16. Spicy Corn Salad

My kids just love it. Try this very easy recipes. Though it can be made with both both fresh and frozen corn, but I always saw that it came out better frozen one. But if the season is right, then fresh is always more healthy.

Ingredients

Sweet corn kernels 2 cups
Red bell pepper (capsicum) 2 chopped
Green bell pepper (capsicum) 2 chopped
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

Method

• Wash corns properly and keep in a strainer.

• Heat butter in a pan.

• Add cut bell pepper and sauté it for some time, now add salt and pepper and tomato sauce.

• Stir fry and then add corns mix well and cook covered for 5 mins.
