7. Canapes

One very interesting recipe. A fusion of indian and international cuisine. Must try recipe, no one can eat just one....😄😉

Ingredients

Canapes ready made pack 1 (contains around 50 shells)

Boiled potatoes 2

Mixed sprouts 1 cup

Finely chopped onions 2 small

Finely chopped chillies 2

Curd 4 Tbsp

Tamarind chutney 2 Tbsp

Green chutney 2 Tbsp

Black salt 1tsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper 1 tsp

Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

Fine nylon sev 1 cup

Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Method

• Heat oil in a kadhahi and on the medium flame. The oil should not be too hot.

• Fry all the shell for just 2-3 sec and take them out on kitchen roll and keep aside.

• Fry 3-4 at a time they get burnt very fast.

• Mix boiled and mashed potatoes, steamed sprouts, onions, chilies and all the dry spies. Mix well

• Take one spoon full of the potato mixture and place it in the canape shell.

• Pour some churned curd, sweet chutney, green chutney on it.

• Now garnish with some sev and coriander and serve.
