In a desolate forest on a dark night, explorer Rumi Usagiyama also known as Mirko was searching the forest with an expedition after hearing rumors of a beast like hunter stalking these woods. As they search the forest, one of the explorers speaks out.

Explorer: Hey Mirko! What do you expect to find?!

Mirko: To be honest, I don't know. I'm hoping we find something! Wouldn't want to go through all this trouble just for nothing!

As Mirko led the group through the forest, the mysterious figure known as the Huntress watches then through the trees.

The Huntress: Prey.....how they infest my forest....

The Huntress began stalking Mirko's group. She waited for an opportunity until a female explorer called out to Mirko. 

Female Explorer: Mirko! Go on ahead! I'll catch up!

Mirko: Don't stay behind for too long! I don't want to have to go looking for you!

Female: Don't worry! I want to check something out!

Mirko and the other explorers continued trekking through the thick forest. As the female explorer searches the area, she could hear the faint sound of singing. It sounded like a lullaby.

Female Explorer: Hello? Is anyone there? Hello?

The singing didn't stop. In fact, it grew a little bit louder. The sound of the lullaby unnerved the explorer.

Female Explorer: Maybe I should get back to the others.....

As she said that, the lullaby abruptly stops. Suddenly, a hatchet is thrown into the skull of the female explorer, killing her instantly. The Huntress emerges from her hiding position and hacks the hatchet out of the explorer's skull. 

The Huntress: So the hunt begins....

Meanwhile, Mirko leads the explorers through the forest. Eventually, they reach what seemed to be an enclave. 

Mirko: This enclave....something's not right. 

Mirko and the explorers search the enclave. In this enclave, they small pools of blood and skulls on stakes . Seeing this made Mirko feel uneasy. The other explorers were scared out of their wits. But Mirko soon noticed that the female explorer was no where to be seen.

Mirko: She should've been back by now. Damn it! All right everyone! Half of you watch over this enclave! The rest of you are with me! 

With her orders known, half of the expedition went with Mirko in search of their friend while the rest stayed behind on the enclave. 15 minutes have passed and the men of the enclave hear a strange lullaby.

Male Explorer: All right. Whoever's singing better stop! It's not funny!

Female Explorer: It's not....

But before the female explorer could finish, she is pounced by the Huntress and she slits her throat with her hatchet. The male explorer is caught off guard and falls to the ground. He is horrified to see the hare mask of the Huntress. 

The Huntress: I smell fear on you....you reek of it....crawl away little prey.....crawl away....

The male explorer summons up the strength to get up and start running. But the effort is wasted when the Huntress throws her hatchet at his back, sending him to the ground. As the explorer tries to crawl away, the Huntress walks up to the wounded explorer and yanks the hatchet out of his back. She rolls the explorer hunter to see fear in his eyes.

Male Explorer: Please.....don't kill me....I have a family.....

The Huntress: None of that matters out here. When you chose to enter my forest, your life became mine to take....you became....my prey.....

Without mercy, the Huntress raised her hatchet and killed the explorer as he screamed. Meanwhile, Mirko and the two remaining explorers go back to where they last saw the female explorer. 

Mirko: Dammit! Where could she be?! 

After a short search, they eventually came upon the dead body of the female hunter. Mirko was sickened by the sight of her dead body.

Male Explorer: What kind of animal would do something like this?!

Mirko: Simple. It's our Huntress. It's stalking us. 

Male Explorer: What?! How can you be so sure?

Mirko: Legend says that anyone who wander into it's forest are dead. This forest is it's hunting ground and we're the game. And we play right into it's hand. 

Male Explorer: What now? What do we do?

Mirko: We go back to the enclave and regroup with the others. Then we get the hell out of here! 

But as Mirko said that, a loud scream was heard. The birds that were resting on the trees began flying away. Mirko knew where exactly it was coming from. 

Mirko: The enclave! We have to go now!

Mirko and the two explorers raced for the enclave, but find that the explorers there have been killed. 

Mirko: Damn you Huntress.....

But as Mirko cursed the Huntress, the strange lullaby was heard. Knowing this had to be the Huntress, Mirko had all the surviving explorers form a circle. Suddenly, a hatchet is thrown at the head of one of the explorers. The other one begins running away out of fear.

Mirko: Wait don't! We have to stick together!

But Mirko's words fell on deaf ears as the explorer triggered a trap that activated a spike wall, impaling him. Mirko soon found her face to face with the Huntress.

The Huntress: Now the prey meets the hunter.....

The Huntress then lunged at Mirko, but Mirko was able to fend off against the Huntress's attacks. As the two struggled, Mirko sees a discarded hatchet. When she finds an opportunity, Mirko reaches for the hatchet and slams it onto the Huntress's mask, breaking it. As she's disoriented, Mirko finishes her off by slamming the hatchet into her skull. As the Huntress falls dead, Mirko falls to her knees.

Mirko: It's over....it's finally over.....

Mirko soon got up and left the forest, knowing that she not only survived the Huntress, but ended her reign of terror.
