12. Paneer Parantha
Steaming hot Paranthas in the breakfast can make anyone happy. So try this to make your near and dear ones happy.
Ingredients
For dough
Atta (wheat flour) 1 cup
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
For stuffing
Paneer 1 cup Grated or mashed
Ginger 4 TSP
Green chillies 1 finely chopped Coriander fresh 1 Tbsp chopped
Onion 1 small finely chopped
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/4 TSP
Dry mango powder 1/2 TSP
Chhole masala 2 TSP
Ghee for shallow frying
Method
• Knead a soft dough with atta, salt and ghee.
• Keep aside.
• Grate or mash the paneer and mix ginger, chillies, onion, coriander leaves and all the spices.
• Now make balls from the dough, and roll it like a puri and put a table spoon full of Paneer masala in the center and close it to make the ball with the stuffing now roll it again into a parantha.
• Heat a gridle and then shallow fry this parantha on both the sides keeping the flame low.
• Remove from gas and serve hot
