only designing is left out so she will not delay on that part.

Nan: What is the initial budget we should allocate for this ?

Ish: Release 70 crore for the startup. Let the materials be the best of quality.

Nan: Fine...will be taken care..

Lil: Boss we have a invite for the ball from the Mehta's next saturday. Nancy madam too has the invite as she is the new board of directors.

Ish: Sure reply in positive to them. Nancy and Jerry make it up for it. Clear the schedules accordingly Lilly.

Lil: Yes boss...and you have a meeting with our client Ms. Moksha Tripati. She is not satisfied with the development in the construction of her new office. Our project manager, senior advisors as well as PR has spoken to her but she is not convinced to any of them and has finally taken your appointment to discuss on that.

Ishwar let Nancy to carry on with her work and let Jerry to stay as he continued to talk with Lilly.

Ish: what is the background of the problem ?

Lil: Out team has got down into every detail she had reported but everything seem to be perfect but she is adamant to accept it. She has signed further 5 assignments to us so she has sort of threatened our team to escalate this issue and finally agreed to get settled on dicussing it with you.

Ishwar saw Jerald who understood and left the place. 

Lil: Boss there are some multiple gifts she had sent you recently but since you don't encourage the gifts I have returned them to her. And she had tried to get your appointments several times but you were quite busy and there was no reason to meet her so you denied meeting her.

Ish: Is she kind of stalking me ?

Lil: Somewhat looks like that boss.

Ish: Inform the project manager who is handling her project to submit all the files of her construction and also the details of the upcoming projects for her.

Lilly nodded and left the room. Ishwar returned to his room and saw Anika drowned in the sketches on the table. She had clutched her hair messily and he saw her biting the back of the pencil as she was lost in the work. He did n't knew the time flew by until he received a call from Jerry and he answered the call knowing the reason he would have called for.

Ish: Yes Jerry..

Jer: Boss she is Moksha Tripati and has a history of trapping young businessman for their money. She is just 24 years and has successfully started multiple business and makes a turn over of half a billion a year. Now she has signed up with us to construct her new offices at 5 places across our state.

Ish: Why was this not checked before the contract was signed ?

Jer: She has a young charming male and a seductive female as her PAs. Looks like her male PA wooed our senior advisor taking her on dates and got the contracts signed.

Ish: hmm, let us handle. Be prepared if required.

Jer: Always boss.

By evening a young lady who looked like a model dressed in a short pencil skirt and tight shirt with her lips tainted dark red entered the office hitting the floor with her high heels. All the men drooled over her slender long legs which screamed nothing but sexy. Her PA informed about the appointment with Ishwar and the receptionist checked with Lilly before directing them to Ishwar's floor. Lilly knocked on Ishwar's room and informed him about Moksha's arrival.

Anika was in the conference room as she needed more spacious tables for her designs. Moksha reached the floor and saw the interiors which screamed luxury in everything. She smirked and saw the CCTV and understood that by now Ishwar must be watching her so she swayed her hips more than required and flicked her hair sexily. Ishwar who saw her understood her intentions and also noted her watching the CCTV. 

Moksha reached Lilly who shook hand with her before directing her to Ishwar's room. Lilly opened the door and allowed Moksha inside and left after excusing from Ishwar.

Moksha eyed her PA who left the room immediately. She forwarded her hand to Ishwar but he gave a nod and showed the mobile which was ringing. Moksha settled opposite to him and saw him busy on the call. A few minutes later he finished the call turned his attention to her.

Ish: Yes, Miss Tripati, Can we be straight to the point and on what you brought here?

Mok: You can address me Moksha, Ishwar. We are not so old to be formal.

Ish: I m sorry Ms. Tripati, I dont encourage being informal in business.

Moksha picked a gift and forwarded it to Ishwar with a charming smile on her lips.

Moks: This is a little token of gift to make this meeting memorable and expecting many more business in future.

Ishwar leaned back in his seat and saw her with a blank face, then his gaze fell on the gift in her hand. He slowly extended his hand and took the gift from her and Moksha beamed in happiness and flicked her hair to one side and gave a seductive smile.
