Being sick is like going through hell, I should know...because Juno's sick right now.

Day 10 and I haven't been able to sleep in my comfortable bed because of a sick Juno lying in it, surrounded by wrinkled tissues and bowls of leftover soup I have made for him.
As I tried cleaning up the mess, Juno's face suddenly turns pale and within seconds, he was now puking in the small trash can by the bedside, his body shaking as he wipes the drool off his pink lips with another tissue.
How could someone go through tissue boxes so quickly?
I sighed heavily as I help him get back into bed, pulling the covers up to his chin as he coughed and sneezed in my face.
Good thing I had my back up sanitary gloves and mask...
After closing the door behind me, I turn to Val, who stood there in the hallway with a worried expression on her face.
I then take a deep breath.

"So it's bad..."

"I am so sorry this is happening to you..."

"On the ONE night that the Yuri On Ice Movie is finally coming out...I have to stay here and take care of the poor boy."

"This is the best! This is totally a sexy situation! Juno is sick, you two could get to know more about each other, and what consent does he give you? Giving him a bath! Mackenzie, you should thank his white blood cells for not doing their job of protecting him..."

"Val, there's no way I'm giving him a bath! He's...a man."

"Uhhh yeah, a cute korean man who just gave you, a cute American woman, permission to wash his body! You should be grateful!"

Val beseeched as I carefully took off my gloves and mask and dispose them in the nearest trash can. I then turn back to her, blushing.

"Yeah yeah I know, but I really wanted to see that movie...we've been waiting to see it for years now!"

"Yeah, but you gotta take care of your roommate now! I promise I'll explain the whole movie to you when I get back, okay?"

"...Every single detail?"

I asked as Val then nods to me with a huge grin across her face.

"Every single detail~ Now go help your crush out! Good luck Mackenzie!"

Val encourages as she then walks out of my apartment, shutting the door behind her. I click my tongue, folding my arms together as I blushed even more.

"H-He's not my crush..."

"Mackenzie...can you come over here please...?"

I heard Juno groan from the other room, causing me to quickly rush by his side, feeling his forehead with my hand. He still had a burning fever...damn.
I sit down next to him, stroking his dark hair that was so soft like a bunny...

"What is it, Juno? I'm right here, I'm going to be here with you all day."

"I-I'm really hot...can I take that bath now?"

Well, shoot.
I blushed as I rub the back of my neck, nervously giggling.

"O-Oh...umm yeah sure! Of course! First, let's get you out of bed."

I replied as I grab both of Juno's hands, our fingers intertwining as I gently pulled him out of bed, watching him unexpectedly cough and sneeze again.
I then wrap his arm around my shoulder as I help him walk to the bathroom, hoping that he doesn't faint anytime soon.
I then plop him down on the seat of the toilet, his face still red from the fever as he was sweating bullets.

"O-Okay, t-take off your clothes Juno..."

I stuttered as I turned my back on him, shutting my eyes tight. I have never seen a naked man before in my life and I don't think I'm ready to see one now, especially my own roommate.
I heard Juno cough before groaning.

"Mackenzie...I'm too weak..."

"...You have got to be kidding me..."

"I'm serious...I can't even unbutton my shirt...please Mackenzie...help me."

...After this, I am sooo bathing in holy water.
I shake my thoughts off as I slowly turn around and kneel in front of Juno, gulping as I start to unbutton his dress shirt, one button at a time.
I look up at the boy and blush even more when I realized that he was staring right back at me, his eyes having dark rings under them from the lack of sleep he was getting.

Juno then swallows as he then opens his mouth a little, panting as his face turns red.

"Mackenzie..."

Juno says my name in a low whisper, causing me to shudder.
PLEASE DON'T DO THAT-
With my super Sonic speed, I quickly strip him from his shirt, run to my drawers to fetch a blindfold and come back, covering my eyes with the dark blindfold.
I then use my sense of touch to feel where his shorts were.
Once I felt the cold metal of his short's button, I swiftly unbutton them, pulling down the cloth.
During the process, I accidentally touched his thigh, causing him to gasp.
SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME HOLY WATER-

"M-Mackenzie!"

"J-Juno...just get in the bath, now."

I commanded as I then heard the swishing of water as I heard Juno dip his feet in, his teeth suddenly chattering.

"H-Hey, it's really c-cold!"

"Now you know how the victims of Titanic felt...Juno, this is the only way we can get rid of that fever!"

"T-Then at least come inside the bath with me!"

Juno was serious.
I blushed behind the blindfold as I fiddled with my fingers, feeling my heart race as I nervously tap my foot on the marble flooring.

"B-But I'm not the sick person here, you are..."

"Please Mackenzie...please?"

I heard Juno beg as the sound of the swishing of the water continued. I take a deep breath as I decided to just jump in with my clothes on, which I regret because he was right, the water WAS freezing cold!
Who froze our water pipes? Elsa?!
I shudder from the coldness as I hug Juno from behind, feeling his hot chest with my hands as I kept the blindfold on.

"G-Geez...we're only sitting in an inch of water and yet, it's still cold!"

"Y-Yeah...Mackenzie...thank you."

"E-Eh? For what?"

"For taking good care of me for the past few days...honestly, I didn't want to worry you though. I mean, because of me, you're missing your movie..."

"Hey hey, don't worry about that, it's just a silly anime movie..."

That was featuring Viktor Nikiforov and his story about his past that I'll never be able to see now!
Man, Val must be enjoying it right now...

[At the movie theaters...]

Crunch. Crunch. Crunch.

Random person in the audience: "Hey! Can you try to eat more quietly? We're trying to listen to Viktor's story here!"

Just holding you in my arms right now is enough for me. No, I'm not trying to sound like a pervert here. I really did enjoy holding Juno in my arms. It was like I was holding the whole world in my hands...and he was so fragile that I don't ever want to break him.
I wanted to be his elixir, I wanted to be his healer, I wanted to be his protector.
We may have only met a few months ago, but with each passing day, we've gotten closer and closer like fitting puzzle pieces...

After helping Juno out of the bath, helping him into fresh pajamas (without seeing him naked of course) and putting him back in bed, I smiled as I watched him fall asleep, hugging the pillow as he drooled a little.
Val then quietly comes in, causing me to gasp.

"Val! What are you doing here? The movie doesn't end in another hour!"

"I got caught filming it mid-way..."

"What?! Why?!"

"Because I felt bad you were missing out! So I tried filming the good parts but unfortunately, Mr. Tattletale who sat next to me, ratted me out! So I didn't see the rest of the movie..."

"Awww Val, I'm so sorry...you didn't have to do that for me in the first place."

"Hey, I wanted to because you're my best friend, I don't want you missing out on your favorite anime series~"

I smiled as I hugged Val.

"Was there any Victuuri action in it?~"

"Unfortunately no."

"Damn!"

At least I did one good thing today and that was helping Juno out whenever he needed it most. Like I said before, I wanted to be his elixir and after staying home with him today, I realized that I am his elixir and not some bad tasting medicine that no one ever wants to take.
