Akio used to cut himself when he was 13 until he stop but he sometimes sad or mad. Also those sickles look like from the Zodiac. Akio had two weapons which is Sickle kind and Chainsaw. He wish to have someone who care or love him the way he is or care for him even if he's a grumpy ass or a dick.
