Boy talk: If I'm correct, boys would mostly talk about three things; sports, games...or perverted things.
When it comes to a conversation between a boy and a girl though...that's a how different story.

I'll admit, I only like people who can
keep a conversation going, no matter how random the topics get.
I just love talking about anime, games, korean dramas and life, but I never found anyone who got into the conversation except Val...and Juno.
My phone suddenly goes off, causing me to put down the book I was reading and answered it.

"Hello, this is Mackenzie Huntington, who the hell is this?~"

"Hello, I would like to order a HUGE pepperoni pizza with some meatballs and a side of yaoi~"
(¬ω¬)

"Sorry, but someone BURNED the yaoi, remember?"

"I-I told you I was sorry! Geez! Can you come hangout with me? We've got A LOT to talk about~"

"Ugh, but the sun is out...and it's so hot..."

"Oh please, you're not Shu Sakamaki...now come on before I tell the FBI you've been watching-"

"Okay okay, hold on! Let me get myself ready..."

I hang up as I then put on some decent clothes and put my hair in a small bun before getting ready to head out. I find Juno laying on the couch in the living room with a video game controller in his hands, staring at me with a smile.

"Hey Mackenzie! Wanna play FIFA soccer with me? We could have a competition! Korea VS America!"

"Sorry Juno, but I'm going to have a girls day out with Val today...maybe next time, okay?"

"Awww okay...well have fun and be careful!"

[After Mackenzie leaves...]

Juno sighed after Mackenzie left, suddenly turning off the game system and going into the kitchen to get banana milk out of the fridge.
He then takes a small sip of the sweet drink, leaning against the counter as he thinks to himself.

"Oh Mackenzie...I know you left just a few minutes ago, but why do I miss you so much...?"

There was then a knock on the door, causing Juno to quickly rush to the front and opening the door, his smile suddenly fading as he finds Kou standing there and not Mackenzie...
Kou smirked.

"Oh Juno~ Where's Mackenzie? I wanted to give her an apology gift as a way to say sorry for...the incident"

"Oh! She just left to go hangout with her best friend, Val...so it's just me today"

"Aww what's with the sad face? Are you perhaps lonely without your roommate?~"

"Honestly...yes, I am feeling lonely...really lonely"

Juno said as he quietly sips the rest of his banana milk, avoiding Kou's gaze.
Kou then places a hand on Juno's shoulder, a soft smile appearing on his face.

"Hey, let's go inside and talk about it, okay?"

Juno silently nods before the two then go inside the apartment...

Me and Val continued bickering as we were at the mall, eating some hamburgers and fries, along with chocolate milkshakes.
Yep, this is what usually happens in me and Val's conversations...
Val then smirks as she takes a bite out of her hamburger.

"So...you and Juno...are you two dating?~"

I spit out my milkshake, accidentally spitting some of Val's face.
I then wipe my lips with a napkin, blushing.

"E-Eh? N-No...we're just friends..."

But why did it hurt so much whenever I said that sentence...?

"Yeah...but I don't know if she feels the same way...I mean, have you seen her? She's so beautiful, she's so creative, she's so smart, she's so honest..."

"I know, it sounds so silly and untrue and I may sound naive, but I believe in him, Val. There's more to him than meets the eye. He's just so different compared to my exes in my past relationships...it's like he walked into my heart and thoughts and made me realize why it had never worked out with anyone else..."
