An: It sure has been a long time now hasn't it? I really do apologize for not updating, this summer has been a real mess. Well, hopefully this chapter will be great for y'all!! Enjoy!

    The night grew colder by the second. I could tell winter was coming, coming fast. I rolled over, feeling un conformable on the hard floor, and snuggle into the warm Paul. Seeing that even the warmth of Paul didn't work I opened my eyes, looking right up at his angelic face. I smile and roll  over again facing little Koda, he was sleeping so well. 

  As I was about to close my eyes again I heard a knock at the front door.

  Hmm that strange. I thought. I mean, who would be outside when this sickness is going around or should I say...spell?

   I slowly stand up, stretching a bit, walking over to the door. I open it seeing a man with olive skin and orange eyes smirking once he saw me. I tilt my head to the side, not knowing if he was a vampire or a  human. 

  "Who are you?" I ask, narrowing my eyes. He peeks in the house, making a dirty face when he saw the pack laying on the ground asleep. He looks back at me and chuckles lightly, almost laughing at us. 

 "Don't make me ask you again, creep!" I raise my voice, getting annoyed with his stupid laughter. 

 "Calm down, lady! I'm just here to say...hello." His voice was almost ancient. It sounded like he was born in the sixteen hundreds. This fellow reminded me of Edward Cullen. 

 "Ok, so, you said hello now leave." I growl shutting the door but he shoves his foot right between the door and the wall inside. I gasp annoyed and open the door back up, glaring right into his eyes. 

 He pulls me against him and breaths in my scent in the most creepiest way. His eyes twitched as he breathed in my scent, I was so uncomfortable. 

 "Back off!" I yell, trying to get out of his grasp. Suddenly, the loudest growl broke through behind me and I turn my head around seeing Paul shaking with anger. 

 "GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY MATE YOU CREEP BAG!" Paul screams waking up the whole pack. Everyone, even Koda, stands up growling and stands behind me. 

 The man lets go of me and Paul pulls me into him, wrapping his arms around me protectively. The man just laughs, pointing at us, it made me growl.

 "Who are you? And why are you on my property?" Sam asking, walking to the man with Emily clinging to his arm, making sure he wouldn't phase on this stranger. 

 "My name is not important, but I am here to feed." He hisses and Paul's grip around me tightens. "I heard werewolf blood was awfully amazing." 

 "Vampires can't stand the taste or smell of werewolves! Why would you want to drink our blood?" Leah asks growling. Her eyes were slowly turning black since the stranger was having a long look at unconscious Seth. 

"Im not a vampire, Im the witches son. And this is my feeding time!" He yells and disappears out of sight. I gasp and run over to Koda, picking him up and holding close to me. But right after that the man appeared in front of me, licking his lips. 

 Paul was about to run over but Sam stopped him, watching the moves of this creature. I snarl at the creature, holding Koda close. "Give me the boy and I will stop the spell, and leave Washington State." He says. 

 "DO IT!" Leah and Quill yelled in unison. I yell 'No' and look at Paul, throwing Koda at him. He catches him and looks at me curiously. 

 "Take me instead." I say and the vampire creature smirks, nodding his head. 

 "NO!" Paul yells. Sam and Quill grab his arms and holds him back while Leah held Koda. I smile at Paul sadly, he was screaming 'no' loudly. It broke my hear.

 "Come with me, my dear." The creature says and grabs my arm. My skin felt like it was on fire as soon as he touched my arm. "Goodbye Paul. Take care of Koda, I love you." I say and a wind of smoke appears everywhere. My whole body felt slim.

 I could no longer see it was all black. My whole body felt numb, I could no longer hear, see, or feel anything. I could no longer breath. 

 Was I dead?
