There is a list of things I'm bad at and singing is definitely #1.
Of course, singing is also #1 on the list of things I do a lot.
No one has ever heard me sing before...except Juno.
And when I heard him sing, he sounded so lovely, so ravishing...so heavenly.

And then there's me, who sounded like a dying whale just begging for water.
That's why whenever Juno wasn't home, I would sing to myself in peace...
that is until the neighbor who lived beneath me beats his broomstick against the ceiling, trying to get me to keep the noise down.
I always thought that no one would ever hear me sing...that is until Juno had the idea of taking me to karaoke, along with Val, Kou and Mr. Vito, who really needed to get out of the apartment.
And so there we were, startled by Mr. Vito's booming voice that echoed through the karaoke room, screaming random lyrics that he had made up himself as he kept taking a swing from his bottle of whiskey.

"STEPHANO YOU JERRRRRRK! HOW DARE YOU DEFY MEEEEE!
YOU ARE SUCH A DUMB B****!
THANKS FOR RUINING MY LIIIIIIFE!"

"A-Ah, Mr. Vito sounds really...interesting."

Juno compliments as he nervously giggles. I nervously laugh as I tried not making eye contact with the angry old man.

"Yep...who knows, he might be the next star of Aggretsuko..."

"Okay, someone should stop
him before he goes even more berserk...it looks like he's about to smash the table with his bare hands like the Hulk."
(ーー;)

Kou remarked as he folds his arms, his legs slightly shaking from fear as he stared at Mr. Vito with worry in his eyes. Me and Juno nod to each other before carefully approaching Mr. Vito and as he was about to sing his next verse, I snatched the microphone out of his hand, along with his bottle of alcohol.

"Okay okay, that was amazing singing there, Mr. V! You gotta teach me it someday!"

"Y-Yeah! I like how you put your heart and feelings into it!"

Juno added as he pats his back, nervously smiling at him. Mr. Vito burps before smirking.

"Thanks...it helps me manage my anger a lot~"

"And I thought Pyramid Head had more anger issues..."

Kou mutters to himself as he helps Mr. Vito wobble back to his seat. I then clap my hands together, getting everyone's attention.

"Okay! Who's next?"

"Why don't you sing, Mackenzie? Me, Kou and Mr. Vito already gotten a turn! I think you should go next~"

Val offered as she then smirks, folding her arms as she leans back on the couch. I give her a dirty look while Kou and Juno were dealing with a very drunk Mr. Vito, who was now singing the Korean alphabet backwards.

I whispered to her. She then chuckles as she grabs the microphone out of my hand and gets up.

"Hey guys! We decided on who's going to sing next!"

"Oh! Okay, who?"
(。･o･｡)

Juno asked as I smirked, taking a sip of water from my cup.
Looks like I'm getting off scot free~
Val then points to me, smiling.

"Mackenzie!"

I quickly spit out my drink, coughing as Juno pats my back, preventing me from choking.
God damn it Val!
Juno smiles as he then claps his hands with excitement.

"Yay! Mackenzie! Mackenzie! Mackenzie!"

Juno then cheers, causing me to blush as Val hands me the microphone, mouthing to me, "you're welcome."
"I hate you" is what I mouthed back to her before turning to everyone, who was now staring at me with excitement as they waited for me to begin.
I then look at the tv screen to see what song Val had chosen for me and I felt my insides explode...
It was the song "Everytime We Touch" by Cascada, a song that every person puts in an anime character shipping amv.
I blushed as my eyes catch Juno's, who were beaming with happiness.
I couldn't let Juno down now...he really was excited to hear me sing for the very first time.
I take a deep breath and then begin to sing, hoping that I wouldn't make a fool of myself.
Oh I can just HEAR the rainbow filter...

"I still hear your voice when you sleep next to me...I still feel your touch in my dreams...forgive me my weakness but I don't know why...without you, it's hard to surviiiive! Kou avowed as he then takes out two glow sticks, intensely dancing to the music.

"Poonse, poonse, poonse, poonse!"

When the song ended, everyone was cheering for me, except Mr. Vito who was dead asleep on the couch, snoring as he drooled.
Juno then hugs me, placing a kiss on my cheek.

"That was beautiful Mackenzie! Your singing...I love it~ You should sing more~"

Juno blushed as he then kissed my lips.
I felt my heart race as we both plop down on the couch, holding our hands together. Juno then softly smiles as he placed a kiss upon my knuckles before staring into my eyes.

"Now it's my turn to sing~"

"O-Oh, okay, good luck then!"

I encouraged as Juno grabs the microphone, scrolling through the song playlist. I wonder what song he was going to choose, but I also wondered how he would sound like since I never heard him sing before...
He then snaps me out of my thoughts as he points to me, smiling.

"Mackenzie! This song is for you and you only! I hope you like it~"

Juno then winks at me, causing my heart to stop.
Did...did Juno, my innocent roommate and boyfriend, just wink at me?
Oh my goodness...
I quickly recognized the tune of the song as I then gasped.
...It was Serendipity by Jimin.
Juno then begins singing in Korean, his voice sounding so lovely, so ravishing...so heavenly, I felt like I was walking on clouds as I heard him softly sing.

Juno smiles as he then approaches me, holding my hand while he held the microphone with the other. His brown eyes never left mine and it made my heart race even more as he leaned closer and closer to me, our noses brushing pass each other.

Juno then rests his forehead against me, smiling as his eyes sparkled with happiness.
God...how does he sound so...soft and angelic?
I mean Jimin is too, but honestly...I would rather listen to Juno singing this than him.

The song then ends, along with Juno gently kissing my lips afterwards.
Everyone then clapped, cheering for Juno as he hugs me.
I felt tears fill my eyes as I hugged him back, trying not to cry in front of him, even if it was tears of joy.
