<This occurs after Ruby/da reader left Sensei Wu and after Kia is taken to the Monastery. Basically after Kia's final test>

Kia's POV
After Sensei yelled for all of us to stop fighting, and told us our element we are the masters of. We all noticed he seemed upset, almost sad. 'Since when can he be sad?! I mean after I met his he's sarcastic and strict, but now he's upset.' "Sensei, are you alright?" Zane questioned, "*sigh* I'm alright, I was just hoping she'd be back by now..." Sensei said sadly, 'wait, SHE?! Who does he mean by she?' I questioned in my head. "She? Sorry, Sensei, but aren't you too old to have a girlfriend?" I asked. After I said that, Sensei sent me a glare that could kill anyone, 😅. "She. Is. Not. My. Girlfriend. Kia." Sensei said coldly "Right! Sorry, Sensei" I apologized as I bowed then stood up straight. "Yeah, if anything I'm pretty sure Sensei sees me as a daughter." A feminine voice said right by Sensei, we all turned to ninja dressed figure. And before we could ask or say anything Sensei engulfed her with a hug which shocked all of us.

The Ninja's POV
'SENSEI'S HUGGING HER?!?!?!'

Kai's POV
Sensei then let go of the girl and said "Ruby this Jay, Master of Lightning, *gestures to the Jay*. This is Zane, Master of Ice, *gestures to Zane*. This is Cole, Master of Earth, *gestures to Cole*. And this is Kai, Master of fire,*gestures to me*". "Ruby" then bows her head then raises it and she takes off the black hood to her ninja outfit "Hello everyone, I'm Ruby Knox! It's fantastic to meet you!" Ruby said with a smile. And I blushed a light pink 'Wow her smile is amazing' I thought and when I look at the rest of the team, they are all blushing too. 'Really? They like her too?! Wait I like her... and I just met her!!!! Calm down Kai at least get to know her!!' I scolded myself in my head. "Ah, that reminds me, Ruby. Ruby you are the cyan Ninja the Master of Elements! The Hybrid Ninja!" Sensei exclaimed and did his golden spinjitzu tornado over Ruby, revealing her to be a a cyan ninja suit. I had to say she looked amazing in it, it really showed off her curves. But hey! I'm not complaining.
(Ya dang perv!)

Cole's POV
After the Introduction and Ruby to be revealed in a cyan ninja suit and me blushing a lot from seeing the emphasis on her figure (YOU TOO COLE?!?! How dare-!!!!) But then I noticed her eyes, they're two different colors her right one was teal and her left one was a light gold color, 'they looked beautiful just like her' I say in my head and blush. "Ruby, I SEE (haha, SEE what I did there?! .....I know I'm not funny *cries in corner*) they your eyes are two different colors. And I wanted to ask if you were born like that." I say, I then see Ruby blush a light shade of pink "Yes, I was born with Heterochromia iridium, which causes my eyes to be two different colors. When I was younger I would eaither stared at out of awe or confusion, or teased and made fun of. But after a while I didn't really care about what thay had to say and I like my eyes!" Rubby replied with a closed eye smile. 'So cute!!' I thought.

Zane's POV
"That's very rare I heard there only 1% of people have Heterochromia iridium" I said "Yup! And I'm that lucky 1%!" Runy said as she giggled. I don't know why but o felt my face heat up when she did 'What is she doing to me?' I ask myself. "Sensei, when you said that Ruby is the Elemental Ninja, what does that mean?" Jay questioned, "Well it means that she is able to control all of your elements plus more." Sensei answered. 'Interesting, but I must ask how is she able to control more then one element' I ask in my mind. "Now, come inside! My feet are tired." Sensei said

Jay's POV
After Sensei said the go inside we all did. 'I wonder how Ruby is able to control the elements'. I said in my mind. While in thought, I quickly snapped out of it from a carmal and vanilla scent. I quickly looked to my right to see Ruby walking beside me, making me blush from the sight of her and her sweet smell. "H-hey!" I greet her while stuttering, and scolding me for stuttering. She then turned her head to me and smiled "Hello, Jay." she said. I felt shivers run down my spine when she said my name in her sweet voice. My blush darkens, while we're walking to our rooms, "S-since I don't r-really k-know you a-and you d-don't kn-know me, maybe we could g-go to a restaurant o-or somewhere to g-get to know e-eachother?" I ask nervously  and while stuttering and blushing. I then see a light blush dusted on her cheeks "Sure, why not!" Ruby said happily, 'She looks so cute when she's happy, no, she looks cute all the time' I thought to my self with a smile. "G-great! How about F-friday?" I ask a little less nervous, "Sorry but I'm not free then-" she said, "O-oh o-ok then" I say sadly but the I feel arms warp around me and I looks down a little to Ruby smiling "Because I'm going to a restaurant with you!" She exclaims happily. I blush and smile "Really!? Thank you Ruby!" I say enthusiastically, "No problem, Jay! Goodnight get rest!" She says while walking to her own room. "Ok! Get some rest too!" I tell her she nods and walks into her room. When I walk into Kia, Cole, Zane, and my room I get hit with glares from Kia and Cole and a rude look from Zane. "Something wrong, fellas?" I ask not-knowingly (Word? Yes or No?) 'I do know what's wrong, their jealous I'm going on a date with Ruby! W-wait date?! Y-yeah..... I guess it is a date' I say in my head. "You know what's wrong, Jay" Cole says with obvious venom in his words. I smirk and say "What? Jealous I have a date with, Ruby?" I ask mockingly, "Just back off, Jay, we're a team nothing else nothing more. And. It's. Not. A. Date." Zane says somewhat angrily. I chuckle and say "Yeah, yeah, keep telling yourselves that. Anyway goodnight". They glare at me while I get into bed then they soon get into bed. 'I don't care if I just met her, I will make her be mine' I think to myself, and drift to sleep

Cole's POV
'That little slime ball! (Ew) That idiot is taking Ruby on a date! I should be the only one taking her on a date! Maybe I can asked her tomorrow. Yeah! I'll do that! Jay if you try to gain her heart you're gonna have a bad time!' (Anyone catch that reference?) I think as I fall asleep

Kai's POV
'I literally just met Jay and Ruby and now- I feel like beating the utter crap out of Jay for asking out Ruby! Honestly that dweed could never compare to me! I know if I tell her how I feel she'll be mine. But she's going on a date with Jay.....I know I'll just ask her on a date tomorrow! Then she'll see how amazing I am and we'll date and she'll be mine!' I think about before falling into a deep sleep

Zane's POV
'I don't understand, how is it that Ruby has made me so hypnotized by her? Is it her beauty? Her voice? Her personality? Her eyes? ..... Now I see Jay with Ruby and "asking her out" I feel nothing but hatred twords the blue ninja. Shouldn't I be on that date with her and not him? I am better then the others, I know I am. Maybe tomorrow I'll ask her on a date, then she'll realize how much better I am then them. And we'll be together. Yes! We'll be together! I'll make sure she's mine!' I think to myself before falling asleep.

Ruby's POV
'I'm finally back and now seeing that I have a team... I can't help but be happy! I finally have a family! I'll be able to be myself just like I us with Sensei. And the boys that seem so nice! I can't wait to talk more with Jay, Cole, Kai, and Zane! And Nya when we rescue her I'm pretty sure me and her will be best friends and we'll all be happy!!! I can't wait for tomorrow especially if it mean fighting that jerk Samukia. I don't care if I die or get hurt I'll make sure that monster doesn't hurt my team or Nya. I won't let them get hurt...... like how I was....' I think before drifting off to a dreamless slumber.
