Katsuki Bakugo arrives home after spending time in jail for a crime he didn't do. He meets with his fiance Camie Utsushumi in their home. When he enters the house, Camie rushes up to him and hugs him.

Camie: Bakugo! You're home! 

Bakugo: Prison was a pain in the fucking ass but I'm home! Now we can enjoy some peace and quiet!

Camie: The night is so beautiful tonight! How about we go to the forest and just stare at the stars?

Bakugo lets out a hearty laugh at the cheesiness of his fiance's request.

Bakugo: That's so damn cheesy! But any celebration is good I suppose!

With that, Bakugo and Camie went to the forest and leaned against a tree and stared at the stars. As the did so, they heard howling nearby. They immediately became concerned.

Camie: What was that?!

As she said that, a large wolf moved towards them while growling with blood in it's mouth. Bakugo pulled out his cane and got in front of his fiance.

Bakugo: Fuck off you fucking mutt!

The wolf then lunged at Bakugo and sank it's teeth into Bakugo's arm.

Camie: BAKUGO!!

Bakugo: CAMIE RUN!

Bakugo then took his cane and proceeded to beat the wolf till it released it's grip from him. After freeing himself from the beast, Bakugo then beats the wolf to death with his cane. After killing the wolf, Bakugo passed out from blood loss. He wakes up in a hospital where Doctor Tenya Iida and Camie are by his side.

Bakugo: What the fucked happened?

Iida: You were attacked by a wild wolf. You lost some blood but you should be fine. 

Camie: I'm just glad you're okay Bakugo!

As they leave the hospital, Bakugo couldn't help but feel some kind of primal instinct towards things. It felt different for him. One night, Bakugo was talking with Camie. 

Camie: Are you okay Bakugo?

Bakugo: I'm okay. Just go back to sleep. 

Camie couldn't help but feel concerned about her fiance. But she soon fell back asleep. After his fiance falls back asleep, Bakugo walks outside the house and strolls to where the wolf attacked him. He looked at the scar on his arm and then looked at the sky and saw the Full Moon. Suddenly hair begins to sprout all over his body. He looked at his hands and his fingernails grew into claws. His body began to mold itself into positions fitting of a wolf. As he screamed in pain, his skin stretches and tightens while his ears become pointed and his face contorts and splits as a snout forms. His human teeth formed into sharp jagged teeth. His transformation was complete as Bakugo turned into a werewolf and began to howl at the Moon. In the forest, a man named Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu was hunting when heard howling.

Tetsutetsu: Who's out there?! I warn you, I'm armed!

He soon heard growling nearby. Fear began to grip the hunter as he sees a menacing figure moving towards him. The figure walks towards him to reveal itself as the transformed Bakugo.

Tetsutetsu: My God.......STAY BACK! STAY BACK OR I'LL SHOOT!

The Werewolf soon charged at Tetsutetsu. The hunter shot at the charging Werewolf, but the shot does nothing as he slashes at Tetsutetsu's gut. Blood begins to pour out of the wound as he attempts to run, but Bakugo pounces on the hunter and slashes at him. What was left behind was a bloodied and mangled body of Tetsutetsu. In the morning, Bakugo wakes up in his doorstep covered in blood and surrounded by officers led by Inspector Shoto Todoroki. 

Todoroki: Katsuki Bakugo! You're under arrest for the murder of Tetsutetsu! 

As Bakugo looked at himself in horror, Camie steps out and is horrified to see her fiance covered in blood. Todoroki and the officers took Bakugo into custody. In his jail cell, Camie ran to her husband's cell. 

Camie: Oh Bakugo! What on Earth is happening?!

Bakugo: I....I don't know......

During his trial, Bakugo was brought in chains. As the trial went on, Bakugo couldn't recall what had happened. His bloody clothes was served as evidence. Camie refused to believe that her fiance was responsible for this crime. Bakugo looked at the window in front of him as the Full Moon bloomed. 

Bakugo: No! Everyone! Get the fuck away!!

Suddenly, Bakugo began to transform into the Werewolf to the horror of the courtroom. Camie was at a loss of words as her fiance turned into the Werewolf and shattered his chains. He exited the courtroom and went on a killing spree. Camie went to a nearby Gypsy Camp who she had heard rumors of supernatural and superstitious things. She was met by Ibara Shiozaki. 

Camie: Please! My fiance has turned into a monster!

Shiozaki: Calm your mind child, tell me everything that has happened.

Came then told the Gypsy about everything that has happened. From the wolf attack to Bakugo's transformation at the trial room. After telling the story, Shiozaki began to speak. 

Shiozaki: Even a man who is pure in heart and says his prayers by night may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and Autumn moon is bright. Your beloved fiance has become a Werewolf.

Camie: A Werewolf?! How can I help him?

Shiozaki then pulls out a revolver pistol and hands it to Camie. 

Shiozaki: Only a silver bullet to the heart will bring peace to your fiance's soul.

Hearing this shocked Camie. She didn't want to believe that killing her husband was the only way to help him.

Camie: That can't be true! There has to be another way! 

Shiozaki: There is no other way. There is no cure for the curse of the Werewolf. 

After that, Camie took the gun and searched the forest for her fiance. After searching, she sees a bloody Bakugo and aims the gun at him as he walks towards him. She attempts to talk him down while tears fall down her face.

Camie: Please Bakugo you know me! It's Camie! Please! This isn't you! You know me!

The Werewolf then corners Camie while she still tries to talk him down.

Camie: Bakugo please it's Camie! You know me! You know who I am!

As Bakugo looked at his fiance, it seemed that his consciousness recognized her. Suddenly, the sound of officers distracted the Werewolf as he began to howl. Camie then takes the chance and shoots a silver bullet at Bakugo's heart. As he was dying, Bakugo turned back to him human form as he looked into his crying fiance's eyes.

Bakugo: T.....thank.....you.......

And with his final breath, Bakugo was free from the curse of the Werewolf at the cost of his life. As she cradled her fiance's body, she remembered the words of the Gypsy Shiozaki. Even a man who is pure in heart and says his prayers by night may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and the Autumn moon is bright.
