Okay, I take it back:
This boy DEFINITELY was innocent and I shouldn't have agreed to let him into my apartment because now, I was getting thirsty...thirsty for him.

I stare at the boy as his back was turned, trying hard not to get excited as my heart was beating fast against my chest. He looked around the living room for a little bit before turning to me, his shy smile appearing on that adorable face of his, his brown eyes gleaming with happiness.

"So...now what?"

Oh yes, introductions.
I had to introduce myself and he had to introduce himself.
Nothing more, nothing less.
I awkwardly cough as I then approached him, holding out my hand that was now sweaty from the radiating heat surging inside me.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Mackenzie Huntington and right now, I want to pin you to this table and kiss you~"

Is what I really wanted to say to him, but because I drank some holy water this morning, I instead said this:

"Oh...the name's Mackenzie..."

"Oh! That's a beautiful name...nice to meet you then Mackenzie, I'm Juno!"

He replied with a smile as he gently shakes my hand, a slight blush appearing on his cheeks as I felt my heart stop from his soft touch.
God, what is going on with me?!
Why am I getting all excited about this guy?!
We literally just met!
Curse my unholy mind! Where's the holy water and bible when you really need one?!
Juno then pulls his hand away, a feeling of disappointment now lingering inside me.
He then walks around the living room, humming a small tune to himself before speaking to me.

"So, nice place you got here! Do you live here by yourself?"

Now's my chance, I can try to give him hints if he wanted to be more than just roommates...
I smirked as I lean my back on the wall, folding my arms across my chest.

"Yep, it's just you and me~"

"Oh, okay cool!"

...Cool?
Is that really what he just said?
Usually the boys I've met before would always return a flirtatious remark but Juno...he just said cool in such a cool way that I wonder if he came from outer space or something.
Juno then plops down on the couch, placing his hands on his lap, playing with the hem of his blue and white striped shirt as he shyly bites his lip.
Oh how much I wanted to sit on that lap right now...
AH! CUT IT OUT MACKENZIE! YOU ARE NOT A PERVERT! THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!
I quickly shake the thought off and instead, I take an awkwardly long sip of my boba tea that I grab from the counter top.
I then cleared my throat.

"So-"

"Where's the bedroom?"

"WHAT?! I-I mean, what?"

"Where do I sleep? Do you have another bedroom in this apartment?"

"A-Ah...unfortunately no..."

I nervously laugh as I rub the back of my neck. I was being completely honest though, I only had one bedroom in my apartment so that only meant two things: One, Juno would have to sleep on the couch or two, he could sleep with me-
WHAT THE HELL MACKENZIE?!
GET YOURSELF TOGETHER!
THIS AIN'T A HENTAI!
Juno's eyes lit up as he then jumps up from the couch, snapping his fingers.

"Oh! I have an idea! I can sleep here on the sofa! That way, you could enjoy sleeping in your own bed! It's only fair, you know? Since this is technically your apartment..."

"Oh! Oh, okay! Yeah! That's a great idea!"

I mean, he wasn't wrong, I really did want to have the bed all to myself anyway...
I smile as I clap my hands together.

"Well! That settles it then! You shall sleep on the couch and I shall enjoy the comfort of my bed~
Oh by the way, how long are you going to be staying here for?"

"Hmm, well until I get a decent job that'll help me buy my own apartment, I might have to stay here for at least 4 months...is that okay? If not, I totally understand, I'll just ask the landlord if I could stay with someone else-"

I frantically wave my arms, a blush creeping up my face as I sit Juno back down on the couch.

"No no it's okay! It's okay! I mean, you already paid for half of the rent so...you're stuck here with me."

"Oh! Are you sure?"

"Yeah, don't worry about it...kid."

Okay, he cannot be younger than me.
He must be at least a few years older than me, right?
But his baby face tells me otherwise...it's just so adorable.
Juno then smiles as he suddenly embraces me, causing me to blush as my heart began to race.
I tried pushing him off, but to no avail.
Damn my weak body with no muscles...

"W-What are you doing Juno?!"

"I'm thanking you of course! You're the first person ever to be super nice and kind to me!"

The first person to be super nice and kind to him...?
Whatever does he mean by that...?

You know what I love about mornings?
I come to the realization that I've come to see yet another day, glad that I didn't die in my sleep overnight. I just love laying in bed, all wrapped up in my blankets like a caterpillar in its cocoon as I hug the cute korean boy that laid right next to me...
WAIT A CUTE KOREAN BOY LAYING RIGHT NEXT TO ME?!
I screamed like I just saw a spider as I push the boy off me, causing him to fall off the bed and onto the floor.
I heard him groan as he lifts his head up, staring at me with a confused expression.

"Mackenzie? Is something wrong?"

"Something wrong?! What are you doing in my bed?!"

"I-I'm sorry! There was a thunderstorm last night and I was scared so I came to sleep with you! S-Sorry..."

This was going to be a very long 4 months...
