Recap: Ishwar meets Anika's granny and ask her hand for marriage. Nancy gets to know about Ishwar, Jerald and also about Anika's father.

Nancy gasped audibly in fear and started trembling and panting when Jerald placed the gun pointed on her neck. Sweat beads dripped from behind her neck instantly and her eyes started watering. She shut her eyes tight and bit her lips not speaking a word.

Jer: Ivlo bayam irukku la, appo vaaya mooditu naanga solradha kelu. ( So much of fear right ? then shut your mouth and do as we say )

Ish: Jerry get it off her now...

Jerald removed the gun immediately and Nancy tried to open the door of the running car.

Ish: Nancy stay calm and I apologize for his act. He is always protective of me and doesn't think twice to do anything. 

Nan: Kolakara manushangala ungala pathale bayama irukku. ( You killer men, it gives fear looking at you) Stop the car I will get down right here.

Ish: You are scared just looking at a gun and how will you protect her for the rest of the life ? They are not some henchman Nancy. I m trying to make you understand because you will be a part of her life always. She loves you so much and I will not keep you away from her.

Nan: How do you know so much about her ? How will she accept you ?

Ish: Don't worry, she will accept me happily, we have met already and we were the ones who helped that day with that kitten. 

They reached the office and Ishwar gave a nod to Jerald and got down leaving Nancy with Jerald.

Jer: Nanu ma, boss solradha kelu. He is madly love in with her. He will go to any extent to save her. He will not think twice to kill anyone for her. Do you think he is not capable of taking her with him ? No he could do it but he doesnt want that. He wants you and her granny to be with her. 

Nan: He is a business man and a mafia too, doesn't he have girls in his life ? 

Jerld laughed at her words earning a stare in return. He raised his hands in surrender.

Jer: He hates woman in his life I mean he doesn't like love or marriage. He never had a girl in his life. Anika is the first girl who made him smile in years.

Nan: Doesn't he have family ?

Jer: He has but you will meet at the right time. He keeps them safe away from everyone's eyes. Trust me, Anika will be happy with him, I have seen the spark between them.

Nan: yara venum nalum nambuven unna mattum nambave matten. (I will believe anyone but not you )

Jerald caught her hand and leaned towards her with his face close to hers and his breathe fanning her cheeks.

Jer: Don't worry about Anika, boss will take care of her and I will take care of you.

Nan: Poda loosu...she pushed him and he laughed releasing his hold on her wrist.

Jer: Come lets go, Anika must be alone and I have so much of work.

Nan: Wait, tell me how will you save her if they come here ?

Jer: Oru bali aadu ready ah irukku actully adhuve vandhu sikkiduchu. Boss summave plan podradhula king ippo sollava venum .( A scapegoat cme on its own actually. Boss is a king in planning and now we cn't even doubt it ) Don't ask further and get inside, I will reach using the private elevator.

Nancy got down and reached the reception and enquired about the students from her college. She was instructed to reach the conference room on 20th floor where all the students were present. She reached there and saw Anika sitting in the last corner and moved towards her.

Ani: How is he ?

Nan: Nothing he is good just played prank in the morning. What did they say ?

Ani: Nothing, breakfast was given for all in the cafeteria and now we are waiting for Ishwar sir to arrive here to announce the winner.

Nancy saw Ranjani's face and she looked so awful but did not ask her knowing how bitch she could be. Lilly entered the conference and alerted the student of Ishwar's arrival and he walked in like a model and students greeted them. He saw Anika for a second and his eyes was on Ranjani looking at her state. She saw his gaze on her and smiled at him.

Ish: Good morning, sorry for being late got stuck up with a meeting. I got to see all the plans which you have sketched yesteday. Kudos to everyone for you for being so talented. Today you will meet your leads of yesterday in the same place to know the blunders or changes in your plans. As for as the winner I m happy to announce Ms. Nancy as the winner.

Nancy was stunned to hear because she knew her work and sure he must have some plans behind selecting her. She stood and bowed a little as thanking him.

Ish: I will meet you end of the day and you will know the reward for your good work. Lilly will be issuing handbook to everyone of you along with the certificates. Post lunch you can visit our photo hall in the 5th floor where we have a display of best works in architecture by our employees. Strictly no photography over there and you will leave your things outside before entering inside.

Students left the conference room and Ranjani waited until everyone left and once the place was clear she entered the private elevator to reach Ishwar's floor to meet him. Jerald who was watching her informed his men to stop the elevator. Ranjani panicked and shouted for help. She pressed the bell button which did not give any alert. She took her mobile to call for help but the jammer inside the lift stopped the out going calls. She banged on the door which caught the attention of the few employess. They called Lilly and informed about it. 

Jerald arrived at the floor where the lift was stuck and cleared all the employees from there. Ranjani guessed Jerry's voice and called him for help.

Jer: Anika, please don't panic I will call the technician to fix it.

He leaned on the wall leisurely and after 1 hour a techinican arrived and checked the lift.

Jer: Anika, techinician is saying that it will take time to fix it. some serious problem it seems. Please be calm I will try to find some other techincian who can help and fix it. Is the light and fan on Anika?

Ranj: No,its dark, I m sacred please help me....

Jer: Sure sure I have already informed boss and he is worried that you are stuck here. He would have come here if there were no employees around so I m here instead of him.

Jerry ordered his men to guard the place and not to allow anyone near the lift or speak to her and left from there.

In the meawhile Anika entered the meeting room and at the same Ishwar opened from inside. Anika stumbled to the sudden opening of door and bumped on Ishwar.

Her hands were on his chest and he held her with his hand around her slim waist. Her black  orbs locked with his brown and they did not avert their gaze. Ishwar gained his sense when her hands clutched his shirt lost in him completely. He smiled and tuck her hair behind her ear.

Ish: Whom did you think before you retired to sleep last night snowflake ?

Anika came to reality and tried to move from him but he stopped her tightening his hold around her waist.

Ish: Answer me snowflake. I know you speak only the truth so tell me did you think of me before you slept ?

Anika did not look at him and her gaze was fixed down, she stayed without answering him which gave the answer he needed. 

Ish: Fine, answer this question and I will leave you...Did you think of your marrige with future husband ?

Anika shook as no cutely and he could not resist the urge to kiss her. He groaned and removed his hand from her waist but Anika still had her hand on his chest standing in the same position which brought a billion dollar smile on his face. He leaned to her ear fanning his breathe on her ear lobes.

Ish: I don't mind standing all day like this if you are so comfortable to be in my embrace...cupcake...

Anika jerked and distanced herself from him and turned around showing her back to him. Ishwar took a step with his front grazing her back.

Ish: You look so beautiful snowflake. Are you happy, your friend has won....

Anika turned to him with all smile now expressing her happiness for Nancy. Ishwar did know to push the right button to bring her different sides to him.

Ani: Yes yes yes.. I m so happy. Last night when we discussed she did not thought she would win but I said her what if one us win this and now she won it and I m so happy for her.

Ish: Are you not feeling bad that you did not win ?

Ani: No, I would have not been this happy even if I had won it. 

Ish : That I see from your eyes how happy you are.

Ani: What should I do now ? 

Ish: Anything you wish we can do together....

His eyes fell on her lips before looking at her eyes.

Ani: I haven't worked on any apps to create plan so can you teach me to do one only if you can or no problem I will do sketching with pencil.

Ishwar took her hand and moved to his room and made her sit on the couch. He took his laptop and sat next to her simultaneously messaged Jerald to bring Nancy to his room to make her realize how comfortable Anika was with him.

Jerald went to the floor were Nancy was and called her with him. When they were in the employees elevator Jerald looked at Nancy from top to toe.

Jer: I m taking you to boss room now just for you to look how comfortable Anika is with him. 

When they entered Ishwar's room Nancy stood with her jaws dropped looking at the scene in front of her.

A/N:

This is just a story so don't feel bad for Ranjani being shut in the dark room. Our serials are far worse than this and I m not a encourger of women abuse. Hope I have cleared.

Lets see what will happen to Ranjani in next chapter.
